I dont know how to express my disappoint with Sports Clip. I have tried 2 other locations with unsatisfactory results and was hoping this location would be better. Unfortunately, I was wrong.I checked myself and my boys in online for a haircut. It said 38min estimated time. We arrived at the location for our haircut around the 30min mark and was told it would be another 26min. Irritating but whatever. So I check in and asked SPECIFICALLY, Does checking in myself also include my boys, or do they need to be checked in separately since I did it online?. I was told Yes, checking in myself also checks them in.Once I finished checking myself in, after also checking us in online, my neighbor checks himself in, without doing it online and gets 2min wait. WHAT?! At this point, whatever, my boys are being good and we are here. 30min passes and finally I get called, but before I leave my boys I asked again, Just to make sure, my boys were included on this check in correct? She said Nooo, thats not how that works. Well, now the wait is 1.5 hours....Needless to say, I left. Waisted 30min of my time. How hard is it to communicate to your customers? How much more must I communicate to get a straight answer? My family of 6 will not EVER be using Sports Clips again. I should have taken the hint after the last two failures.

This location has several stylists that know how to cut hair fairly well, some with over 10 years of experience. The staff is always been extremely polite and accommodating. They will go out of their way to get you an appointment time that best fits your schedule and as most locations do, they offers online check-in.

Melody is my go to stylist. She always does a great job and never a complaint from me.

Haircut by Jana is always amazing. She has been cutting my hair for a while now and always does a great job.My only concern is how hot it gets.... I was burning up in the waiting area. Where they cut your hair is better, but it still is pretty hot with the sun beaming in your face.

The stylists are inconsistent. Sometimes you get a good one sometimes not. This last time we didnt get anyone good. The girl hacked my kids hair up. I sent one back over 3 times to touch up spots so obvious I shouldnt have had to point out them out and it still looks bad. My second child I gave up and decided not to let her touch it anymore so hed have some hair left for us to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. She was heavy set with curly blond hair. I would avoid her at all cost.

My son loves Sport Clips. This is our go to for his hair cut. Everyone there is just so friendly, patient, consistent. His hair is always looking good.

Went for my sons first haircut. Stylist s had a blast with him and the service was top notch. Only downside was price was higher than Im used to(but Im cheap)

25 bucks gets your the works. Haircut, steam face towel, scalp massage with shampoo and a back massage. Also they offer free trims to keep your neck line straight and around your ears in between haircuts..

Normally this place is great. Today was not the same. While trimming my hair the lady snipped too much in a few spots and it looked really choppy. The fade was off on the sides and she didnt even fade my side burns. So after that I told her just to cut it short so I could look somewhat presentable. I am disappointed as I praised this place last time because of the wonderful job they do. Please... dont get into a hurry next time.

Have waited an hour to get on deck. We are now the only one in waiting area. We waited on deck 11 minutes. There were 3 employee who do not have clients. They are sweeping, folding towels but have ignored us. They could have at least acknowledged they would be with us after picking up a bit. We will not come back.

Ive taken my 13 year old son to this location two times and hes received an ok haircut each time. They stay SLAMMED and seem to always be understaffed, and very vocal in complaining about being understaffed. Its not a great experience, as the wait time is crazy and the staff isnt overly friendly. Arguing amongst themselves loud enough to be heard over the buzzers and vacuum cleaners and TVs.. its a bit much. This has been our place to go when our regular barber is booked or Ive forgotten to make an appointment and need a haircut immediately. Otherwise it wouldnt be my first choice. Price is right for the service received, as long as they dont convince the teenager that he needs a double play mvp add on experience, which triples the cost.

Sport clips is one of the better places in Huntsville for a quick haircut. If one is pressed for time, Sport Clips is a wonderful place. Ive never had to wait more than ten minutes to get a quality haircut. Haircut quality is on par with a Whiskers or a Roosters.

I was recommended to this business by a friend, it sounded like unique high end establishment.Although the staff were very friendly and kind, the haircut was possibly the worst Ive ever had especially for the price they charge.I would not recommend this establishment.

Prices are always pretty good, $18-$19 per haircut. Staff knows how to do a good fade. A plus is getting to watch the game while getting a haircut

After getting the electric shaver used on my fade I had itching and burning on my scalp to find little white bumps appearing. It still hurts. Still got pictures.

Michelle was great on july 31. She didnt seem to have much help from the other girls. She stayed on the floor the whole time I was there and the other girl kept taking breaks and seemed to be avoiding customers. She is definitely a keeper.

Just got my haircut today. I asked to have my hair cut short on the sides and kept longer on top. After the cut, it looked great from the front, and I was happy with it. When I got home and messed around with my hair, I noticed the hair on the back of my head didnt seem to be cut at all. It looks terrible. Im gonna have to go get my hair cut again tomorrow.

Its kind of a crapshoot if you go in there without a stylist in mind. Some days there will be no wait and youll get a great haircut, other days you will have to wait half an hour for a very unhappy stylist who just tries to get you in and out as quickly as possible.Most recently I waited for nearly thirty minutes and received a great haircut. The stylist was very detailed, not caring if the haircut took longer.Previously, though, Ive received a haircut from a stylist who was very worried a guy she went to high school with was moving and she wasnt going to get a chance to hang out before I left, and she told me she was trying to get through my haircut as fast as possible so she could text him. It showed.

We called ahead and told them we were coming from Fayetteville Tn. They said check in when we got there because they weren’t busy. When we got there they said they weren’t taking any more clients bc they closed in 30 mins. They knew we were coming. We told them we were on our way. They had plenty of time to do a cut. They just chose to turn us away. If I could give a 0 star I would. When we got there we told them we were the ones who drove all the way from Fayetteville. It was a 45 min drive. Ian so mad I may talk to corporate. Which that probably won’t do any good. Very unprofessional. We will never be back!

Last time i went in and choose next available and waited for over 15 minutes,This time when I signed in I was listed as 0 wait time, sat for 12 mins watched 5 other get Call in and to chairs, watched on worker puddle around with a vacuum whose then sweep, the walk in back and then talk to another for 5 more mins, she walk d out left ok d at waiting board and went back to her chair... I got up and walked out for the last time... no wonder this place has such a high turnaround of workers..

I have been to SC 6-7 times paying $30 for the full monty. The first 3 times were great I had Terica the first three times. After that when I would walk in I received whoever was available. Not mentioning names but they were poorly trained on how to scissor or clipper cut hair and I was very dissatisfied. Not one to jump to conclusions the last and I mean VERY last time I came in with my 4 year old grandson. We sat next to each other. The girl (I am 60 so I call anyone under 40 a girl :-)) that cut my hair did great. I watched in horror as my grandsons hair was cut unevenly then she cut his ear and made it bleed. She tried to not say anything and grabbed a tissue to wipe the blood from his ear. No apologies from her then she tried to hurrily finish and bum rush us out the door before any other customers (or managers) came in. all I can say is I am glad his hair (and ear) healed. I apologized to my daughter for taking him there, she took pictures of his hair and cut ear. I have signed my name to this if Sports Clips would like to rebut or deny this as some sort of competitive sabotage. I now get my hair cut at Cuts By Us for $12.99, just goes to show you sometimes you get more than you pay for....and not in a good way.
