They did an excellent job with my hair. I went to Breon. The thought of going to get my haircut always gives me so much anxiety because Im bad at small talk. He did fantastic and didnt pressure me to talk more which I always appreciate when I go places. On top of that, it was also one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Im terribly bad at explaining what I want and with the small amount of information I gave him he still was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Ill definitely be going back.

Came to this place with my fiancé after trying other places in the area before our wedding, without the best of luck. Had appointment today, hoping for the best, as we are getting married on Saturday. We chose this place because we saw all the great reviews. Mike Willis did a phenomenal job giving a great cut after not the best explanation (my fiancé normally cuts his own hair and I don’t know the lingo.) Had a fun atmosphere and my soon to be hubby looks great and will be returning for future cuts.

This place is incredible. Spent most of my time as an undergrad at UW-Madison looking for a great barber and couldnt find one until now. Im pretty sure Matt is a wizard; I walked in with longer hair wanting it to be cut quite short and Matt made it work. The atmosphere is great as well, I had a great conversation with the guys who work there. Fantastic choice in music as well. Definitely would return.

Best haircut in Madison and affordable. Love the people and atmosphere. only complaint is the booking process. You have to book online which is fine but the last three times I arrived my barber was still working and I end up waiting 30 minutes. This is fine but dont understand why I made the booking then? Also I had a recent booking moved back an hour so I was forced to cancel it. If they could streamline this process it would be perfect.

Breon gave me a great cut, shave and style. My hair is hard to work with (wicked cowlick), but he is one of the few stylists able to tame it. Its been several weeks and it still looks good. I recommend the shave and hot towel- that was amazing!

Its hard to find a quality barber in Madison. Especially one that can do great tapers. Matt is prompt, professional and can cut any head that comes his way. Hes the only one my son will allow to touch his hair! Hes got great prices compared to other spots. The best part is NOT having to wait 30-45 minutes when I have an appointment!

Couldn’t have been more happy with my haircut from Mike, the attention to detail was amazing and the overall atmosphere was awesome (shoutout to Derrick for making me laugh in less than 5 seconds while manning the register). That being said, I didn’t ask for anything other than a simple fade with extra length left on top. Simple request, yet Mike still went to great lengths to pay attention to the small details even though I never asked it of him. Superb first impression with a hat tip back to them.

The haircut I received was absolutely amazing thanks to breon. He did an excellent job with working with my texture hair, he did a good fading my hair and blending my sides to the top effortlessly. I would go back to breon every time and recommend him to anyone who doesn’t have a preferred stylist. I’m astonished.

This place is amazing, Matt has the patience of a saint- I took my boys in and he was willing to take the time and answer their questions and even didnt get upset when my sons sensory issues made it so he needed a break from the clippers. As long as I was in Madison, I used to drive to this place for my hair care though it was about 10 miles from where I used to live. Mike, who works here was one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to.
