They cut my hair exactly as I want it everytime. When I use the Mobile App I can check in ahead of time and there is no wait. Yesterday, the Flowood store had a 147 minute wait. This store was zero.

This review applys to my child. Id never go here otherwise. Mixed experiences mostly positive. Definitely check in online ahead and save a possible wait. Clean facility including restrooms and holding area. Friendly and efficient stylists.

Awesome place to get your haircut. Especially if you’re military or a first responder! Definitely check them out.

I recently grew my hair out for about two and half years for locks for love. I didn’t have a personal barber, so I just went into Sport Clips after checking in online. I had this lovely lady who gave me the Royal treatment, and she was helped by the manager to insure my hair was styled correctly.(I cut a lot off) I will definitely be coming back and will make it my new hair cutting place.

Always someone in the chair but I get help as soon as Im walk in the door. Ive never been disappointed and the stylist take the time to listen and figure out what you want done. Im a female and I go here as well as my husband.

Customer service was nice, but do not recommend. **Also be aware** if using a card, you have no choice but to leave a tip. Regardless of satisfaction, you have to choose a minimum of $5.

Updated. Got a solid cut this week. Bonus... Open on a Monday and are open till 8 on the weekdays.Good hours. Ive had to use it in a pinch and Ive had good and bad cuts. Think overall its been okay though.

I have always went to expensive hair styling places! I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a good haircut like I needed at a place like this! But I came in a couple years ago and got Melissa Mitchell! & dang can that woman cut some hair! She is incredible. She has worked with me on getting my hair exactly where I wanted it! When I walk into the store on Olio Rd in Fishers IN! I feel like what I assume it would have been like in the old days. Where everyone knows your name! Cheesy I know right. But she never rushes through it. She takes her time. Asks me things during the process to make sure I like it. & now we have a groove down! I try to go to her every 2 weeks! She keeps me feeling confident. And has also helped get rid of my dry scalp that I was always told was dandruff. She told me that dandruff shampoo was making it worse and put me on TeaTree and now my hair has Literally never been better! This place might be called sports clips but I never feel out of place because I’m gay. It’s such a friendly atmosphere. I’m so so so lucky to have found her! I won’t go to anyone else and I wait for her. She always has people requesting her. Seriously, you guys are sooooooo lucky to have gotten her!!!!

I’ve been here a couple times and everytime has gone well except this last time.Hair cut was going normal until she started combing my eyebrows and then proceeds to use the clippers on them??? Never mentioned it before and then all of a sudden my eyebrows got buzzed. it now looks like the middle of my eye brow is missing. i tell her to cut a little more off and she then cut off about another inch of hair. the left side of my head is about 2 inches longer than the right and it just looks terrible. she asked for a rounded or square back and i gave her an answer regardless she did some mix of the two. the line is no where near straight and half my neck got shaved while the rest didn’t. cutting my beard seemed to be new to her as it felt like she was cutting my throat the entire tire. i left with cuts on my neck, gaps in my eyebrows and a truly terrible hair cut

The staff are friendly, have good interpersonal skills, and produce a great haircut in a short amount of time to boot.

I went here because my barbershop was closed and I really needed a cut. The service was good as well as a usual barber shop price (15-20$), and I was able to get my haircut immediately, however the haircut turned out poorly. I asked for a 3, and it would look at least decent except for the fact that it seemed the person didnt put effort into the cut. My sideburns were left untouched making it so I had to that myself which I am completely fine with, but the front of my hair is uneven. I saw shears and they had clippers, either would have worked fine. The person who cut my hair just shaved my head and was like your good. I didnt get a chance to look at my hair up close either until leaving the shop. Maybe it was just this person who cut my hair that steered me away, but what I know is I am going to stick with what shops I know.

Absolutely horrible. I asked for a trim. The girl cut the top of my head then started to take the apron off. I asked if she was going to cut the sides and back and she acted like she forgot. I should have never let her finish. She ended up shaving half my head. It was so bad I just told her to stop. I immediately left and went to another store in Madison. When I arrived at the next store, my haircut was so bad I was laughed at and offered a free hair cut just to try and get my hair back to a point where it could grow out correctly. Never go here! Even in a pinch.

Worst haircut I have ever had.- asked for a medium fade. I definitely have a high fade, almost a high and tight. She took the guard I asked for at the bottom nearly to the top of the side of my head.- asked to fade in my beard from the haircut. Last I checked, that didn’t mean cutting the entirety of my beard.- to make the beard part even better, she didn’t even line it straight at the bottom or even on the sides!!- when she was cutting my beard, it physically hurt. I’ve had a beard for several years, and keep it trimmed with clippers all the time. I have NEVER been hurt by clippers on skin. This felt somewhere between a burn and peeling off of the top layer of skin.- did not even trim all parts of my beard. I look like I’m trying to grow a creepy goatee because she didn’t get under my lip or on my chin.- on top of all of that, when I mentioned it was supposed to only be a fade in, she just JUSTIFIED WHAT SHE DID by saying “oh it was dry and to grow it out you gotta clip it, etc etc” instead of just owning it and saying sorry. Then started talking about how to moisturize.- then, to top off this wonderful experience, she asked if I wanted any product in my hair. “No thanks” I say. PLOP, “imma just add some moisturizer to it.” ?!?!?! She finally wraps up, I check out, and walk to my car. There is literally enough product in my hair that I can rub my hair lightly and it is visible on my hand.This whole experience was so comically bad, I told my wife I was expecting someone to jump out and scream “you just got punk’d!”

Waited 45 minutes for a haircut that Hellen Keller could have done better. Save the $20 and just have your drunk friend use some hedge trimmers on you blind folded.
