I get the point of online check in. That said, if the people that checked in online aren’t here and at least one staff member isn’t actively doing much, how exactly does that business model work? I have had one crummy cut (a fade, high and tight was complicated) and one good cut and now I’m chilling outside having been turned away an hour before the updated closing times. I wonder who will show up?

My hairdresser didn’t take into account any of my input and she rushed my haircut. Never coming back

I understand the appeal of online check in. I also understand first come first serve. I’m respectfully recommending that if you have a Vietnam veteran who is well in his 80’s maybe even 90’s waiting in person with an empty room, that you honor his/her service by not making them wait. I was at this location and watched this man, who couldn’t stand the thought of a lady opening the door herself and flew to open the door for me; then watched him leave in confusion and frustration because the man who entered after him got called back before him. He probably didn’t understand the online check in process and felt mistreated.Just a suggestion. Not everyone lives in the digital age. Honor service men and women; honor the elderly.

I would recommend this place but only if you get your haircut done with Ellie. Shes the best. I have cut my hair with different stylists in here but they do not do a well job. Ellie by far, the best!

They like to go pretty short and uneven.. Very friendly though.

My hair stylist was friendly and chatty. But I think she didnt cut my hair even. She did a great job helping me get a good haircut for an important job interview. And I got the job so I guess the haircut was acceptable

Im sitting in a chair right now, Ive gotten half a haircut, and my stylist went to go work the register and has completely ignored me for the last 15 minutes. Other stylists are shocked and trying to get her to come back to her client.Update:Her name was Brenda. She gave me a nice enough haircut, an apology that didnt feel very genuine along with an excuse that the previous client really bought a lot of VIP passes (or something like that), and 50% off the price of a normal haircut. 🤷‍♂️

They know how to cut short hair. For a woman who wants a good simple short haircut its hard to find a salon with a hairdresser that knows that there are females who really like short hair. Sports Clips gets it.

Hairstylest, if you could even call her that, sped through my haircut. Disregarded what I asked for and went completely off the farm. Leaving my hair horrendously off centered and taking off about three inches of my hair when I asked for no more than 1.5. This is a sad excuse of a place to go. DO NOT go if you dont want to look like an absolute fool at work or school.

Got a great medium fade from Brenda, I have dark hair and a white scalp so lines are a problem for me. Im happy to say that Brenda blended it very well and my wife is a fan so I will definitely be returning, thank you Brenda!

Got my haircut here about a week ago. The stylists name was Abby, and unfortunately she didnt really cut my hair the way I asked her to. She sped through it, leaving my hair uneven and poorly blended. Wouldnt go back if I got the same stylist.
