Just about every office staff that works here at (Wagner Staffing in Macon GA) arent as professional as they make themselves out to seem. They all tend to feel the need & urge to discuss personal problems and other personal things while around others at work, as if its professional & business-like. “Just know these kind of people” will do just about anything there is for a bonus pay, higher pay or for anything they know that they can benefit from in the long run. Therefore, stay alert and please dont be easily fooled by their two-faced behaviors! And oh one last thing, you new-coming workers should also know that they are very picky about who they want to hire, who they want to work with, who they want to give a higher pay to & so on. They are AMAZING people to work with. Everyone is so sweet and they always try their best to find job openings for you. They are very detailed in description when telling you about hours and pay rate, they also try their best to help you when you have problems such as payroll etc. they also keep you updated.

Took a job in production that they GUARANTEED would be 40 hours a week, a full time job. Specified that it was NOT temporary. Quit my current part time job to accommodate for this new position that was given to me. Got to the job site early on the first day and they only needed 20 people so they sent the rest home. Worked there for two days, then was told the job was over. Turns out the job was only for THREE DAYS. Wagner was aware of this, but didnt tell any of us this information in our orientation. If you are employed currently, but take a job through these people, PLEASE DONT LEAVE YOUR CURRENT JOB until you find out from the job site the true hours and days. You have been warned.

I have been extremely disappointed in this staffing agency. I have called several times and have been placed on hold, picked up and placed on hold again. I finally spoke with someone briefly to explain why I was calling and was told by the young lady that she did not know if they staffed what I was looking for. She then placed me on hold to ask a manager and once again never returned to the phone. I work for a company in Atlanta and was in need of 40 to 50 customer service representatives in the Middle Georgia Area for a long term contract. I googled staffing agencies in the Middle Georgia area and called Wagner Staffing Solutions because of their great reviews however their service was not so great for my needs when I was not able to speak with anyone. Thankfully I have found a service that answered my call and drove to Atlanta to meet with me the very next day! We are on the right track and they have filled over half of my positions in less than a week!

I Decided To Call In One Morning To Check In On My Employment Status I Was Put On Hold By The First Young Lady Then Another Young Lady Picks Up The Phone Asking Me How She Could Help Me And I Stated To Her I Was On Hold Waiting For The First One Who Answered My Call In The First Place When I Was Told She Is On Another Phone Call And That She Could Help Me. Then She Took My Info Over The Phone Only To Tell Me My Paperwork Had Expired And Gave Me A 9a Appt For The Very Next Am. I Arrived At 9a Only To Sit Down At The Front Entrance And Listen To The Water Cooler Gossip Across The Office Among The Staff Of Women Who Talked Loud Enough To Hear From The Parking Lot! So About 9:15a I Was Told By Someone I Can Help You Back Here Not Knowing She Was Talking To Me I Just Sat There? So She Said It Again Thats When I Approached Her Desk And She Asked Me For My Info Only To Give Me A Yellow Sticky Note With Words& Numbers Wrote On It And Said Its A Stand Up Laptop Available In There. Assuming Im Suppose To Go To The Room And Start Typing On The Laptop? Still Not Knowing Anyone (Name) Or Title. I Finished The Task At Hand. Then I Was Just Told To Fill This Out? Handed A Specimen Cup And Pointed To The Restroom And Said I Only Need A Minimum Amount In There. After That I Was Passed Along To The SECOND Unknown Staff Young Lady Only To Give Her Two Forms Of Identifications So She Can Tell Me They Have (No) Available Openings Right Now, But To Call Once A Week To Check? Great Job Unknown Staff At Wagner While The Super Loud Staff Lady Screamed She Was Just Trying To Fill An Open Position 30mins Ago While I Waited To Meet No1? I Could Have Filled The Position That Was Available. Btw: Its Such Things Called HIPAA Violations So Your Unknown Staff Might Not Want To Keep Yelling Out Clients Phone Numbers And Personal Information All Over The Office Like Their At An Car Auction In Front Of Complete Stranger (Candice) Oh Yeah Cant Forget About The Nice Lady Whom I Later Found Out Was The GM Who Pranced Around On Her Cellphone 10mins In The Office Telling Personal Information Around Strangers Before Walking By Clients Not Speaking Or Caring Throwing On Her Designer Sunglasses To Walk Right Out The Front Door Going To Her Spa Treatment Appt Okurrrrrr... Very Unprofessional And Unpleasant Experience At That Place! The Wagner Job Auction was A Bit Much!!!
