I guess I know the reason there were no customers when I walked. Absolutely disgusting behavior along with zero professionalism from one of the women. She not only made comments about my weight, saying I “used to be so beautiful”. She continued to the point I was in tears leaving before even getting them done, We thought it was alittle hypocritical considering she is over weight,The men who work here are amazing though, I highly suggest going to one of them, if you go.

Service is great. The people are very friendly. I watched them clean all the stations between customers. Prices are very reasonable. My nails turned out so beautiful. The pedicure was so relaxing.

DO NOT COME HERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY. I repeat DO NOT come HERE. Horrible experience, the OWNER was doing my nails and broke my REAL nails that I had been growing up for months. He was EXTREMELY rough and rude. Rough enough to break my nail and tell me it was “thin” ABSOLUTELY NOT. He Broke my nail and tried to ARUGE with me and BLAME ME. I have been getting my nails done for years and NEVER once have I had such rude customer service or such a horrible experience. The owner also charged me FULL price 45 dollars after doing a terrible job and breaking my nails HIMSELF, I never mind paying for my nails but this time was horrible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I can name 5 other nail salons that are cheaper and better customer service . Horrible.. ALSO HE DID NOT KEEP HIS MASK ON, I had to ask 3 times for him to please put his face mask back on. HORRIBLE!!!

I got a pedicure and the nail tech was rushing and cut my skin with her cuticle cutter and it’s been two days and my toe is still bleeding it looks infected

I was majorly impressed that they did my cuticle work and hangnails during what was just my walk-in gel fill. Nobody elses salon ever does, and that always is something I want. They also listened very well, worked quickly but very accurately, and the end result was just beautiful! They also do not require cash tips, which was a relief. New favorite place 🥰

I have been going there for quite some time for my pedicures and have always been happy. However, the last 2 times the gal that I got was fantastic. I especially enjoy the massages that she gives to your calves, feet and ankles! Im just sorry that I neglected to get her name but want to let her know she does a wonderful job!

They always do a great job on my nails and they make sure i am happy with them before i pay for my set. If i am not liking the shape/look of one, they always redo them until i am comfortable. They do many different styles and use different techniques. ❤️ I am in love with this salon and always go back. Ive tried many places and none compare.

Paid extra for the love your feet pedicure and the young man didn’t even give me a full foot massage. My fiancé got the same pedicure and got the full treatment by one of the girls working there. I even asked the guy if he was giving me the love your feet pedicure and he said he did. But he clearly did not. I’m very upset. I’m 8 months pregnant and just wanted a nice pedicure. Will not be returning.

Depends on which tech you get if you get good service. Last time I went I wanted shorter nails to start getting use to them again. I was told no that I cant get a man with short nails and they did them however they wanted. My pedicure, she didnt ask me if I wanted the $5 upgrade for sea salt scrub, she just did it.

This is my preferred nail salon. They are very consistent and seems to be the only place i can find where the no chip polish actually stays on for more than three weeks. They have a rewards program which i apprecite! Nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

I went for a full set, the glue was all over my skin and the nails wouldn’t budge even after growing out. I went back into the salon to try and have them taken off. When failing to get them off with acetone, the lady just kept filing over them trying to get it to flatten down into my real nail. A friend of mine had them stuck on her nails for 2 months, and eventually had to rip them off tearing her real nail and skin. Awful service!

I’ve been here twice now. The first time I really liked my nails and not much happened, besides the man who was doing my fill kept hitting my fingers with a nail file to “relax” them. The second time, just today, was different. I really liked how my nails turned out except for the fact that the man who was doing my nails (same as last time) cut my finger with one of the tools. He apologized 2 times and I said it was okay but it still hurt pretty bad. He then didn’t give me any money off of my fill. I wasn’t expecting a huge sum of money taken off of what I owed but something would’ve been nice considering he cut me and made me bleed. 2 stars because I have liked how my nails have turned out, just the experience was terrible.

My grandma goes here regularly I hadn’t been in for awhile but she had given me a gift card so after work today I stopped. The lady who did my eyebrows was really nice but it felt rushed and there’s some random little hairs she missed. My nails were also rushed and I got quite a few little cuts during the process. It’s nice looking inside since the remodel although being a licensed cosmetologist myself they could work on their cleanliness..

First time going to get my nails done, I told them I was new, they didnt care to explain things when I asked what they were the lady next to me had to explain for them, didnt talk to me at all while I got my nails done, talked in a different language the entire time to co-workers, was dirty tools not sanitized I realized as they were using each different tool, I picked a light natural pink and as she was painting​ the gel it looked too dark, I asked her if it was the correct color and if it would lighten when it dried and she said yes after a few coats it only got brighter/darker pink, I explained I cant have my nails this color for work and asked her if it was the correct color again. She said the display nail colors were older than the polish so they looked different I explained again. My work wont approve I need them lighter then she found a shade closer to what I wanted and put that on top one coat.. it did lighten it but the whole time they were talkingg in a different language probably about me and I apologized for being difficult they were still off/unfriendly talking in a different language and not acknowledging me, my sides of my nails hurt now and the nails are too thick and look weird to me so for paying 50$ I am not satisfied and wont be returning and would recommend not going to this place ever. Very disappointed, I thought I was going to treat myself to make myself feel good before a big week at work but nope now my fingers hurt and Im out 50$

I just love getting a pedicure done there, the massage chairs are heavenly! They are so fast that you can get a full set of nails & pedicure in just a little over an hr.I cant imagine going anyplace nicer. I have looked around but nothing is as Awsome as Q!Please dont forget to push the like button

I went to a different local nail shop because Q nails Salon was busy ... Hands down that was the biggest mistake I have made. I got my nails done here about a week ago. Unfortunately 2 nail tips came off within 3 days of having them. Then 2 more days later another come off, so unfortunately I went to a place in my own town and got a whole new ser put on.ThOther then that, service was kind and clean atmosphere.

Ive read some negative reviews on here, and Id have to say after my second visit here Im convinced those people are dead wrong. Listen, this isnt a Beverly hills nail spa. It also doesnt cost $200+ like a Beverly hills spa. Adjust your expectations by location and cost. Ill bet my pedicure was as good or even better than the ones in Beverly hills. Besides, I dont like cucumber in my water...

Went and got my nails and eyebrows done over the weekend. My eyebrows are not even! One is way smaller than the other. The person doing my nails was texting half the time then ponged me off to another person. My nails are starting to already come off in some places.

Another nail tech was insultin nail tech working with me. It was very uncomfortable to be there. I had a rare day off and had a tense pedi I couldnt wait for it to be over. Also polish was smeared when tech tried to do a fix. Horrible.

Beautiful Store, I took my Mom here for her Birthday and she had never had a manny/pedi before. She Loved It, they spoiled her rotten! They where very gentle with her, because she has diabetes (I didnt think about that when I took her), but when she told them, they were not fazed at all. They where gentle and took their time and where friendly w/ her and spoiled her. Her nails and toes came out great. My mom and I have gone here for years, and now it is time to fine a new nail salon. My mom had her nails done and they were terribly done. The no chip Polish was very chipped the same day. She went back to get them fixed and the owner and employee were very RUDE. They were clearly talking about her in another language so she couldnt understand them. Terrible experience. We will not go back.

Well, I went to get a pedicure and manicure today, my nail tec was great, however the owner of this establishment lacks customer service skills. I did not want the same color on my toes for my nails, so I went to pick out a new color when I sat back down to finish the service that I already paid for the owner sent my nail tec to do another pedicure and told me someone else was going to finish my nails and went to put me in another chair to wait. To say the least I was not happy and told her no, and I will not wait and I will not be back!!!! My time is important to!!!!

My pedicure was the worst Ive had. I had to ask for her to warm up the water 4x. I asked her not to trim my nails ( only polish) but she insisted and cut the way to short and overcut into the sides cutting my skin on 4 toes. I am a licensed nail tech and do nails for a living. If you dont speak English well enough to communicate with your clients to ensure satisfaction and safety, thats not good! The client should decide what shape and length they want their nails!! And get what they ask and pay for!!

Got a no chip mani & pedi. It was rushed. I did a white finger with pink design and she smeared the pink into the white. My pedi was ok. The design was not good. Probably wont be back for a while.

Very very nice staff. However, I wasnt too thrilled with my nails. I get French tipped acrylics and they are sloppy looking. They hand paint the tip and it doesnt look anywhere near as professional as when air brushed.

Spent $80 on a Thursday for a nochip mani and a regular polish pedi. 4 days later all of my nails have chips and rough edges. The color was not very dark and you can see the nail quick and streaks from painting the nails. Cuticles were not pushed back and polish is not holding up like other no chip polishes in the past.

Ive been going here since June. The ladies are friendly and give good service. The gentleman there is very rudeI walked in one day with no appt waited for 25min he calls me too his chair, then i guess his appt walked in he asked mw too get up, so I did i didnt want him waiting on me anyway.

My wife and daughter love it.

I went in with my daughter to get a pedicure and a polish change on our fingers. They were very rude about my daughter getting her toes and fingers painted (even though I was paying for the service) then they did my feet so rough that they cut my toes in 4 separate spots. I contacted them and they refuse to respond about the injuries insustanded from them. I will be contacting the BBB and the health department and taking all of my medical bills to a lawyer.
