Absolutely one of my newest favorite nail salons! Been here twice and both pedicures were fabulous! I got the sugar scrub this last time and the leg massage lasted a good 5 minutes! The free-hand nail art is beautiful! Got my brows waxed the last time and am extremely happy! Highly recommend

OMG!!! The best pedicure ever!! My feet feel amazing. I have had many pedicures at several salons in the rockford and loves park area and hands down this Venus salon has provided the best pedicure by far. Im officially hooked. You definitely want to try the $60 package its expensive but, well worth the money unbelievable

Got my nails done on a Friday, had to go back on Saturday to get my nails refixed because they were not cured long enough,now it’s Sunday and the gel is still peeling up and the gel polish underneath is still wet. If you want a nice set of acrylics I wouldn’t go here

First time customer today. Eric did my nails EXACTLY how I had wanted. Turned out better than I expected. I also had a pedicure with gel polish, as well as my husband having a mani pedi. This place is horrible ! I spent two hours here to get a full set of powder nails showed a picture and definitely didn’t get what I asked for. They do not know how to do powder nails what do ever ! Never go here ! They also continued to get up and worked on other people when I was there before them and I was already in a chair very unprofessional

Kayla did my pedicure and she was amazing. The massage felt great and my toes looked excellent. T did my nails and I really like them. They were both nice and inviting. If I lived in this area this would definitely be my preferred nail shop. Thanks again Kayla and T. I appreciate the awesome service.

Out of all of the nail salons in the area i called this was the first place to say yes i can get you in exactly when you want! i didnt have to wait forever like typical nail salons, my appointment was made and thats when i got in. the people were so friendly, my best friend and i have been looking for a reallygood nail salon that we can stick with for awhile and i think we found our place 💕 thanks eric and amanda !

First impression is that it is very clean, they are very nice. The nails are sturdy. I did take off a star because I asked for oval or naturally shaped for acrylics and was given square with rounded edges, and they are not even. On each nail, if you look at them straight on, they are narrow or thin in the middle and thicker at the corners. Also the arches that are supposed to boost the support of the acrylic nails is wavy, though not at first glance. I would probably have someone else help me when filling in. I def suggest them though. I spent 1.5 hours enjoying good conversation and relaxing.

Lots of COVID-19 procedures in place. Im very particular about how my nails are shaped, size, color, and they his the mark EVERY TIME. As a business owner myself, professionalism is something Im picky about, and they NAIL it every time!

Nice salon with quick service. They offer a punch card, do you can get discounts after so many services. Good polish selection, but its in a book, so its hard to hold it up against your skin tone

Id taken my girlfriend to a few salons before discovering Venus. She adores them here. She loves seeing Van for her pedi and Dan for her nails. She also loves that they offer wine to their customers. They even made me, who was just sitting around waiting, feel very welcomed and comfortable.Now I dont take her anywhere else.

Went there yesterday and wasn’t disappointed. dan did my first set of acrylics and they look really good. only thing is the middle finger on my right hand looks a bit odd but besides that they look great and it only took him about 15-20 minutes!! I also got my toes done by Dan. I asked for white nails with gold glitter but ended up walking out with plain white. but the service was so good I didn’t seem to care. highly recommend and I will be back !

Lilly has helped me with painful ingrown toenails, and is very patient and kind. She also gives great leg/foot massages. Everyone is friendly and professional. The salon is always clean, and has a peaceful atmosphere too.There are many salons that are closer to my house, but they dont compare with Venus!...they are definitely worth the drive.

I love going in when I can. So glad I always get my lady but if I dont everyone is so nice.

Venus Nail Salon is personable and very clean. I had the best pedicure I have ever had and the time spent on taking care of me was incredible. My legs were massaged and oiled, my cuticles were perfect and my feet were silky smooth when I left. I wont try anywhere else, because when you are satisfied you show loyalty. I work at a flower shop so I had her paint small flowers on my toes! Artistic too!! Love you Venus Nails!! I also want to share that I have had cracked heals and tried every product on earth and then they suggested I try Epoch Sole Solution. I thought...yeh right! But, my feet are like brand new and this is the best product on the market today. Love Love Love Venus Nails

The worst part was..I called them before I came gave me a price onthen when I got there it was more than I was told way more..Nails chipping..they will never get my money again

Amazing. 10/10. I had someone named lily do my toes and she got the toenail that was digging into my skin and it was causing me so much pain. My toes turned out so cute and my feet are so soft and silky. My mom ended up denting her toe on the way home so we called and they said we could get it repainted if we came back

I came here with my bff who is a loyal customer. They are super clean and modern decor. I get my nails done in the city but if my girl is ever on vacation I will come here. A++ on hospitality and conversation. They speak to you and make you feel at home. I love that. Led lights are awesome on the pedi chairs.Only Con was a lady walked in and asked for an estimate and they gave her one. She said okay that works and then they said they have no time. If you ask me they shouldve mentioned that 1st. So she didnt get good customer satisfaction. With that I say make an appointment just in case.

T is an amazing nail tech! He did exactly what I wanted!

I paid 55 dollars for a gel set and had to go back two days later to have the entire set redone. Almost every nail had lifting. They fixed it but told me tot to come back again. That they wouldnt fix it anymore. Told me i must be doing something wrong and it was my fault... Ive had sets done for years and never had this much lifting this fast. Its now wed and my entire set has lifted completely in 4 days! When i called to discuss it with the tech they said they would not fix it again. Very disapointed with the quality and customer service.

I have only been there once but the person who did my nails, Donny, was very nice and did an excellent job. I would recommend anyone to go there. It is a very relaxing atmosphere.

Normally Ive never had an issue going here except for recently. Lily did a phenomenal job on my pedicure but one of the ladies who did my fill in, with white tip messed it up horribly. Very uneven, and mismatches my other hand. She didnt even bother to ask me if I wanted a color, which I did and when I tried to explain that it was already to late. When I went to go pay, I was suppose to receive my $5 back, and they never gave it back to me for my change. Never going back again.

I have had my nails polished 3 different times and was charged 3 different prices. I never had any polish on or had them file my nails. The last time I had it done the person had to put something in the polish because there wasnt enough in the bottle and my nails chipped the next day. Three of my 10 nails were messed up, the tec hit one finger with his hand, I asked him to fix it and he used remover patted it down and then painted clear over it, my nails looked awful. I will never go back to this place again.

I showed the guy a photo reference of what I wanted and its does look anything like it but I didnt want to be rude and ask him to redo them. The acrylics that I got 4 days later are already chipping and the gems are falling off and when I called and asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else and get them fixed the guy was basically yelling at me telled me that he can fix the gems and isnt giving me a refund. I asked him what he could do about them chipping 4 days after they are done and he told me nothing and I would have to pay extra to get them fixed. This isnt the first time i have had this problem. I will never go back to this place.

I took my mother here, first time for both of us, and we loved it! They did such an amazing job. I was really indecisive on the polish I wanted and they were so patient with me. Kayla did my mani-pedi and Dan did my moms. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Went there for a fill, since my normal nail salon was busy. My nail technician was rushing to finish my nails, which caused them to be uneven and bumpy. My nails were different size, shape, and width. Never going back.

I got a no chip manicure Saturday, didn’t even last until Thursday. Super bummed because they did do a good job otherwise but I’m not going to pay $30 for a manicure that’s not going to last 2 weeks
