Hidden gem! I called this place on a whim because I unexpectedly got the afternoon off of work. I was able to get an appt and my expectations were exceeded. They were all very kind, and my stylist listened to what I had to say and went above and beyond to talk with me throughout the process. I didn’t feel rushed an I got the result I was anticipating. Liz was wonderful, she took her time and was honest with the results I may have. She did a beautiful job :)

Ive been going to Phoenix for many years, since when it had a different name. Owners Missy and Liz are both great stylists and have the talent to listen to what you want and cut accordingly. I also go to Liz for pedicures and shes very good. Their prices are more reasonable than most places in town, and they go out of their way to get you in when you want to come. I plan to be a regular there forever.

I was very pleased with my experience at phoenix salon. I called around 3 or 4 PM on a weekday to request an appointment for a cut and highlights. I was hoping to get it the same day if possible, and they were pretty busy but they figured out a way to schedule it for later the same day. Brenda did an awesome job and had detailed advice and recommendations relating to all of my questions. She was also a very nice lady and seems to know a lot about what shes doing. It was my first time ever getting any color in my hair, and Im very happy with the highlights as well as the cut. The price was totally reasonable and the facility is updated and well equipped. Two other women had their hair finished by two of the other stylists before I left that night, and their hair looked really nice too.
