My experience at Ben Bridge Jeweler was everything I had hoped for and more. I have been wanting to surprise my wife with a custom necklace, so naturally I looked for local jewelers in the area and came across their store. The workers were professional, hospitable, and very insightful. It was a pleasure speaking with store manager and watch connoisseur, Benito. He exceeded my expectations with his repertoire of knowledge of the Rolex brand. Likewise, Melissa was very pleasant and communicative. She helped me pick and get a quick quote on the perfect custom necklace for my wife. Nonetheless, my experience was incredible, and I am beyond satisfied! They hold themselves to the highest of standards at Ben Bridge, which sets them apart from other jewelers in the area.

Brought in a ring that had lost a stone and they showed how the others were loose and pointed out that it needed replating. I would not have known this, not being a jewelry expert. So relieved that they showed me instead of repairing one stone and letting the rest fall out. The end result looks like it is brand new out of the jewelry case! I did not expect it to turn out so beautiful and am still stunned at the amazing work they did.

The knowledge base of the employees here at Ben Bridge - is extensive. It seems like they are all extremely knowledgeable about luxury watches, different cuts of diamonds, gemstones, etc. as well as pearls and birthstones. Friendly staff. No pressure sales. It’s refreshing really. Elizabeth, Katy, and Alexa are all fantastic.

My wife and I came in to see if any new Rolex GMTs arrived. While there, we saw a gorgeous Tudor. The staff was incredibly professional, delicate with the inventory, and in no way pushy. Great experience! Left with that Tudor and will be back for the Rolex when it comes in!

I have had AMAZING service and communication from Ben Bridge and their employee Elizabeth Rios. I’m a bartender, and she’s so friendly and helpful that when I mentioned at my pub that I’m on the lookout for a ring soon she mentioned she’s a jeweler!Throughout COVID she’s been super helpful with finances and customization of a ring, and has made this whole process fluid and perfect. The ring COULD NOT be more perfect, and they customized it exactly to specifications. Will definitely be coming back for any jewelry needs in the future!

Wonderful Rolex purchasing experience at the Lynnwood location with Tina. My wife and I have visited many Rolex stores in the area and had bad experiences with the sales associates. This wasn’t the case with Tina. She’s down to earth, genuine, informative, and overall made us feel welcome. With that said, we purchased a Rolex from her without any hesitation. Overall, I rate this experience a 10/10! I highly recommend working with Tina at this location.

It was a quick and easy trip to Ben Bridge to get a gift for a relative. The bracelet is classy and timeless and will be easy for her to put on. I visited Ben Bridge for the first time today, I was pleased. I for got about a special event tomorrow for the Wife. So I was seeking jewelry for her. I went across the hall to Helzberg Jewelers and was literally ignored, with NO customers in the store. I observed 3 employees, with one 6 feet from me. I am a in and out person, so I had an idea of what I wanted. I looked around for a few minutes and saw what I wanted. I waited even longer for someone to come or at least acknowledge.....nothing. So I went right across to Ben Bridge. Katy immediately acknowledged us, professionally asked what I had in mind. I told her and they didn’t have it. But because of her suggestions and insight. I found something that the Wife doesn’t have purchased those pieces. KATY Thank You-for not judging a man with four kids. Because they’ve given me gift input for their Mother since birth. I will definitely be back!

Showed the staff a picture of a watch I took in their store 3 weeks ago. The staff proceeded to tell me the watch didn’t exist and told me that the silver dial I wanted was clearly a black watch. Dismissive and unknowledgeable staff...don’t recommend. Maybe next time try not treating a customer who is looking to purchase a $5,000 watch like an idiot.

My wife and I had seen a black diamond band years ago at another Ben Bridge location and I had called recently to see if it was still available. From the start Elizabeth was very helpful when informing us it had been discontinued BUT we have options. She brought up items similar to what we had seen before, along with the ability to custom make the piece or order from the manufacturer. We set an appointment to see what she had available. We arrived to the store and she was very enthusiastic about the piece. The buying process was very streamlined considering all the COVID precautions implemented. We look forward to picking up the ring in about a week and working with her in the future!!

Great service. All I needed was a watch band for my 1973 Omega. Good selection and competitive prices. Nice to see the store is doing well.

Took my Michele watch in for a battery replacement and band cleaning. Went to pick it up and the band wasn’t cleaned, the crown was broken in half that has the Michele emblem, and the pressure testing failed. Will have to wait to talk to the repairman on Monday, but if it was dropped and broke the crown, chances are good that can create the pressure issues. They claim the band likely didn’t get cleaned as they didn’t want it near water since it failed the pressure test. Mind you, the band removes in 2 seconds. Clearly we won’t be back.

I came in to get my ring finger sized and the jeweler recommended that I use a ring support so my ring doesnt slip off until I can get it resized. Customer service was great however when I got my ring back by the time I got home I noticed the gold on my ring was all scratched up from her placing this support on. I could see an x marked in the ring where the support bar was placed. This was my first and last time in Ben Bridge and I absolutely do not trust this store. If they are this careless about placing a simple ring support on then who knows what else they are doing.
