A quick, professional, informative, and friendly experience. I was able to get in right away and they fixed my watch up nicely, including a pressure test to make sure it was watertight; they even set the time and date and some of the basic stuff like chimes for me. I will go back the next time my watch needs a new battery or a repair and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience getting my damaged Movado fixed here. Andrew did an excellent job replacing the sapphire crystal face as well as buffing out deep gouges that were acquired when I fell and the watch face impacted the ground. I thought the watch was irreparable, but now it looks good as new! Thanks to Andrew, and the professional team at Arc!

I went in to Arc watch works just for some cleanings, but after walking in, I soon remembered it was where I bought my first ever Seiko watch. Im a young guy, so a new watch to me when I was 19 was awesome. Onto the future, I walked in and was greeted by Sam, the owner who is super nice, informative and quick also. I got 3 watches cleaned, which are in near perfect looking shape now and function also. One battery replace and a replacement crystal which was insanely generous and well priced, they also hooked me up with a new Behring! Which is on my wrist almost 7 days a week. If you need help with your watch or are looking to buy a new one, I highly recommend this business!

Sam and his employees are a pleasure to work with. Consummate professionals all of them. They engraved an older Cartier Santos for me, and it came out better than I’d hoped. They were also able to repair a vintage Bullova. The Bullova needed a new accutron movement and crystal. Other local watchmakers refused to take on that project, but it seems that nothing is impossible for Sam and his crew. Their services are on the high end of the price spectrum, so I don’t use them for every watch. But if it can’t be done elsewhere, or if it must be done to an extremely high standard, this is the watch repair expert for you.

Bad customer service. We were quoted a certain amount and my watch repair ended up costing $50 more than we discussed. The lady at the store misrepresented us and plainly replied, “no, this is what I told you.” Overpriced and underdelivered.

My visit was absolutely amazing! Took in my boyfriends watch to get a new leather strap and an engraving as a gift. I was able to get a rush order on the engraving, in and out within 2 hours, and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind and took the time to explain all the steps and processes. Will definitely be going back for any other watch-related things.

I had come here to engrave a harmonica for a gift. I spoke with Sam and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable with helping me. He walked me through all the possible engravings, the fonts that they can do for me, and his personal recommendations. Despite coming in during a busy week near Valentines day, the work was done quickly.I had received a call that the engraving was not done exactly as I ordered and was offered a full replacement for my harmonica. They then graciously engraved both harmonicas beautifully. The gift was well received and I am very happy with the service and professionalism that was displayed. I would definitely come back with any future engraving requests as I know they would treat me fairly as a customer and give me a great experience.

Sam has a vision and talent to make jewelry SHINE! He took my two topaz necklace pendants and created one brilliant pendant that I wear everyday (instead of being stored in jewelry box). I am a return customer for custom jewelry and watch needs.

Quoted $200 for 7 batteries to be replaced. That’s more than the value of all 7 watches. The counter person also told me I was rude because I questioned the price.

Extremely personalized attentive care. They charged me for the battery and band on my old watch but did not charge me for sorting out what I wanted to do - the fitting and refitting from links to leather band to show me my options. Very people oriented business.

Arc Watch Works & Engraving, located in Washingtons Lynnwood Alderwood Mall, is a top drawer business that is staffed with professional sales staff as well as technicians.The Arc Watch Works & Engraving shop is a clean and fresh establishment. Its not a shop with broken clocks sitting open and unsecured while collecting dust as the days and weeks turn into months, with no repairs of any kind.I state this after my husband and I recently took back our clock from just such a shop, where our beautiful heirloom clock had been left unsecured on an open shelf with numerous other neglected clocks. Those clocks were likewise unsecured and were similarly gathering dust. The shop keepers excuse for not making timely repairs to our clock was that he was still waiting for a replacement motor.On that same day and after taking our clock back into our possession, we learned that the needed replacement motor was in fact locally available.And, on that same day, we also discovered the Arc Watch Works & Engraving shop, located in Lynnwood WA, Alderwood Mall. Here we were had our clock repaired that same day and within an hour!During that hour, we had a nice stroll through the Mall, while we enjoyed a hot cup of Starbucks coffee and popped into REI to snag a good buy on our favorite Smart Wool socks.When Arc Watch Works & Engraving finished their repair of our clock, the cost was very reasonable. And, we felt appreciative and happy to tip the staff for their excellent service.I am glad to report that our clock is now back in our home and is keeping time to the second, thanks to Arc Watch Works & Engraving.When the time comes to buy a new time piece or have one fixed or to simply have new batteries installed, I will not hesitate to go directly back to this very fine establishment.Thanks again to the good folks at Arc Watch Works & Engraving for their excellent work and professional service.M&K Carlstrom

I brought four watches here for new batteries. Two of them needed to be resized, including a luxury Longines watch. The staff were very courteous and professional, they even suggested special cleaning for my gold watches and lowered the price as I was bringing in so many watches. My watches look like new and the work done was extremely professional. It took them about 4 hours and I picked them up on the same day. I will definitely come back to this location.

Grandad’s watch works just like new (with a gorgeous, reasonably priced leather band - $35 😉) and my other two favorites got a battery change, over-due cleaning & (proper) seal.I had initially tried to change out all of the batteries on my own and hit a wall. When I brought the three watches to Arc Watch Works, I was informed that the batteries, which I bought at Fred Meyer, are the wrong thickness! This thickness issue was actually manifesting as a problem with grandad’s watch; the date gears were stuck!!I am so grateful for the knowledge and kindness I received in my time (haha!) of need.Thank you guys!

Although, my original call for pricing was great! Once in the store owner Sam was very friendly and offered additional services and spoke regarding pricing. It was once I had a question with whom stated was the manager regarding price I was being charged that she became very snappy and rude. Not good customer service at all. She said no one ever paid the price I informed which was only 9.99 less for a battery I had not intended to get but Sam offered to exchanged at 9.99 less since he had been working on it, Battery totaled $39.99, I told her he had said $30. She said he never would say that and when I informed to follow up with him she said he was on an important phone call and wouldn’t confirm because she was right and has been the manager for years. After, telling her I only repeated what the owner said she gave me the pricing we originally agreed to anyway so no point in being rude at all. This was my first time in the store and I was happy with Sam’s work however, this experience does not make me want to come back if she is still there.

This place is great. I have about 20 watches and I go here for resizing and new batteries. They do an aweosme job. I have never had to wait more than about 20 min for work to get done.

Place two batteries in watches and polished a platinum ring for the cost of polishing the ring elsewhere. The battery replacement included seal replacements (no added cost) as part of the replacement 😎

I cant speak for everyones experience with them, but they brought my lost dead clock back to life and I am grateful for it. The repair and cleaning they did is spectacular. They even made the crown click loud again like it was new. Shout out to Bryant for helping me clear out warranty issues and information, and the team that fixed this watch. Sorry if I forgot everyones name that helped me but ill be sure to stop by in the holidays to grab a couple items.

They charged me $70 to replace the batteries on two watches along with a cleaning fee on one watch. Have only been charged $15 in the past for battery replacements at other locations. Extremely overpriced and took advantage.
