BUYER BEWARE: I dropped off a working new watch to have the minute and hour hands replaced as I did not like the color of the hands (I wanted them to match the seconds hand color), I signed off on a work order receipt which states that they would order and replace the hands of the watch to match green seconds hand and paid them. 1 week later I returned for the watch to find out that the minute and hour hands had been sanded and painted vs ordering new hands. After looking at the watch there were areas on the hands that were not painted evenly, also the hands were not moving as they should due to the way that they were re-installed.When coming to them with the issue within a couple of hours, they refused to help and called security, who arrived and agreed that the work was not done per the agreement but due to their no refund/all sales are final policy in fine print on their credit card receipts, we just had to eat that cost due to the owners unwillingness to resolve the issue. I was lucky to find another watch repair shop in the area who can do the work accurately (ordering new hands and repairing the installation to be functioning properly) and even for a cheaper price than this shop, who essentially took my money to damage my watch.

I had to have my wedding ring cut off, repaired, diamonds replaced that had fallen out of setting. The ladies whom helped me were lovely and helpful. It was a tearful outing for me having my 30+ year worn wedding ring removed. I was told they would have it repaired in a week and they called me 3 days later! I picked it up and it turned out lovely! We also had my husbands ring worked on while we waited. It needed reshaping and polishing. It now looks great! Done in 15 minutes! I will bring them more of my business!

Went into see how much it would be to repair my necklace. The lady over the counter took a look at the necklace and told me that it was not broken. She took it and within 5 minutes brought it over fixed. Above all she did this all for free. Very genuine and honest business. Would recommend to anyone.

When other prominent jewelers in the area said they could not fix my watch, i finally found these folks. not only did they fix it, they had the most reasonable price. would never go anywhere else for watch or jewelry repair. why bother with the rest when these folks are the absolute best!

I dropped off a ring to get engraved from them and they told me to come pick it up in 3 days. 3 days later I go to pick up the ring and when I get there, they told me the ring will be here in 45 min. Which was not an issue since my pick up time was 5:00 pm anyways. So I’m standing waiting over there for my ring and the lady gets a call, comes over to me and tells me she has bad news, “my ring wasn’t able to get engraved”.So why are you telling me the day I came to pick it up? You could of told me at the time you found out my ring wasn’t able to get engraved. So then I went to arc watch works, which is also in the mall and they ended up engraving it within an hour. It was a bit more pricier but the job was done.The owners seem like nice people but it just isn’t what you expect from a business.

I had a couple watches that were in need of a battery replacement, and watch band replacement. Other places I had contacted had stated that I would need to send the watch away to have the battery replaced and it would take 1-2 weeks to have it returned.When I called and asked if they could accommodate my repairs and they said yes.When I went, they were able to get me in and out in under 20 minutes, surprisingly fast and efficient.I had a new watch band and a new battery installed on two separate expensive watches in minutes.The prices for the service were very reasonable, and the knowledgeable woman whom helped me had informed me of a repair that I could do as well for a missing second hand, which would be expensive to replace, and take a week to be completed, however it wasn’t completely necessary if I didn’t want it repaired. She said the watch was exquisite, and kept time without it, but it is missing the second hand, and she could replace it if I decided to do so.Wonderful service, quick, efficient, fairly priced, and knowledgeable.What more could you ask for?I’ll be referring people, and taking my business to them in the future.

Arrived at the Fast-Fix as soon as it opened at 11:00am, the lady who waited on me asked what i wanted and i wanted a battery replacement. I assumed the lady was going to do the job, but instead she said that can you pick this up at 1pm? i asked why 1pm and she said, the guy who does the work will not be there until 1pm and like i stated before it is only 11am. After two in a half hours the guys finally shows up. The charge for a watch battery was expensive, I did not receive a warranty card for the battery and the two people behind the counter did not care. i will NEVER go back to that place again.

A clasp that I paid what I thought was an astronomical price, broke after just 4 months. I was told they only guarantee for 30 days. After some discussion, the associate worked out a fair and reasonable solution.

Ive been going too fast fix Jewelry and Watch Repair for over 10 years. Not just at that location in the Alderwood Mall but there are franchise and Ive been to their locations at different places throughout this country in fact and I got to say the service is through-and-through exceptional at all locations that Ive gone to thats why I seek them out but the location at the Alderwood Mall goes above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced thank you Fast FixNF

Took my citizen eco-drive watch in to have the crystal replaced. They said it would take a hour. I got my watch back 2 weeks later and it dies immediately after its removed from a light source. Watch worked perfectly before they touched it. They said they only replaced the crystal. Well that maybe but they broke my watch and want me to pay more money to fix what they broke!!!! Horrible service!!!

The lady who work there was able to changed battery of my dead watch after I paid $27,54 but refuses to set up the time. “I don’t have time to do this!”, she just walk away. Bad Service!!!

Replaced batteries in two watches in about an hour. However, she didnt give me the 1-year warranty card when I picked them up (which I didnt know I needed until the next day), and the credit card I used to pay was used later that day to try and purchase membership to an adult website. Coincidence? No way to know, but I rarely use that card. Thankfully the bank caught it.

I went in to change the battery on my watch. The owner was there...she took care of me right away. I highly recommed them!!

Worst customer service. Called to ask a question, and the lady was too concerned about another customer being there, she kept asking for my phone number to call back after she deals with the other customer... I got so mad I hung up!
