Customer service here is HORRIBLE. Please never buy a ring from them they made our experience so bad 🥺. The Zales in Tukwila WA was so much more professional and gave us an accurate quote on resizing my ring. The lady who works here is quite rude and lied about the cost to try and sell us a protection plan we didn’t want.
Customer service is really bad. Prepare for them to lie to you about literally everything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Mens stock was almost none existent. Mens bracelets and necklaces looked like they should of been in womens section
I had a great experience. All 3 ladies that work there were amazing. As a guy i didnt have much experience with jewelry, they were very patient and knowledgeable to helped me. I walked out with 2 pieces of jewelries less than 1K.
Worst Zales ever if you go in they are prepared to get scammed and hustled. The sales lady with the broken leg and neck tattoo was very condescending to my wife and tried to sell her on getting her wedding ring resized even though we bought a warranty for lifetime resizing so we took it to another zales and everything got situated.
The sales clerk behind the counter had the audacity to ask me if my blinged out ring was plated! After my husband told her NO she didnt believe him and asked to see it. She then brought it over to a station with a camera and a metal pick... She then was extremely quiet after making such a bold & rude remark. She offered no apology. I understand that my husband and I look young. She was probably annoyed we only came in for a cleaning. Its not our fault they do free cleanings ! And it also isnt our fault she cant spot a real from a fake. There was definitely better & polite way of asking me about the components of my ring. She could have said oh is that 14k rose gold? Then waited for my response to tell me about whatever policy or assumption she had. And no we did not let her clean it afterwards.
We’ve been customers of Zales for years and I have to say that Bobbi at this location goes above and beyond to take care of us. It’s the only Zales we go to and it’s 3 hours from our home. I never have to worry with her. Highly recommend her and also Zales warranty. Wouldn’t buy a thing without the warranty. They stand behind it.
This location has helped me more than once! The Zales where my engagement ring was purchased, is no comparison. Bobbi and Cathy are the best! Friendly, not pushy, and beyond helpful each and every time I stop by! I recommend working with either one of them!
One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Jessica and the older lady that were working last night were horrible. My boyfriend bought me a diamond necklace from the Zales website. When I actually received the necklace, I came to realize that they sent me a pendant with a smaller diamond than what my boyfriend had ordered and paid for.We took the necklace to the Zales store at Alderwood and explained to them what happened and Jessica confirmed that they did in fact send a smaller diamond. We asked if we could exchange the necklace and get the correct one that we ordered and paid for. Jessica proceeded to RETURN the necklace and informed us that it may take several days for the refund to appear on our account, and then told us we would need to repurchase the necklace, but we wouldnt be able to get it for the same price we paid since we used an online promo code.We never once asked her to return the necklace, and it wouldve been nice if she had explained the process to us prior to taking any action, because once she did it, she said she couldnt undo it. Jessica got (who Im assuming was) her manager involved, who basically told us there was nothing she could do to help us since the return had already been started. I asked her why she couldnt match the price we paid online, especially since it was ZALES error, and not mine, but she said they are not connected with the online store. The manager told us we needed to call a phone number and deal with the customer service department and she couldnt make any guarantees that they would honor the price we had originally paid.Basically, to make a long story short, we ended up leaving WITHOUT a necklace, and we have been extremely inconvenienced by and error made by Zales. We will never return to the Alderwood store again.
Zales at Alderwood Mall sent my wedding ring set out to be appraised. I was told it could take up to three weeks. I went in after four weeks and was told sometime it takes a little longer. At five weeks I went in again on a Sunday inquiring. I was told they would call on Monday and call me back. Never received a call back on Monday. I knew that something happened and was afraid they lost it. I called Tuesday and talked to the assistant manager she told me my ring was lost and they were trying to find it. They were investigating with the tracking number. Thursday the manager calls back and said it was lost and they can not find it. It did get appraised and they had the appraisal form. I went into the store feeling numb and very upset. The manager acted like it was no big deal. She was never apologetic or said she was sorry. She just said it was not their fault it was the shipping company. They could care less that the ring had sentimental value to me.This is the appraisal company they use so yes it was their fault too. They are issuing me a check for $500.00 over the appraisal amount. I wanted to make people aware of this so it does not happen to them. Do not let them send you jewelry out to anyone! 😢😢😢💍😢😢😢
They take good care of our jewelry when we take it in! And they make sure that we are informed of any specials that are going on.
Bobby is Amazing and so caring and understanding she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and satisfied.
Bought a pair if expensive earings at Zales for my girlfriend. Went in today about 6 months later to get them adjusted. One of the workers at zales broke one of my backings to the earings and then tried to sell me a new pair instead replacing the backing they just broke in front of me.
I’ve been pretty happy with zales for the most part. However I’m really disappointed in their lack of commutation and customer service lately. My center diamond fell out of my ring back in June only SIX months after buying it in January. I took it in for repair around the last week of June and was told that it would be ready by July 11th.July 11th came and went and not a single phone call or email from zales. My husband checked the progress online and we could see that it was still “in progress.”By the end of July we got an email saying that there has been some technical difficulties and that my ring will be done on August 7th... ok no big deal. Well, August 7th comes, no call or email saying my ring is finished.I finally call zales on August 9th and ask when should my ring be finished since it’s been with zales for over a month, going on two and that I’ve been told that it was going to be done, two different times now. The woman I talked to had no answers and said she was going to call around and ask where it is and when it should be finished. However, when she calls me back she said she’s unsure of when it will be finished and that she will call me next week and the week after to give me updates. She was really nice but I’m so frustrated that my husband is continuing to make payments on a ring we don’t even have possession of and that we haven’t even had for a year. It’s annoying that nobody seems to know when I’ll actually be getting my ring back.If I never would’ve called them for an update, we probably still wouldn’t have heard anything. At this point should I just ask for a different ring?!
I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Zales at Alderwood. The staff is friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
In Response to The girl claiming they signed her up for a credit card without her consent. That is NOT possible. You have to enter, name, address, Social, gross income, etc. There is no way you would have not known you were applying for a credit car. Lol
I went into a the store with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings. We knew we were going to finance some of it so we wanted to see how much we could afford. We walked out of the store empty handed and two weeks later I get a Zales Credit Card in the mail. I NEVER wanted a credit card from here and quiet frankly didn’t even like the girl helping us. I’m so mad they signed me up for something I didn’t even ask for. This is absolutely ridiculous cause now I have to take time out of my day and cancel the stupid thing. They are pushy and shady and I will never buy ANYTHING from here... EVER.
I have yet to buy anything here but the two times I have gone in with my fiancé, I receive top notch service.
The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The manager, Crystal has a huge attitude and lacks people skills. She doesnt even know how to smile. I have gone in the store several times for the last year due to a problem I have with my 1 year old engagement ring and wedding band and not once has she showed interest in solving my problem other than just doing the bare minimum. Not once has she even just acknowledged my frustration or apologized. All she says is my hands are tied. Also the older lady in the store is absolutely horrible. She helped my husband and I when we were shopping for rings but, we ended up buying our rings from another store. When she found out shes been awful with us since then. When we walk in the store she pretends we are not there even if no one else is available to help us shell go in the back room just to avoid talking to us. We have told everyone to not go there because of this awful customer service. My sister just got engaged and they ended up going somewhere else. We will never buy anything from there again.
We got both of our wedding rings and engagement ring here. Great customer service, they didnt pressure us, and they listened to what we were looking for! We will continue to shop here for our jewelry in the future!
Someone used my account info fraudulently in this store. They got away with over $1600 at my expense.
It was very nice
