Very disorganized, trying to take care of other customers and leaving me with my nails undone 3 times even though I told her I was on a time limit. Then complained that I was a walk in and should have called even though it said walk-ins welcomed and I arrived at 1030am and 2 people were there. On top of that repeatedly spoke in her language loudly to the other techs while roughly handling my nails. I kindly asked her what do I owe you and walked out with my nails half done. No one should have to tolerate rude nail salons that are all about making as much money as possible while treating new clients horrible and raising the prices to fit their quoter. Wish I could remove the 1 star...they dont deserve it.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT, SCAMMY AND DO NOT LISTEN. I asked for a basic manicure and polish and before I can stop them they are gluing on acrylics. Came in for my scheduled apt at 530 wasnt sat till 610 and was charged an after hours fee. I asked for coffin shaped and they had no clue I gave up trying to explain it and left with streaky polish with sloppy acrylic edges. I dont usually write bad reviews and there was even more I wont go into.

The pictures on the left is what my daughter showed her but asked for “coffin/almond” shaped. When I picked her up it was close to 8 and didn’t want to deal atm, which in hindsight I should have. I called this morning1st - I was hung up on twice due to lack of communication2nd - the manager called back a few hours later. She asked me to come in later in the afternoon and she would look at the pictures and refund my money3rd - I went back, showed her the pictures (mind you she was rude and going back in her words) she told me “that’s not policy” which she could not show me said policy.4th - she offered to redo but A) who has that kinda time and B) she was the one who did the red. Would you go back?5th - I even asked for a gift card for what I paid and I would donate it.She told me I had to bring my daughter back in to remove the nails and then she would refund my money! What?! She was loud, talked over me, was not professional at all. She tried to blame it on my daughter, that she agreed with everything and that I left to run a couple errands. A) I’ve done this numerous times at several locations and my daughter was able to communicate just fine how she liked it. (Plus she had a picture) B) there was no way my daughter would have been able to complain to this woman. If she was treating me like this there is no way someone younger would be able to discus anything with her! Never again! Horrible place. You’ve been warned - lol

They did a really good job on my nails. I love them! My cuticles look great as well as the polish on my hands.

I am pretty disappointed with how long my mani/pedi has lasted. I came in on Fathers Day with my daughter in-law for a girls day. By last Friday (not even a week) the shelac (sp) for my mani started lifting and a strand of hair got caught and I ended up peeling the shelac all the way off the nail. Then I took my shoes off and the polish on one of my toenails is gone. I spent over $150 for these three services. I expect them to last longer. I wont ever go back here. Everyone was nice. The place is clean but the services are not long lasting.

Worst manicure pedicure I have ever had. I didnt think it was possible to screw up a mani-pedi, but they had to take off the shellac because it was clumped on and looked like a kindergarten art project. Then they charged me $80! Are you kidding? I will never go back. Poor quality

I stopped in for a quick basic manicure, I even brought my own polish. Their price sheet says a basic manicure is 16.00 and a specialty is 25.00. I just need a quick file, clean cuticles and polish. In and out....should be 20 minutes tops. The girl who did my nails in number 5 was not getting my cuticles cut back well enough so she used a drill. This would have been fine but she did not buff them smooth before putting the polish on. Needless to say the result was terrible. And it cost 25.00. The salon just had a icky feeling about it. I am sooo glad I didn’t have anything major done. Find someplace else to have your nails done.

My nails look terrible!! My best friend and I We’re looking forward to finally getting fills together. First, we walked in and the immediately asked us what service we would like then demanded that we pay and TIP prior to receiving service. We paid the nail service prices but refused to pay a tip until service were completed and Thank God we didn’t pay an upfront tip. I would like to advise future customers of the Micro aggressive racial discrimination my best friend and I received!! Other customers that received services this evening, paid after their services were completed. The male staff and costumers justified their reasoning for enforcing payment from us versus other costumers. My service obtained; My fill is lumpy, my nails are not properly shaped in desired shape (Ballerina/Coffin). My nails looked 95% Better BEFORE I ALLOWED THEM TO BOTCH MY NAILS. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer!

Took my mom here for a mani-pedi. They did a horrible job. It was a rushed job. The lady smudged my moms toe and tried to cover it up with more nail polish. Another employee there tried to cover it up with another color.......not sure what they were thinking. Then he told my mom to walk to the back to pick another color just for the one toe. Um no. What happened to the original color? Another thing my mom had hip replacement a few weeks back...she cant walk that far but they didnt seem to care. They just kept telling her to go get another color. Never coming back here. Poor service. They dont care about the quality only the quantity.

Will never go there again. Paid $100 for a full set that was $45 but they charged me $60 and a pedi that all she did was wash my feet and color my nails for $35! No massage or foot hard skin scrub! And when I got in the car my big toenail had polish scraped off and all over my skin. Was guilted into tipping $5 ea as well. So $110 later and I left completely unhappy!!!

When I walked in, at first I thought this place seemed lovely. It was clean and kind of quiet for a Saturday. When I sat down I asked the gal if she could do a Almond shape for my nails and she replied yes even though I was going shorter. After she did my fill she started to shape my nails and I ended up with square nails, so I asked her to make them more pointed. It took 3 more attempt to make them semi pointed before I finally said stop. By the time I got back from washing my hands (with no soap) she switched with the man next to her and she finished painting the ladys nails next to me and the man that was doing her nails painted mine... Let me tell you... They look AWFUL! The picture is only 2 days old. He did not wipe with alcohol prior to polishing them, nor did he give me a base coat and he did not finish with the alcohol. When I asked him about why the gal who originally started with my nails did this with the lady next to me and why he did not with me, they both said they did not need to with the polish I had. He had my nails polished with 2 coats done in 3 minutes. I was charged $45 for a fill... NOT OK!!! Not for a fill... I would be ok if I received a Mani and fill but for a fill only $45 is way overpriced. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there.

I was really looking forward to a good foot massage unfortunately that was not the case... the guy felt very rushed and it just really wasnt enjoyable 😕I recommend working on the technique quite a bit. I also picked a teal color and ended up with purple... all in all im out 60 bucks and pretty bummed.

I have been doing my nails at displays for the last year now and the reason I found this place is because my long-term nail spa owner sold her Nail Spa to the new owner which was very rude and not friendly so I found this new place last year and I’ve been coming here very regularly today I come in there busy in the mail doing my nails and not doing it very good so I read direct him and he said where are you been doing your nails before why do you come here is what he asked me and I said I’ve been doing my nails for a year here but previous to that I was somewhere else and immediately change his attitude starting to be nicer. I feel like everyone should be treated with respect and kindness because they’re here to spend their money on Your business I felt very discriminated new or old everyone should be treated equally black or white no matter what

Went in for a shellac manicure on a Tuesday afternoon and was immediately seated with the nail technician Amy. She was incredible, paid very close attention to detail and made my nails look perfect. I have very sensitive nail beds and it’s been quite some time since I have enjoyed a manicure because most technicians are too quick and end up cutting me but Amy was so gentle and I truly felt relaxed and pampered. My nails looked amazing too! The owner obviously prides himself on a job well done as he also looked over my nails at the end to make sure they were done well as I paid. I appreciate all the small touches and will definitely be back, hopefully I’ll get Amy every time.

Lee makes my nails look beautiful every time. It’s been a couple weeks since he did them and they still look amazing...and I am hard on my hands. I work in construction industry and lift weights so it isn’t easy keeping them up. I have broken a couple and his repair work makes it look natural.

Lee is so amazing! He’s always welcoming and professional and rewards his loyal customers. Relaxing atmosphere and wonderful consistent experience and results with my brows and pedicures and finger nails keep me coming back. Not to mention they have lots of spa pedicure chairs so it’s great for a friend date.

My friend and I came in for a long awaited pedi (havent been since the shutdown). The staff got us in right away which is great but the quality was poor. It looked like a paint job I can do myself. The callouses werent addressed. So i walked out with dry calluses feet and a poor paint job. They have 2 options for costs a $30 and a $50 pedis. When you point to the $30 one they tell you its $35...we are probably gonna go get another one elsewhere tomorrow. Dont waste your money!

In honor of getting ready for our wedding, I booked my wife and her bridesmaids a spot at this salon. They were all very pleased! I am very happy with my decision. The place is super spacious and warm, perfect for any large get-together event with family and friends. Their staff are so kind and accommodating. Not only did my wife say she loved the get-together experience, but she will also become a regular customer here at this great establishment!

We just had manicure; boy was it done horribly. From start to end it took less than 20min. Didn’t even bother to remove the cuticles, just put the nail polish and costs $10 more the the other nail salon I usually go to. I need it to get it done today and they were busy.I do not recommend this place at all.

I get my nails done here all the time. Everyone is always super friendly and welcoming! Lee is also exceptionally talented at doing nails. I like mine super short so they almost look natural. Other nail salons have had issues doing this in the past but Lee does a flawless job every time. I highly recommend him if u are looking to get your nails done!

I went to this salon yesterday with a bride-to-be and two of the other bridesmaids. I honestly would not recommend this salon to anyone based off of my experience there and the service that I experienced. I waited an entire hour in the pedicure tub with my feet soaking and pruning (my water turned cold!) until someone finally came over to do my nails. I can understand business being busy but waiting an entire hour is ridiculous. I decided to not make a big deal out of the long wait, although everyone else in the bridal party was having their nails done and I was one of the two that was planning on getting a manicure as well. I had a simple request for my nails; they would be chellac (sp?) and painted blue with one white polished nail. The entire time I was super nice to the lady doing my nails; besides the fact that she seemed angry and filing my nails like she was mad at them (I let it slide because maybe she was having a bad day or tired?) So it gets to the point where my base colors are done and I requested that she add some rhinestones/gems to the cuticle line of the white polished nail (I am in the wedding and wanted a little something added to my nails so that they looked a little dressed up. She then kept saying No to me about five times and I had asked her why she couldnt do it and she kept saying No. At that point she is talking in her language to another guy basically yelling at him and making faces like she was annoyed or angry. Another guy in the salon came over and said he would do the rhinestones after talking with the lady doing my nails, but at this point I decided I no longer wanted the rhinestones if it was going to be made such a big deal. She at that point had talked me out of what I wanted and then she got upset that I had changed my mind. By this time everyone in the bridal party is done getting their nails done and I still have yet to get a manicure. I asked how long it would take to do a manicure and the guy tells me 30 minutes. 30 minutes is a long wait for everyone else not to mention the time it was in the evening already. I told him I would have to check with the other people with me so that I could see if they didnt mind waiting. He just decided that he would start filing my nails right then without waiting for me to hear back from others in my group. He then walks away for something and 1 minute later a girl comes up to me wanting to do my nails. At this point, if they couldnt do something so simple for my pedicure I no longer wanted them to do my manicure. The entire hour my feet were pruning in the tub I overheard them constantly say No to a lot of the things that people wanted to get done. I went home and noticed that not even two hours after I got my nails painted that one of my toes (pinky) was not polished anymore. For having chellac done on my toes (and paying the extra money to have chellac done) I was upset and would NEVER go to this salon again. It was a bad experience and typically I am not a hard customer to deal with. Let me just say they lost a customer due to their bad service. Disappointed in the quality of the nails, especially since it cost me $45.00.

I received a birthday coupon email and went to use it. I was not allowed to use it. How frustrating. I paid full price for my pedicure because the system was down and the birthday discount could not be added. I will not return as this is a type of bait and switch.

I love it here! There salon is very clean and all the workers are very professional. I called same day and someone was able to take me within twenty minutes. Its especially good for working people because they are open as late as 8:30pm! Tonight I saw Lee for my nails who was such a perfectionist. He took his time with me - making sure every nail was the same shape, even, and the color was true to the sample. Thank you Lee for taking such good care of me. I will be back and will refer my family, friends, and coworkers!

I have tried this place numerous times and I am disappointed every single time. This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten, she didn’t massage or use a scrub or lotion or anything. She pulled out her phone twice WITH her gloves on, and checked it during. She was not friendly at all, and did the skimpiest pedicure ever. My nails are all lumpy and cut uneven. I will never return to this salon. READ YELP REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE, yelp has 2 stars and real photos on how this place is. Don’t waste your time.

Upon my trip to Washington to visit my family for the holidays, I discovered this amazing nail salon. The limitless options that they provide overwhelm you, but the final results are beyond satisfaction! They are very up to date with the latest trends. I was very surprised to find cat eye nail polishes at their salon because I thought it was a trend only to be found in California.

I really like this nail salon. Its really huge and a bit nicer than your average nail salon. There is never a point where they show you the menu or prices, so you should ask if you want to know. They are also on Fivestars.

Two weekends ago my husband and I went in to this salon for our anniversary weekend. Hoping for a relaxing time we wanted to treat ourselves. We went in for pedicures and I added a gel manicure. The gentlemen who oversees everyone asked if we wanted the deluxe whatever for our pedicures and since we were treating ourselves out we said yes. The lady that did my pedicure did not say one word to me the entire time, no smile, no eye contact. I brushed that off as maybe it was a culture or language barrier so fine. Throughout the time where I was supposed to be receiving a massage I was so angry. She was literally PETTING me in the same spot for an hour! The nail polish job she did was horrible AND she cut my big toe nail crooked!!! Lets move on to the manicurist. She was very sweet but man.. I requested a gel manicure in a dark color. At this point I didnt care what color, just make it a dark color. She starts painting my nails a Christmas red color.... I wait because after a few layers maybe itll darken... nope. She did notice her mistake BUT instead of taking it off she just put one layer of a darker red on top... Two days later two of my nails are colorless. The polish did not stay on. She left so much space between my cuticle and the color as well so it looked like I got this done two weeks ago rather than two days ago AND Im missing two nails being done. Four days later and TWO MORE nails are gone.None of this would have bothered me if I didnt pay $145.$145 for a horrid job. It literally ruined my day.

Best concierge nail salon in the north end. Been a loyal client for several years along with my friend. They have one of the largest variety of high quality name-brand polishes, in addition to fast drying shellac and gel top coats. Salon is so convenient and directly across from Alderwood Mall. Perfect end to a day of shopping! A+++!!!

Lee saved me tonight!! I have been going to the nail salon on the other side of the parking lot for over a year and even though they didnt close for another full hour... I was told NO! When I called from my car Lee said to come on in and he would do the full set with no problem. He did an amazingly flawless full set and he did them in less than an hour!! Lee is my hero!!!

I usually get my nails done at Casabella. I like the customer service at Casabella, especially the way manager Lee arranges and takes care customer. He is always conscientious, and listens the opinion of customers. Im happy whenever I get my nails done here by skilled staff. I tried many different places, but think this place is the best one. My nails done is beautiful.

I came in on a Tuesday around 12:30 pm with a 5 year old to get pedicures. The staff that was working was incredibly kind and offered a GREAT quality of service. They didn’t use ‘power tools’ as I like to call them, and took their time on our nails. I’ll be back again for sure!

The manager, Lee was very nice. Tina and Thuy were amazing and gave me a great manicure and pedicure. I didn’t have an appointment, but they made room for me and also made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have found my new nail spa home. 🥰

Overall its a nice salon with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff!Much better service this week. I had posted a review last week, and am now unable to find it. I got my nails done last week and my experience was awful and my nails looked horrible. I called in and spoke with Lee. He asked me to come back and give them a chance to make it right. My nails look much better this time, but I was still unhappy with the attitude and mannerisms of the nail tech. And my nails are crooked again... Next time, I will insist on a different nail tech.

Stopped going to this place for over a year plus because of the horrible service they provide and the guy that had done my nails names Lee who is the owner now is so terrible at doing nails. I simply just wanted short round nails and the shapes and sizes were all off.. I ripped them off the next day because I couldn’t stand how uneven and different shaped they were. I thought okay it’s been over a year let me go check them out again..nope terrible idea. I got the same guy and he literally made one nail shorter then the other. He was so inaccurate and in a rush, he literally got up several times during my stay to go help people at the door it was so disrespectful and I was so close to getting up and leaving. TERRIBLE JOB AGAIN !!! I went the very next day to take the nails off and get them redone! Oh and let me mention I knew better than to go back to the same place. DO NOT LET LEE DO YOUR NAILS, I REPEAT DO NOT LET LEE DO YOUR NAILS, unless you don’t mind the horrifying nail job 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

My fiance went here and enjoyed it. It was a pleasant experience. Always quiet and relaxing. The only negative is that she paid for the signature pedicure and felt they didnt get the full-time massage as promised in their menu as the business got busy.

Love Casabella nails. I make it every couple months for a shellac pedicure. They last so long. Amy is great. They have massage chairs and give you water!

First time going here and this will be my nail go to. Theyre so kind and they make sure youre getting exactly what you want. The place is really clean and they check up on you to make sure youre comfortable. The nails turned out AMAZING and look super professional. I highly recommend this salon because you will not be disappointed.

Busy mom here...I dont get much time to myself so I splurged on the $55 pedicure because I really needed to relax for an hour without my kids AND because my feet needed serious attention. Sadly, the pedicure was just okay. She didnt work on any calluses (which is specifically listed in this certain pedicure), it felt sort of rushed and even my nail polish is blotchy. I couldve gotten a better pedicure for 20 bucks somewhere else and thats pretty frustrating.

Did not do a very good job and definitely not what I asked for. They messed up and did not offer to fix even after I shared my disappointment that it was not what I asked for. They overcharge and there are plenty of other places that do better work for less. There is a man that is walking around looking over all of the techs work. If you ask questions he will step in and talk over the techs. It was a little strange. Also, when I went to pay he charged me far more than was on the menu which seems to be a common theme here judging by the other reviews. I have been here twice. I was not thrilled the first time but thought I would give them another shot- I wont be back. Gave 2 stars because the interior is nice and pretty clean.

Although the place was very clean the service was terrible for the price you pay. First, I come for a pedicure and the man doing it barely even pays attention to me because the soccer game is on. Then, when he does pay attention he paints my toe nails terribly there is nail polish on my skin that he doesn’t even wipe off. Also, he doesn’t know how to paint a nice flower because he wasn’t even paying attention to me or doing a nice quality job. Next, I go to sit while so a woman can do my acrylics and she does a terrible job there is acrylic in my cuticles which should never happen. Overall I would not recommend this place because the quality of service does not match the price.

I do my own nails, and by my own. I mean professionally, gels, acrylics the whole 9. Sometimes, its just nice to get them done by someone else. Ive gone to many places, but never have I ever had this welcoming of an experience.Any little imperfection I wanted fixed, Tony was more than happy to correct. I would gladly come here again and again.Being as I am very picky because I could do them myself, I have high expectations. Insane. I got a pedi, she got a mani and it came to one hundred dollars.I was told my polish was dry, when I got home I took off my shoes, and they are a mess. I would have waited longer if needed, but they seemed eager for us to go.Her mani looks awful. All her nails are different size and shape, not shiny, no cuticle clean up, nothing.What a joke.

Visited this place last week. The guy ( kinda owner) briefly asked what i need and asked me to go back?! pointing at some doors in the back. There was many customers in the saloon and they all had a smile when he said that because apparently he always says that leaving the customer(i) confused. To add to it now i was standing in the center with confused staff who didnt know where to take me to. Finally i got seated in the room and waited. Then a staff comes over and she was professional who was licensed in waxing. She was already working on a nail of a customer and had to drop it to come help me. I think it was unfair and there should be some clear direction from that man( kinda owner) who over sees the operation. Either he should say not all staff are licensed and the one we have is with a customer who has an appointment instead of asking me to go no where and stand . The gal who did the waxing did a good job but i doubt i will come back given the way things are operating in the saloon. Employees are rushed and i have seen them even skip meal breaks because the man calls out to them to assist without directions!

I normally have a decent experience when I come here but the last time I came in here was bad. I wear shellac nails and the gal that did my nails used a file to take off my shellac no cotton ball and foil at all, the manicure was horrible and every one of my nails was a different shape and length and she painted them the wrong color. The guy at the counter was less than helpful. I was in there an hour and half before they closed and was the only one there, I understand why. I wont be back either!

Ive always enjoyed this place and love the new owners. Recently they went out of their way to accommodate my sister-in-law who is undergoing chemotherapy for a rare and aggressive breast cancer. I asked what could be done to make sure her sensitive immune system isnt compromised while receiving a pedicure and so they had everything double sanitized. They took such good care of her, we were both so pleased by their service. I highly recommend Casabella!

I have being serviced by the manager Lee, he is amazing and very kind. I have done my manicure and pedicure and made me feel like a princess. I would recommend this place to everyone that cares about being spoiled!!! :) love and love this place!!

Does anyone know what happened to the nail tech named Jenny? I used to see her for pedicures but then I went last month and was told she was on vacation and never coming back. If anyone reading this knows which salon she went to or has her contact info, Id love to follow her to her new place!

Lee is a good manager. He remembers me when I walk through the door.The staff are very friendly, and provide good customer service always.

I came here years ago and the experience was typical. With todays experience under new ownership, I can see they are very conscientious about listening to client needs and fulfilling them.Jenny was Fabulous! I get very painful ingrown toenails when my toenails grow out and always have to ask nail technicians not to cut the sides of my toenails. Often they cut the sides anyway and I have to go through the painful process of growing them out over the skin again. Jenny knew exactly what to do to clean out under the sides of the toenails and not cut the sides. She did such a fabulous job removing the dead skin under the sides of my toenails that she actually relieved the tenderness I had already been starting to experience. I will be coming back to see Jenny and have her help me keep my feet in good shape! Thank you Jenny!

LOVE this place. Fantastic service, very helpful and polite! Also LEE is the best he always gives me exactly what I ask for plus my nails NEVER break I can go weeks without filling and he is super tedious and kind. Deff recommend this place and to try every service they provide. Let lee do your nails!

New to the area and finally found a nail salon I love! Very talented, and show their customer service in so many ways. This is now my go to and I recommend it for sure!

Pleasant enough environment. Not the greatest acrylic nails done, good enough basic manicures and enjoyable pedicures. Relaxing and pleasant ambiance inside the salon. I like that they always have the Food Channel on, which is great for everyone

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentines Day to have signature pedicures done and we had such a nice, relaxing experience. Hes never had a pedi done before so he was a little shy at first to have someone work on his feet. We loved the massages and the warm paraffin wax for our feet. That stuff is great and made my skin super smooth. It was the perfect way for us to spend time together and the service was phenomenal. Being in the service industry myself, I have high expectations on how excellent service should be. This spa is legit and will be back again for sure.

Lee does an amazingly meticulous job on my French acrylics EVERYTIME I see him! Completely worth the drive up from Seattle! Highly recommend!

Do not waste your money or time here. Or at least dont let the man who answers the phone and the front desk do your nails EVER. To remove my shellac he made me soak my fingers in acetone for at least 15 min, yes SOAK IN ACETONE instead of using a few drops on cotton and using foil. He didnt push my cuticles. He filed my nails with a VERY worn-out filer...didnt ask for the shape and the result was poorly shaped nails. I spotted RUST on the cuticle scissors. He was about to start a third shellac coat and I said him no, two coats is good for me. Then I noticed some of the old polish on the side of the nail so I told him and he insisted that it was my cuticle. What did he do? He put a third coat of shellac on that nail. Now I have a fat nail. He also used too much polish causing build-up on the sides. Clingy man, trying too hard to be friendly. He said: good to see you again, how have you been? - It was my first time there (and the last, for sure!) The price for this terrible service was $35.The only good things: the salon is cute and they have A LOT of shellac colors.But dont be fooled...

Many people oftentimes rate nail salons only based on their nails, but I suggest that we also consider the salon itself. Out of the 20 years that Ive gone to nail salons, this one is the only place that doesnt reak of chemicals. I was awestruck when I first walked in and didnt smell the typical unbearable scents that almost every salon has. In fact, it is not only because of the spacious and elegant environment of the salon that makes it a relaxing and pleasurable experience. Rather, it is also because of the pure and well-ventilated air. This may sound like a small thing to get excited about, but in the context of nail salons, this is a profound uniqueness!Out of curiosity, I asked the manager of how they keep the air quality so pure with all those chemicals lurking in the air. He responded that the owner invests in an advanced air ventilation system. The fact that this salon is willing to invest in such expensive equipment shows that they truly care about the comfort and HEALTH of their customers! If you are a looking for a place to truly unwind and relax, then I would highly suggest this place. #highlyrecommend

Casa Bella is amazing. My mother and I try to come once a month and they are always very gentle with her. The manager Lee is welcoming and friendly.

I went here with all seven of my bridesmaids, my mom, mother in law and grandmother. They were VERY accommodating and kind. The place is nice and clean on the inside. Not to mention, I loved my wedding day nails and toes. Would recommend scheduling an appointment, they do get busy.

Got us in right away claiming best in town. Service was far from it! My nail tech was lazy, my leg massage was barely rubbing sugar scrub on my legs and quickly rubbing off. Polish job for both my daughter and mine was sloppy. The ladies next to us were there before and finished after us because their nail techs seemed at least in tuned to doing their jobs. Worst ever pedi, not worth the money! Very poor experience and would not reccomend.

I used to come here a lot but since I moved its been years since I visited. I decided to bring my daughter there. I noticed the chairs were old and things didnt look the same. Their service is great. Unfortunately the nail polish choices werent great. Most were really dried and old. Even the employee said something about their polish. Well after my pedicure my polish didnt last long. In several hours big chunks came off of my big toe. Its most likely because the polish was old and dry. If I came back here I would bring my own polish.

Omg. The worst pedicure treatment yet. $30. I should have asked what it included when i asked the price. A no frill pedicure. A large salon...only 4 other customers. Im use to an hour pedicure for $25. This was 30 minutes. Take off polish. Cut and file nails. A 2 minute scrub...no massage. Paint nails and sit. I had to ask the girl to trim my callus after she started to put on polish. There was no filing the feet. The man at the front desk was a jerk. The tools were in a cosmetic bag. I did not see them come from a sterilizer. They did finish with a warm towel. I will never return and i learned to ask more questions before starting a service. The first time ever i did not leave a tip.

Lee welcomed my daughter and I immediately. Everyone made us feel welcome. They did a great job. We will definitely be back.

I always get my nails done here and most of the time either Lee or Tony does my nails. And both of them ALWAYS do an amazing job. Like Lee or Tony will do my acrylics and I can let them grow out for almost 2 months without any of my nails breaking. It’s amazing for someone like me who is too busy to come in every 2 weeks for a fill. But over the last two years I’ve had every person there at some point do my nails and it’s always been great. These amazing people are such hard workers and so kind. You can walk in the spa at any time of day, on any day of the week and you’ll see the exact same handful of people working. They all work 6-7 days a week and breathe nasty chemicals all day long to support their families as well as make the rest of us beautiful. I love this spa and I would never get my nails done anywhere else. I’ve read a lot of the other reviews for Casabella and some of them truly disgust me. I will never understand how some people can walk into this spa and complain nonstop when this staff is so dedicated to their work. Don’t take the casabella staff for granted, they risk their health everyday and always provide their best service.

I came here for the first time yesterday and i absolutely loved my experience . The music choice is good because it’s calm and soothing and my nail teqnician Amy was AMAZING AND REALLY SWEET . I absolutely LOVED HER. Just because of the great quality and service she gave me I will come back for sure, and I will make sure I always ask for Amy I loved how she took her time and payed close attention to detail. Great beautiful clean place . Will definitely be coming back again.

Normally very much like this salon, but today not so much. Made an appointment well in advance and was still interrupted and made to wait 5 times during my fill. The technician also blatantly insulted my nails twice (I was out of town for my fill so I couldnt get it done there as usual) which I wasnt unhappy with, it was just time for a fill. He also filed my thumb at the weirdest angle I have ever seen and I had to fix it myself while he got up for the 5th time to help someone who had just walked in the door. After 15 years I think this was my last appointment with them. Very disappointed.
