Ladies were nice enough. I booked an appointment for a manicure and full set acrylics. I ended up with acrylics and no manicure. I asked her to do my cuticles when I realized I wasn’t getting the manicure I booked. First time trying the dip method and the color wasn’t quite what I was hoping for.

I went in to get a shellac manicure. The shop is clean and everyone there was friendly. Kathy did a great job on my nails and the hand massage at the end was excellent. 10/10 would recommend!

Holly is the person that is in charge of this wonderful place and she she is conscientious she is very professional shes wonderful and I will continue to come I enjoy myself every time I go there hospitality is really good too and its a very clean place to relax and get a nice little massage in the chair from a very special friend Renee

We were in the area after an appointment and decided to do family pedicures. It was myself, my husband and 5 year old. The place was clean, inviting and the staff was very friendly. They did a great job. And, I loved how one of the staff members took the time to help my 5 year old put her socks and shoes on as we were wrapping up. Ive worked in customer service for the last 13 years. Customer service is always what brings me back. If we are in the area again, we will certainly do another family pedicure day.

I scheduled my appointment the day before for 2 services, dip and a luxe pedi. The gentleman on the phone was polite, thorough and quick. When I walked in he greeted me by name and you could tell he was smiling behind his mask. I was seated right away at kathys table that had a safe partition, offered a beverage, and given polish samples. Kathy greeted me very quickly and warmly. She was a wonderful and personable nail tech. I added on an eyebrow wax mid appointment which she effortlessly set up and completed before I changed over to the pedi station to relax. The massage part was excellent as well as the scent options for products (I picked lavender mint). From start to finish it was warm, friendly, and professional. Their prices were comparable to the surrounding salons, but their service is what made them stand out for me. The owners have only been there 10months, but have definitely got the routine, customer service, and products down packed.I highly recommend if you are looking for a small oasis of self care in your otherwise busy life. Thank you to the team at Naild It, you did just that. Cant wait to see you guys again in a few weeks. And thanks again, Kathy for helping me spoil myself a little bit.

After searching 3 years in our local area for a nail salon that would cater to our needs the way we were use to in the midwest our teen daughter turned me on to Nail’d It! The staff was so attentive and took their time. i then brought my husband who also fell in love with the BEST service we could ask for! We have now introduced our parents to the unforgettable experience Nail’d It Beauty Bar has to offer! We have FINALLY found our permanent nail shop!

If youre looking for a place to get your nails done, this is the place! Naild It is amazing for a few reasons, basically they do not disappoint!First, the staff does an amazing job. I am super picky and have pretty high expectations for someone who doesnt frequently get in to treat myself. I am generally nervous about spending a bunch of money on nails, as I have been disappointed in the past. Quen was my technician and she was amazing! My nails looked perfect, and felt good too. I had zero complaints even after getting home and analyzing.Next the atmosphere is quaint and comfortable, perfect for a escape from the crazy world. The massage chairs they have are brand new and super relaxing not hard and uncomfortable. They have a few different pedicure spa options, which definitely added to my enjoyment and overall experience.Overall I appreciated the services available, the salon and the atmosphere, and most of all the skill level of the staff.

I went here with a bridesmaid a couple of days before my wedding. Our experiance has me conflicted. The pedicure was nice, the NAILS for the manicure was nice however I said we wanted the luxe manicure and they only did our nails? They didnt do any of the extra parts like exfoliation, scrubbing or even soaking cuticles or dead skin removal. Thats half the reason I wanted it done 🤣 however the job with the dip was beautiful. My friend got a full set of acrylic and kept telling him to make them shorter and he never did, so that has been fun for her since shes used to much shorter nails lol. The other part that hit me weird was the owner waited til the last minute to tell me that they are cash only.. so I had to walk a couple blocks down to an ATM because who keeps $200 cash on them? I had called the previous day as well as show up early and it wasnt mentioned until the last second so that was very inconvenient as I was planning on using a credit card.

New owners have taken over business and are unorganized, unprofessional, and not timely. Forced to wait an hour for appointments before asked to leave because she didn’t have appointment written down from previous owner. Will not be returning and cannot recommend in good conscience

This place is amazing. They are relatively new, very clean and professional. Kathy did my nails and she did an amazing job! Very fast, neat and professional. I don’t live in the state but will definitely come back next time I am in town

All the little details make a huge difference. Got a Diamond Pedicure and Luxe Manicure and loved it. Daughter got intricate nail art and they were so attentive to detail. Wonderful new find.

This salon is absolutely stunning! Very organized, VERY clean, and has an all around great vibe. The chairs for spa pedicures are clearly brand new, and the tubs were super clean. Everything they used on feet and hands came from a sealed one-time-use package. My nails look wonderful, and Ive never had a moisturizing treatment last this long on my skin. I will be coming back, and telling everyone I know.Also, the owners and staff were great! Had no problem laughing and joking around with them while my nails were getting done. Fantastic place!

I had an an amazing experience, I have naturally very fragile nails and often feel discomfort when getting my nails done. I had Vickie today and she was so careful and super detailed, love my nails and just booked my next appointment.
