The ladies are so sweet! Went there yesterday and all if them were so professional. It is the only nail service that the nails actually last. Best one in the area:))

My mom, daughter and I did shellac manicure and pedicure at this place. Not only did everything come off a about 2 days later, I got an infection!!! Horrible place

I was in a time crunch with an event coming up. My friend told me about them, I work pretty late and their hours are great! so I made an appointment same day and they also take walk in’s. I came after work and they were quick and did exactly what I wanted! Told them the exact shape. I left super happy and will definitely be coming back! They were all so nice there. I did dip nails and added tips for length.

Best nails I ever had.

They were pretty rude,no small talk, over booked the appointments. Tried to over priced me when Im talking calling to her getting my nails filed and she telling me that almonds are different from oval than when its time for me to pay she tells me its the same thing and that I have to pay extra.They werent professional at all.Trying some place new.

Really sweet employees, gentle on the hands and feet. I asked for a challenging acrylic design and Anna was honest about not being sure if she could successfully do it, but she tried and I love it!!!!

This was my favorite place to go until today...... Im so disappointed in the length and the shape!! Also nothing like the picture I showed them first to make sure it could be done so I had to change it completely. Im so unsatisfied and will probably have to pay someone again to fix.

I told the nail tech I have ingrown nails and then she cuts my nail all crooked! I’m in so much more pain and that’s not how you’re supposed to cut it! I’ve had them done multiple times before and I know this ain’t it!!!!

I came in and they took me to a seat right away and accommodated me which was really nice. I had some trouble picking what nail color I wanted and they helped me, I did dip nails for the first time and the lady made sure they were perfect. She even recommended me a second color for the ring finger which was nice. The nails are long lasting and very priti hah it was my first time and I was satisfied.

The owner, Helen is wonderful. She makes sure everyones nails are perfect. Great hours too!

This was my first time here and I wont be back. I came in for a pedicure because I broke my big toenail and wanted them to see if they can use glue or something else to keep it in tact because it takes a long time for me to grow my toenails and I didnt want to cut it. I explained what I wanted to the girl and then she immediately cuts my toe nail after I had just asked her not to. I could have done what she did at home. The massage was decent but Ive had better service at many other nail salons.

The ladies here are SO NICE. I had a friend introduce me to this place and I will for sure be back. They actually talk to you! I also love how my nails turned out. Prices are also not bad. I think I found my new place.

They work hard and do great work, they are always super busy and customers get mad, but they are worth the wait. If waiting for your reservation makes you rude and grouchy go somewhere else. They are too nice when some customers are just plane rude. They wont turn people away, and work past closing time. I just wish that people would leave their young children and pets at home as it ruins the atmosphere and can get annoying.

Ive stuck with the same nail shop for over 20 years. I had a schedule conflict and decided to give Priti nails a try and they have been great. I am happy to have a salon near home to go incase my usual place is booked.

Great place.. but I was there 4 and a half hours. The people there have awesome customer service! But I dont have all day to spend there. If they could get me in and out quickly Id go there all the time.

Average pedicure experienceNail techs for myself and friend were nice and pleasant. Some of it was painfulThe wax was way too hot. The water bowl was broken on my friends chair. Pedicure lasted 3 weeks. We paid around 40 per pedicure - including design. I believe a basic pedi was just $20

I went to this nail salon and the lady doing my nails were very nice. but when i showed her the picture she ask my MOM to look for the color. at the end the color wasn’t even right and i ask for the powder dip nails and she didn’t give that. then when i left the nails were bumpy on the surface. and they had dents and she didn’t even fix them. it was a nice place though...

I was a little skeptical to come to this nail salon because the last one I went to were very unprofessional and werent very good. But I think I found my go-to salon! The women there are so sweet and caring! They will engage in conversation but will also leave you alone if they see you arent in a talkative mood (which should be done everywhere but the last place I went to wouldnt leave me alone and sometimes I wanna get my nails done in peace ya know? Lol)

Best place to get your nails done!

Told me my S&S nails would last 2-3 weeks, but they all lifted in one. They said I’m hard on my nails so I kept paying for new ones ( 4 sets.) After a 3 hour+ session for an especially sloppy set and a rushed pedicure I decided to try Serenity. My S&S from them only need filling at 3 Weeks and rarely crack or lift. Pritti nails has nice people but the quality of service depends on how booked they are. Sometimes They try to do too many people at once, trade off, miss steps and I sit wIting a lot.. with bad results.

Went in and saw Tami, she saw me right away and was nice to my daughter, she cut my finger pretty bad though and I made her stop and told her it hurt, still cut and hurting pretty bad, they used old nail clippers on me, didn’t seem to sanitize anything

Been going here for 4 years and still drive out of my way to get my nails done here :) Helen does her best to accommodate your every service need and has done so consistantly for years. I came here on a referral and will never get my nails done anywhere else. I usually schedule a shellac mani with either Helen or Anna because they do such a great job that lasts over 2 wks! Ive never had to come more than twice to get a nail fixed out of all 4 years which is fantastic! Prices are excellent so I usually use the extra Id pay elsewhere towards their tip :)

I have been there twice now and had a great experience both times! The woman who did my nails today (she said her name is Nguyen) was very meticulous and really wanted to make sure I was happy. She made sure I knew the cost (since I got hombre acrylics and it is more expensive) before she started, then also made sure I knew it would take a little longer than usual (again because of the hombre), THEN she made sure to check with me multiple times throughtout that I was happy with my nails. I am someone who has a hard time speaking up when I dont like something, but she made me feel comfortable that if I hadnt liked something I would have been totally comfortable expressing it. But, the thing is, my nails turned out beautifully and I am wildly picky (like its a little ridiculous). They have multiple options for the hombre and she was so careful to get it perfect. I am very happy and will be a regular return client!
