Very pleased with my nails and I also got a shellac pedicure. Place is under new management. They are nice, fast and professional. My nails were done by James, he is amazing. My pedicure was done by a women tech than James took over to paint them. Was told pretty soon they will have new chairs and desk coming in. Will definitely return!

This place is next to my office so I decided to give it a try on my lunch break. I am very happy with it. I got exactly what I asked for. They were very friendly, clean and got me out of there in a timely manner.

Its my first time came here because my mil gave me birthday gift but disappointed with my nails, Its very awful and doesnt look like Done by professional, it has been 3 times repair and still very bad. Very tired to complain more and just went home with disappointment. The lady who did my toes did a good job though, I love the results. But my nails, uhhh getting mad whenever I saw it. I can say the other 2 ladies was very good with the service but another lady who did my nails for the first time was not professional and so rush. Sorry to say will not go back again.

Love this place!💜 been here a few times now and it’s been super great. There’s a guy that typically does my acrylic nails and it’s alway super slick and neat, and just overall great, and the whole staff is excellent. Pretty much the only place I’ll be going to💜

Wonderfully upgrade space with fantastic staff! This was my first time at T2 nails and I had a split staff for my mani/pedi - James was absolutely welcoming and had great recommendations for my toes when I didn’t know what to do. Tina had me jealous of her nail art skills and gave me a perfect design for this holiday weekend. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We learned today that T2 Nails & Wax is under new ownership - taking over about 2 weeks ago. We met Tina (the new owner) and she actually did my pedicure today. She was very attentive and did a thorough job with my ingrowns and nail bed maintenance. She has plans for renovations but things are a bit delayed due to Covid-19 supply management issues in our world. We look forward to seeing what she does with the place. We will be back.

It’s 3 days I did my pedicure and she hurt toe and I still have pain and redness. On my manicure she cut my fingers too. Not a good massage and not professional 😒.

I came for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Literally, two and a half hours later, Im leaving with just having a pedicure done. I was being told to wait ten minutes, then another five minutes, then three minutes, etc. and when I got up to finally just pay and leave, I was told just two more minutes. Within the span of time I was there, about five or six other customers had came and left after receiving their services. At the counter, I had to keep insisting I would like to just pay and leave, while the woman said she would do my eyebrows, as she was still assisting another customer. Im giving them two stars because the pedicure itself was fine, although grossly over priced.

Such a nice job on my nails. I didn’t feel rushed, and they took the time to do a really thorough job. I’m kinda picky about where I get my nails done, and they get 5 stars! The staff is also very friendly and easy to talk to.

Im honestly shocked to see many bad reviews! Been going there for 3 years and no one has ever been mean or ruined my nails or asked for tips. Maybe yall were being rude customers. I dunno man

With easy access from park and ride, I have been visiting here for few months now. Such a great deal ($25 for shellac)! Shellac’s here last forever with all my daily house work and workouts. The nailists’ work is very thorough and well done. Though I recommend to go with small group of 2 or less for the best outcome.

I love this nail salon. I only write reviews of places I really love and I LOVE this nail salon. I come here all the time. They are the only place I trust to do my eyebrows. They are great with nails. I love to go there for manicures. Their prices are very reasonable. They offer an assortment of drinks for customers (tea, soda,) and I always feel super comfortable there. In fact I am planning on going there this week to get my nails painted before we do family pictures this weekend.

No respect for customers tell you to wait wait dont waste your time

My wife and sister came home with cuts on their fingers from this salon that I saw myself. My wife is very calm and hates confrontation, and was even reluctant to tell me what had happened until I saw her fingers on my own. The woman working on their nails also had apparently promised them a discount and then said they couldnt have a discount when it was time to ring them up. Ive seen their reviews online and it seems to be consistent with what my sister and wife went through. I saw the cuts and blood around their nails. I would highly recommend not going here.

Honesty is always the best policy.I have been a customer here for quite some time, but today was the last straw.I came in unannounced to get my eyebrows done, which I do all the time.My problem is this......5 minutes is not the same as 40 minutes. If you are asking a customer to spend their time waiting for you, BE HONEST and tell them the real time it is going to be..... DO NOT be selfish and lead them on hoping to get a sale. With only 4 technicians in the shop YOU KNOW exactly how long I am going to have to wait.This was not the first time you’ve done this to me..... but it is 100% the last time.You wasted 40 minutes of my time. If you would have been honest, and not lied to me,I would have happily said that I would have come back. But you lied, and I left and will never been back.

Employees always wave to me when I pass by, I’ve never personally been in here but from the warm smiles and acknowledgements they seem to be doing something right. Probably send my wife over!

Best. Salon. Ever. Ive been going since I was 5! Every time, lovely welcome and great hospitality. They stayed late once, to assure I got a good hand massage, and were very gentle with the electric buffer. The finish was beautiful- and I refuse to go anywhere else. HIGHLY recommended!

I went in for hair removal for my bikini area for the first time. I was really nervous but the lady was so nice and made me feel comfortable. The hair removal was quick and not as painful as expected. My mom also got the deluxe nail service and she was extremely happy with it. The environment is relaxing and clean, the pricing is fair. My mother and I are very happy with the results and I will he going back.

The salon I chose did a not so great job and after returning for a fix and leaving completely unsatisfied I went to T2 nails. All I can say is that I had the best customer service and the experience was amazing. Helen took such great care of me and paid attention to the little details. Never left her station to work on someone else, she stayed with me until she was completely done. The difference in my nails from when I walked in to when I left the salon was extreme. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Helen for your time and great customer service.

No not recommend. Came in with Groupon, still had to pay full price. They also have a policy that if you find a mistake, you have 3 days to get them fixed, came in on second day to get some nails fixed that were misshaped, too think or looked messed up, told me I was too picky and id have to pay if she had to do it one more time. Maybe do your job properly the first time!

Jenny does fantastic work. She listened to what I asked for and now my nails are lovely. Easily one of the best sets I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years.

Went to this salon for the first time today and I was very impressed. Yen was so sweet and did a very nice job with my shellac French manicure. Good price too. I will definitely be back!

I went in and felt like the nail lady was rushing to get me done. Considering my nails were not great. The owner also tried to make me leave a tip for a different client just because I knew them. She also said I was forced to leave a tip whether I liked it or not. Worst customer service. I definitely will not be going back nor would I recommend going there.

Had the dipping nails, poor quality, it’s been only a week and one nail lifted, and others not filed on cuticle edge so they catch on everything, don’t run fingers thru hair! We’re uneven:bumpy. Do not recommend

I get pedicures here about twice a month. I always get right in and they do a good job on my feet. Some times a man who I dont think is a manicurist washes my feet and I would prefer to wait for one of the ladies. The control boxes on all of the massage chairs have been jacked up for a long time.I got a wax there once and I was bruised pretty bad from one strip that was pulled up instead of back. The lady didnt seem to think she had done anything wrong when I flew off the table.

I left without getting a pedicure after 40 minutes. I was put in a chair to soak my feet, but 40 minutes later as the water had grown cold there was still no information from the folks running the place on how long the wait would be. I was not told that there would be a long wait when I was seated. It was a Saturday morning, so I could understand if they were busy, but there was no clear communication from anyone. There were two other people behind me also waiting.

This is my go to place. Fair prices, clean, and Yen is AMAZING!! I bring in pictures of crazy designs and she makes it happen. I always get tons of compliments on my nails. I love this place!

I just went to #t2nailwax on Ash way in Lynnwood to use my #groupon mind you before I came over I called to get details about the service I was wanting. When I came in the tech put 3 nails on me and then because I didnt want a bunch of extras they refused me service and told me they dont feel comfortable serving me because there male tech dont know how to do powder acrylic nails but thats what the Groupon was for. They then went as far as to take the 3 nails off my finger and told me we cant speak English but the same lady I was talking to even called me before I came to confirm my appointment. Dont Spend A Dollar In This Wack Shop . For the most part it wasnt busy and the place was clean

Im a frequent customer and the service is always excellent. All of the women are incredibly nice and equally talented, so you dont have to worry about which one you might get. Prices are low, quality is high.

Im sorry but it looks like a 5 yr old did my nails! The lady was so nice I didnt have the heart to tell her but I have never hated my nails before like I do today ! Extremely disappointed. First time visiting, and now i will be a repeat customer. Pleasant atmosphere and nice customer service. They offer refreshments, and I really enjoyed the massage chair as well as the hand and foot massage. Needless to say, I was pleased with my mani and pedi :)

My wife got her nails done here a couple times. she said the people are so nice she hated to say anything bad, but they didnt do a very good job. her nails were uneven, pointed different directions, they cannot do nail art, and they cut her toe nails painfully too short. She gets shellac polish and had three nails peel. (that should never happen with shellac), One nail started to come off, another one broke. they didnt glue the underside so her natural nails were peeling........they charged $20 extra for nail design that looked like a four year old did it.

T squared? More like terrible squared. No one greeted me or my friend upon arrival. When my friend finally started talking they spoke only to her and completely ignored me and didnt even ask if I wanted any services done. On top of it all I heard a womans tell them that whatever they did, her nails hurt on the sides and she told them not to touch them again. Her hands were shaking pretty bad as well. Never returning. Awful service.

I had a wonderful experience here. I walked through what might be considered the wrong door (the street entrance) and felt a little awkward about that, but everyone was very nice and friendly. Helen immediately greeted me and after I picked out my color, she brought me to where I would be getting me my pedicure, and offered me tea or soda. I got a basic manicure & pedicure but it also came with a scrub and what may or may not be considered a little massage. After my nails were done there was no rush. She let me sit and relax while my nails dried, and then made sure they were not only dry, but hard, before escorting me to the front where I paid. It was a great experience and I will be coming back again soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is horrible . My nails look so bad. The nail Polish is sooooo thick you cant see the coffin shape. The original lady messed up 1 finger extremely bad by changing the entire shape .Another woman had to fix my tip set by adding acrylic to the tip to get the shape back. Everything about this place is horrible. Do not go here .I will be posting photos .

Worst. Nail. Place. Ever. The nail Tech I had got angry when I decided I didnt want Shellac and so Im convinced she ruined my nails on purpose. She shaved my real nail down so much one started bleeding. My cuticle on my left thumb is also bleeding. She applied the nails extremely crooked and didnt shape them until after she applied the acrylic. My sister & I went together and both wanted coffin shaped nails. I dont know what my tech did but they looked nothing like my sisters. Her nails were complete in about 45 mins. My nails took nearly 2 hrs because she just kept shaving and shaping. When I told her the shape was wrong and put my sisters right next to mine to show her she got angry. My sisters Tech Yen finished my nails but she couldnt really fix the damage Helen had done. Also the shop was not very clean. The place where you dry your nails is covered in crud. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was my first time here and it was a great experience. They have so many colors to choose from and the service was great! James did amazing on my nails and he took the extra time to make them look amazing. I came in 75 min. before closing, they were pretty busy, but even after closing he still took his time on my nails. He didnt rush, just because the store was closed, which I really appreciated. This is for sure my new favorite nail salon in the area! I will be returning to this location and asking for James!

This place is the best, James is as good. This place is worth driving and spending your money, make sure you call before you go and set an appointment. Remember this is a business, and they are trying to do the best as they can, so you can go home quick.
