Went there nice clean place I went there at 12:00 no one was in front at all I called out I waited in tell 12:11 no one come to see if anyone come. I went to a diff placeIf your open and door is unlocked and no sign saying lunch There should be someone in front at all times.If your having lunch lock door and have sign saying so.

I have gone now 3 times, and could not be more happy with the results every time!!!! She has an awesome personality, the salon is cute and clean, and the pricing is fair. Crystal has always been really amazing. I have tried a few other places before coming here and it was pretty traumatic. My first time here at sugared with Crystal she took her time and we got to talking and it didn’t hurt as bad as the other places. We always have really good conversations and she’s really friendly and knows what she’s doing. I refer all my friends here because of what a great job they do here!

I cant say enough great things about this location. But to paint a picture, Ive sat over an hour in traffic just to get here for my sugaring appointment. Im sure all the staff are just as great but I always request Kenzie - she is personable, professional and just damn good at what she does. Never have I ever (until Sugared Beauty Lounge) been in and out of a treatment in 10 minutes flat. Good price, and worth the visit.

This is the best place that I have ever been waxed! Such amazingly nice people, and a super clean and very classy building. The entrance is a little weird to find at first using google maps, but it definitely wasnt a big deal. The prices arent bad either, especially for the quality of service. I also really like the products they offer. I cant remember the name of the person who I got waxed from, but she was super chill and I felt instantly comfortable, not to mention she really minimized the pain.

I had been to Sugared a few times and my lashes were nice but not WOW! Today I saw Tara for the first time and Im so happy! My lashes are long and full and so beautiful. They are now beyond WOW! Thank you Tara!

Lindsey is a master of her craft! She is thorough, detailed, efficient and cares deeply about doing a good job. She is not afraid to let you know if a certain length or shape wont look good with your eyes. I respect that.

Receptionist repeatedly mentioned their Groupon policy and seemed to not want to honor them? I thought the repetitive comments were unnecessary. If your business doesn’t want customers via Groupon, then don’t advertise with them. I had a good experience with the esthetician, it’s too bad the reception staff is so off putting.

Awful experience. Ive been to the Lynnwood location for sugaring and that was great. I decided to try eyelash extensions before I go on vacation. Showed up to my appointment, the appointment before me ran 10 minutes late. Finally someone came up to the front to acknowledge I was there. Unfortunately it looks like the one who was going to do my lashes called out sick, but I was never notified. The person working said there was nothing she could do and didnt even offer me any other alternatives. Horrible customer service, so disappointed and what a waste of a Saturday. Never going back again, and will NOT recommend to anyone.

Ive had different experiences here, ranging from awesome to okay. The very first time I went, all the lashes on my left eye fell off (without my real lash, so you know it was from the glue dissolving) within a week. and the second time I went the girl could not get the glue to settle and took an additional hour. Since then Ive had good experiences, the quality of the lash application ranges from aesthetician to aesthetician. Snove is the best!

Terrible service. Tell me they have no appointments. Then they do, but tell me the wrong location. I ask them to call while I drive over. Spend 20+minutes driving over. Arrived and oh sorry we dont have time Why didnt someone call me rather than waste my time. This place is terrible
