Great experience, fast at her job and made it a comfortable situation

Cecelia has been my go to for all hair removal needs for the past 3 years from eyebrows to lady bits. She is very kind and very accommodating and when our schedules couldnt match up, she has come to my house to perform her services. (talk about customer service!) My very first time a couple years ago I was so nervous and she was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable and kept my mind off of everything. Shes very honest about which bits are going to be a little more painful than others and helps you through it. (Lets be honest, this is hair removal. Its not all kittens and rainbows) Shes also VERY quick and I can be in and out in under 15-20 minutes and not a single hair left! She works at your pace and her prices are extremely reasonable. Her number one priority is making sure youre comfortable and that you feel beautiful when done. Her materials from the sugar paste to her gloves and sheets are top shelf. I always recommend her and she deserves more than 5 stars. As someone who has gone to this business many many times over the last 3 years, please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

Cecelia makes you feel comfortable instantly. She is quick and knowledgable with before/aftercare. Not only that, but she is a sweetheart. She truly makes every sugaring experience a positive experience. Ive never been sugared by someone who took so much time to make sure that every spot has ZERO hair and that it looks exactly how you want it to. She is awesome and worth every penny!

Cecelia made me feel very comfortable because she has such a bubbly and professional attitude! Her studio was very clean and the space is super cute. I was so impressed with her work that I now only see her for my hair removal needs and shes a 45 minute drive from me. I love the results and now feel like Ive made a friend in the process! 100% would recommend seeing her!

I’ve been a client of Cecelia’s for more than 2 years now. Sugaring isn’t fun, but she has a way of making me laugh and getting my mind on other things while she’s working. She works hard and does an amazing job!

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would give Cecelia 20 stars! I was cancelled on last minute for a Brazilian and was leaving super early the next morning! Not only did she take the time to fit me in for a Brazilian but she did an amazing job! And was super fast! She is such a warm person and a great conversationalist. I went in feeling bad and feeling like a last minute inconvenience and left with a flawless Brazilian and a new go to for sugaring!! Had such a great experience 10/10 would recommend.

I have gone to see Cecilia multiple times and every time its always perfect. As my 1st time getting sugared, I was so nervous about someone seeing me pretty much naked Haha but she makes you feel very comfortable and talks with you the whole time. I have never had someone take their time and make sure she get EVERYTHING! And even after she has you look over make sure its how you want or make sure she got everything. If I could give you a 50 star I would!! I also do not think its appropriate or even mature for someone who did have an unfortunate experience to have their friends write bad reviews just to make her look bad. No need to try and ruin her business because of a miscommunication. I have even been late more then 15 mins and she has worked with me because she doesnt want to loose clients. Dont be discouraged from making appointments with her, you will not be disappointed!!! ❤❤

She makes you feel comfortable and does a great job with all her services Her friendly, professional demeanor makes you feel welcome and Ive been a happy customer now for over a year Her salon is clean, has ample parking and easy access. I have some pretty sensitive skin, so a normal lip wax will leave my upper lip swollen and red for at least 3 days. I have gone to Cecelia twice- it was the least painful hair removal experience, it took less than an hour for any redness to go away, and it took longer to grow back. ^.^

Worst experience. There was a miscommunication about the location so I called when I couldn’t find the place. She said she was in the bathroom getting ready for me which was my first red flag but anyways I was told I could rush over to the correct location so I left and was on my way when she called back and said never mind, her boyfriend and her baby were there and the baby was getting fussy and hungry so we would have to reschedule. I found it uncomfortable that they were there when I’m trying to go get a wax? She also said there was other things she wanted to do with her day and had a bbq to get to. My appointment was at 12pm and I would have been there at 12:15. She was full of excuses and was incredibly unprofessional the whole time. I said I didn’t want to reschedule and then saw that my bank was charged half of my service. One of my biggest problems with this is that on her website it says if you cancel or no show on your first appointment it’s an “oops” and then after that you will be charged the 50%. Except I didn’t cancel, she did. I called back and she told me that the charge was automatic and there was nothing she could do. Even though I never cancelled on her, she cancelled and I decided not to reschedule after all of this. At this point her boyfriend is also on the phone saying the world doesn’t revolve around me. Why is her boyfriend chiming in on her business calls? I went to the actual location the next day and was not impressed. I will NEVER be scheduling here again and hope people see this and save their money. Sounded extremely unsanitary and the owner is rude and full of excuses if she decides she has better things to do. Any business owner who charges you out of spite runs an absolutely horrible business.

Ive known people who have tried to go here and Ive been to the building its self. Not impressed. I saw a conversation between her and a client and it was incredibly unprofessional and rude on the owners behalf. An experience I never wish to have, and I hope people will see this review and save themselves the time and money. I will not be going here for services.

The room was clean, and Cecelia did a great job making me feel comfortable for my sugaring experience. For the price I was very happy with how long my hair stayed away! I have very dark think think hair that usually needs to be shaved daily. After sugaring my bikini line I didn’t need to resugar until about a month!

Very kind and professional. She makes you feel very comfortable and is so nice. Sad theres 2 girls or sisters writing bad reviews that havent even been to the business or experienced how wonderful the owner is. Saying they are upset they went to the wrong location which was their fault and then was mad that they couldnt still have the same appointment when they would of got there late..after the scheduled time on a holiday and not reschedule... youre running late you just reschedule like with any business. Not bad mouth the business. Im just shocked at how rude and dumb ppl are. This establishment is wonderful, clean and the customer service is wonderful. ❤

Spa day from hell.First there was a miscommunication on location. This was known and acknowledged by both parties. She told us that she would let us rush over to her new location and would still service my sister. When we got there we would have only been 15 mins into the original appointment time but we never did get there. She called us while we were driving to her and said that she could no longer do the appointment because her baby was fussy and that she needed to feed her. This should not have been an excuse nor is it a valid reason for her to cancel our appointment. She told us that we could reschedule for a later date. At this point my sister and I were so frustrated with her lack of customer service and professionalism that we told her we would not be rescheduling. Come to find out she charged my sister for half of what the service would have cost. We called her again to ask why she charged us. She said “it’s an automatic charge if you don’t show up”. I’m sorry but SHE canceled on us. We were on route to her and had full intentions of keeping that appointment. We told her that’s absolutely not ok and she said she was sorry for the inconvenience and there was nothing she could do about it. Later we discovered on her website that clients would receive one “Oops” if they were to cancel, and would not be charged the first time that happened. Even though we did not cancel and this was our first time going, my sister was still charged partially. That is not okay. My sister ultimately had to get in contact with her bank, is getting the charge disputed, and got a new bank card since we cannot trust this woman.The entire time we were on the phone with her, she was always changing her story of why she needed to reschedule. “I asked you if you wanted to come in in a few hours and you said no” lie. You never asked us that otherwise we would’ve taken the later appointment. Then you change your story again to “well my baby was fussy and we had other plans today and are going to a BBQ”. I think she found it perfectly convenient for herself that there was the original miscommunication so she could cancel on us, go to her BBQ, and still partially collect on the service. Meanwhile during these phone calls her kids are being loud in the background and her boyfriend, Marcos Landrum, is yelling at us. Neither of which should be on her end of a business call. Not only is her boyfriend getting involved in her business phone calls but now involving himself online in boased reviews. Let Cecelia handle her business. Again, so unprofessional.This was the most unprofessional, disappointing, and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. Do not take your business to her unless you want your phone calls answered “Hello _____, I’m in the bathroom. I’m getting ready for you” (sanitary I’m sure) and if you want her kids and boyfriend there while you get waxed. You can find much better people to do business with.
