Went for facial and massage for my birthday. Sandra was great! She made me feel comfortable and I was able to ask her questions. I went home and fell asleep after a relaxing session. I’ll definitely go back.

This place was amazing! Kinda hard to find, but I’m also not great with directions. The service was amazing and I feel great after. My facial expert Biba was fantastic and made me super relaxed and my skin feel great.It’s a cozy little place on the outside, but on the inside... BOOM! You would not expect to walk into this place. It is beautiful and very very relaxing.

75mins facial ended up within 55mins or less.. Poor service, no proper massage.. We booked service from 6:30 to 7:15 and we were 15mins before the time but it started at 6:50 and ended at 7:40 and the so called professional was outside the room for 15-20mins..to brings towels, water, masks etc.. If you guys booked a time slot why you didnt arrange all things way before.. The owner of this spa please check the camera if you have any doubt on my comment.. Never suggest anybody about this Spa as I have many good experience nearby...

Not a great experience to start in Lynnwood. Service was not as mentioned. I felt 30-40% time went on letting the layer sit on my face and person was outside. They should add the massage service during this time rather letting just the steam on.

I went to Trieva’s today as a treat for my 30th birthday. I booked a Brazilian and a facial with an eye bright treatment added on. First off I have gone to Trieva’s many times, and have literally never been dissatisfied, it is the only spa I have ever felt this way about...until now. I am not sure what the name of my esthetician was but it was she felt like she was rushing through literally everything. The sugaring Brazilian was extremely painful (and I have had a few of those before as well, none were this painful). The facial felt extremely rushed every step. Then she left while I had a mask on and didn’t communicate anything...I assumed it was because I had a mask on and she was letting it sit but then she was gone for like a really long time...also in other facials I have gotten they usually perform massage while the mask is sitting...or at least communicate “I am going to let you relax while the mask is on and I check back on you in (however many minutes)” then she did what I am assuming again was the eye treatment, because she didn’t walk me through any of the steps she was doing at all, and then left again without saying a word...I honestly wasn’t sure if she was in the room or not because she left quietly and I didn’t know she had left until I heard the door open again and she came and sat down behind me...then she finished, gave me a few pointers and was done. She moved so fast throughout the facial no part of it was very relaxing. And then when I got in the car I noticed there was still a couple pieces left of the eye bright eye peel that she had missed and I had to peel off myself. Extremely disappointed unfortunately and I honestly never leave bad reviews. This was an expensive treat I was doing for myself and I just wish I had gone somewhere else or not done it at all. Not sure I’ll be back again.

Tori is the absolute best! I have been seeing her for everything for the past 2 years. Trievas is a hidden gem and I love that I found it. Their price packages are reasonable and end up saving clients quite a bit of money. I highly recommend Trievas and especially Tori!

My sister and I came in for facials. I scheduled what I thought was a facial and dermaplane. It was almost a 100$ and I was done in 30 minutes. Im visiting from Arizona and this is normally a 1 hour service. I was disappointed with how quickly I was done, this did not seem like a facial at all. Felt like they washed my face and then did the deraplane.

I went in about two weeks ago and saw Sarah for a plethora of waxing services! I got my brows, under arms, full legs, and my very first Brazilian! I was 33 weeks pregnant so I couldn’t reach or see like I used to in order to shave! I was worried about my sensitive skin and the pain. Sarah took great care of me and made me feel totally comfortable! The Brazilian was easy breezy and didn’t even hurt! I told her I was worried (and very hairy) so she took smaller sections. Overall, I had an amazing experience.Additionally, because I am pregnant I am paranoid about COVID-19. Their new procedure was frictionless. I felt totally safe the entire time. Everyone had masks, temperatures were taken, the waiting room was empty (I presume that this is from appointment spacing). Thank you so much!

Really nice place. I left very relaxed and happy with my facial. Serena did such a wonderful job! The reason why I’m not giving them 5 starts is because they overpriced their products. I bought a toner and a cleaner for 93$ before taxes and the same products in Amazon cost only 30$ each.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMI am writing this review for the management of this company.They decided to close down their location in Northgate, but they have never sent an email or gave a call to update me (or us clients) of this matter.Earlier this year (more exactly on January 31st) I have bought a membership for PCA peels. I used two of them, however, Covid happened and their services had to stop for a while.All of their announcements regarding the opening, were made via Instagram and not through a proper communication tool, like an email or a call. I did get 2 calls in March and April to reschedule one of my facials, but they got cancelled as well due to covid-19.I understand that this pandemic have affected this business, as well as many other businesses around the globe, but its the way that the managers dealt with it that is making a difference.Basically, they decided to honor the membership at their location in Lynwood (which I never knew existed before), or will allow me to buy products of the remaining balance. I did ask for a refund, because their current location is not working for me. Having to travel about 2 hours on the road just to get there and back home, its seriously not a deal. I also dont have a car, and a shared Uber will cost me about $30 one way, so I will end up spending extra $60, that I didnt plan on spending at the moment of buying the membership. I also dont want to buy products from this company, because they are sevearly overpriced. Whatever youll find in Nordstrom or Macys or even Amazon, its doubled here. I am all for supporting small business but I dont support robing.I am going to do my best and request help from my bank and charge them back. I will as well fill a small claims Court, but you cant just close your company and not face any consequences because you dont communicate and force your customers to accept your new rules, just because they happened to check your Instagram account. I wonder, if I didnt see that message, if they would have called me, or I would have called at the number from Northgate location to no one answering the phone.Very poor management, that I see they are trying to scam people. I will suggest to be very careful before investing in a membership, because they may as well close their location in Lynwood and you may loose your money. But its fine, theyll probably ask you to go to Portland to use your remaining services.

I have been a long term customer at Trievas and this place is a hidden gem! I have referred a few of my friends to Trievas because I really trust their estheticians, specially Bella. Bella is amazing! Shes so knowledgeable about skincare and she will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your service. The only reason why I give Trievas a two star review is due to their front desk staff. Communication with them is truly not the best. I called regarding a duplicate charge to my account and the receptionist said she would be getting back to me on the same day regarding my concern, and I have yet to hear back from anyone..I truly hope that the front desk staff takes this review as constructive feed back and improves their communication.

I have been looking for a spa so I can get a facial regularly. Tried here for the 1st time and the environment is better than their Northgate location (more quiet).My appointment was at 10:00am, I walked in at 9:50am, and the receptionist said “checking in?” with a cold face -- no “good morning, nothing, not even a fake smile. A little unpleasant start to the appointment.There were tea bags in the waiting area but no cups and no hot water (on a cold morning)!Biba, my esthetician, asked (when I just stepped into my room) if I wanted to upgrade my facial. I said no (I upgraded my last one at your spa and it was not worth it), then she began with some pretty rough movements on my face. I wondered if she wouldve been more gentle had I did that “upgrade” she wanted me to? The 5 minutes of hands and neck “massage” were the only good parts of this whole appointment.As a side note, I always use mouthwash/breath mints before appointments. It would be nice if the estheticians did the same.Biba also left the room two times, together for a total of about 10 to 15 minutes, using the reasons that we are waiting for the “steam” and the face mask. By comparison, when I had my facial at Nordstrom, the esthetician gave me a hands, neck, and foot massages while she waited for the “steam” and the face mask and didn’t leave the room at all (which makes much better sense to me as I am paying for your time). And frankly, I rather my facial “ended” 10 minutes sooner rather than laying there wasting my time.My search for a my go-to spa continues.

Great Spa and Salon. My wife gets waxing, facials and her hair done their. I get my ears, nose and brows waxed. I also get my hair cut at I have been in for Messages, Facials, Micro blade and my favorite is the Micro Current it makes me look 10 years younger. Trievas has an AMAZINGLY friendly, gifted and well trained staff.

By far my favorite salon around. I regularly get an eyebrow, lip, and Brazilian wax here and Ive occasionally gotten a hair cut and facials. I have loved all of my sessions. Waxing is not the most comfortable thing in the world but they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The facials are to die for. They even offer memberships, if you sign up for recurring Brazilian payments you get 10% 0ff all other services which is always great. I would never think of going anywhere else.

I have had the Brazilian wax before at other places, this was my first time at this establishment; I found the positioning for the procedure to be both unorthodox and uncomfortable.My review below is on the Brazilian wax; as for the overall establishment it was spotless, friendly staff, welcoming environment.To wax the vaginal area, other places have me lay with one leg extended, and the other leg bent, they would cover with a towel/cloth the area that they were not working on. When they finished one side they would have me switch position to work on the opposite.At Trievas Spa & Boutique I was made to open both legs wide like a frog, I felt unnecessarily exposed and had gotten muscle cramps. For the first time I had to help pull my skin, which I dont mind but it was a distraction from trying to relax, after all there wasnt much skin to pull tight.What concerns me the most for other customers is the positioning to wax the bum area. Again, at other establishments they all had me lay on my side, and lift the knee of the leg I wasnt laying on up to my chest. Afterwards I would switch sides.However, at Trievas I was told to get on my knees. I was in a doggy style position (though this was not meant to be sexual, nor did the staff make me feel uncomfortable in that way) I still felt embarrassed, over exposed, and it hurt my lower back and neck.If you have knee, back, shoulder, or neck problems I do not recommend getting the wax done here.Because of the uncomfortable positioning methods I will not be scheduling here again.

I had written a review a few months back regarding my dissatisfaction with the front desk staff. Treva personally tried to contact me a few times. Despite our not being able to connect there was a noticeable difference in the staffs customer service and approach. From the moment I walk in the door I do feel like that warm inviting cozy atmosphere has returned. Im enjoying getting to know the new staff. This is my retraction of my one star review. I came in for waxing today and had an incredible experience with Biba. She is knowledgeable and very professional. Her work on my skin was meticulous and Im now hair free!I have been waxed by a dozen professionals but Biba at Trievas was the best by a mile. Ive been going to Trievas for lash extensions for almost 2 years at both the Lynnwood and Northgate locations and highly recommend getting lashes done here! I have not had other services so cant comment on other services but my experience with lash refills is fantastic! Everyone is friendly, professional and while getting my lashes done if I want to talk, they are willing to carry on a conversation but if I just want to relax and doze, they let me do that as well. Great experience and service!

Within the last 6 months Ive been seeing Biba and OMG my waxed are unbelievably thorough and so well done. I never want to go to another person ever. I just had my 2nd brazilian done here, and Kaitlin was amazing. I had a really horrible experience at a sugar studio and was very close to not getting a brazilian ever again. A friend convinced me to give waxing a go. Kaitlin was nice, did whatever she could to make me comfortable, and was fast! I was on the table for maybe 9 minutes. I highly recommend Kaitlin, i will be getting a brazilian regularly from her, from now on. Thank you for changing my mind about brazilians.

I am posting this on behalf of my wife and the awful service she received.I just had a terrible experience at this spa. I had an appt which I booked through their online booking system. When I arrived to my appt, the front desk girl rudely and dismissively informed me I wasnt on the schedule. I showed her a screenshot of my appointment date and time and she wasnt apologetic. She was very defensive and huffy puffy with me. Then she proceeded to go to the back and speak to someone who could possibly accommodate me. An esthetician came out, looked at me in a annoyed manner, never acknowledged me and whispered to the front desk girl. All the front desk girl could say was, it happens. It happens? Are you kidding me? No accommodation. No kindness. Nothing. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that the owner will not call me and a manager will call me maybe in 24 hours. The front desk girl didnt have my name or contact info, so how is a manager supposed to contact me?? I informed her of that and she huffed and puffed as she annoyingly scribbled my info down. I am requesting a call from the owner. It is imperative that they are aware of how their business is being run. Just awful.
