I went to this place a couple of days ago because my eyebrows were getting to long and I had to find a place near Alderwood mall where they do hair removals for the eyebrows.I called the store and asked if they do this service and responded yes, then to proceed to asking them if they do the wax eyebrows and I got told they do it too.Upon arrival to the store I got told to sit down immediately and she didnt even ask me how I wanted the treatment and started the threading method.She wasnt even greetful or kind at all, at a certain moment i started feeling pain and told her to stop but she kept on going in a rush without asking me if it hurts or even if i wanted to stop and take a break.The other 2 ladies werent helpful at all since they were mostly at the back talking and on there phone.In total i spent 15$ but service was very poor and suggest any person to go to the Ulta Beauty section where they do eyebrows since they are much kinder and provide a better service.Never returning there anymore and wouldnt suggest anyone to go.

I used to come here regularly a few years ago and decided to try them out again. My experience with eyebrow threading in general has been alright. The process at different locations is usually rushed and first come first served. You will want to go home afterward and properly clean off all of the eyebrow hairs that are left behind since they are not meticulous with aftercare. Eyebrow waxing at a professional salon is usually a more enjoyable experience.That being said, I was uncomfortable when the woman who was working today did NOT sanitize the scissors and eyebrow spoolie/brush before threading my brows. I can only assume the tools were not sanitized at all today. There was no germicide visible to disinfect the tools in between clients. Only the thread was changed in between clients and the chair was sanitized. Proper cosmetology practice would be to sanitize all tools that come into contact with a client’s face. I will not be returning and the thought of all the bacteria on that spoolie makes me want to vomit.

It’s been 4 years that I’m using Studio 4 Brows services. I’m going there for face threading and eye brows. They are very good, very careful and they listen to you and your preferences. The place is clean. Athena is the one that does my threading and she is awesome. Monjoo is very good as well and also the manager Moonoo ( I’m not sure of the spelling of the names).It’s a very friendly place and there work is remarkable. I recommend this place 100%

Not at all satisfied with the service. The price was as high as The brow studio at Nordstrom, downtown Seattle. Wax is still everywhere on my face, even on my ears and clothes . They didn’t not apologize even.

Very friendly and always welcoming when someone comes in. The employees greet you with a smile and treat you with kindness. They have a deal of 6 visits for $65 dollars which is very good. I love going there and plan on continuing to go there!!!

Terrible service! One eye brow thick and one brow skinnier; then she said she can’t see and it’s my brow hair growth. It was way better before I came in. I used to come here 5 years ago before moving out of state. Price was half. Now. Two people lip, brow is $46 without tips. Outrageous!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Love LOVE love this place. The employees are kind and helpful, they offer packages like 3 months of unlimited eyebrow threading and tinting services, etc. This packaged price option is really cost efficient in the long run, especially when you get your eyebrows threaded on a regular bases! :-)

So I went to thread my eyebrows after a year. And the lady snatched the life out of them. Made them look just how I told her I liked them. Not. Too thin. And arched to perfection. I will tell all my friends to come here. Good reviews lol

I have been their customers for a few years now. today, there was a new girl who did my eyebrows and lips. first off, she took more than 20 mins until i asked for another person. she plucked all my eyebrows that made my skin leave scars. i would simply say she didnt know what she was doing.Hopefully something needs to be changed for the best service. she doesnt fit right in that job. otherwise we all need to look for another place.

This place is awesome, Im always happy walkin out after gettin my brows done!! Munu is the best, in my opinion...Id recommend her/this place to everyone & DO! My Sister & Fiance have both came here for threading, brow tint, ect. & couldnt be happier!!

Excellent service. They are always nice and they are very good at threading.

I went in for a wax since threading hurts. The lady asked to thread the top part at least. In hindsight, I should have taken it that she is bad at waxing. I tolerated the pain of threading and then while waxing did not feel as bad, it left really bad burns the length and shape of my eyebrow below my eyebrow but above my eye on both eyes. I applied a lot of aloe after the session as it hurt more than a sunburn. I hope it doesnt leave a mark.

I inquired about getting eyelash extensions during one of my threading visits and scheduled an appointment to get them done. The lady that I was scheduled with called me the day of to cancel my eyelash extension appointment and did not offer to reschedule for no reason.UPDATE: I visited the STUDIO 4 BROW located inside H-Mart.

I did not like the service, the way my eyebrows looked nor the $15 for threading. I will not ever go back.
