Ive been using this company for some years now with multiple policys from personal to bussiness. Im sad to say Im on my last policy with them that is going to end in Dec. I know rates have gone up in Ma but unfortunately they have jumped up a great deal for me so i had to shop elsewhere. As i am sad to go i will say the girls here (Cant forget Carlos) are second to none. My favorite has to be Donna as she has always gone above and beyond for me. Since day one she has always gone out of her way to accommodate me. Mr Zeller is very lucky to have employees like them especially Donna. She is by far the nicest most efficient agent Ive ever dealt with in all my years of driving. They will be missed and i most definitely recommend them! Ask for Donna
