Went there to purchase insurance, the numbers and prices I was told on the phone kept changing and were different from what I ended up paying. A month after purchasing the insurance I kept getting calls from them saying how I owe them because the RMV charged an extra $300 because of a mistake they made. They should’ve known how much they would charge instead of telling me one thing one day and then something completely different 4 weeks later. When I went to pay for what I owe, they were unable to show me a receipt of where those charges came from and I spent an hour in their hot office with no AC or air flow. Terrible experience, do yourself a favor and do not come here! If you do, do not choose Milton as your insurance broker! I would give 0 stars if given the option.Edit: As I cannot respond to the reply, Im just going to edit my original review.The fact that youre accusing me of not doing an authentic review, just speaks for the lack of concern this insurance company seems to have for its customers. Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and my less than satisfactory experience, you try to dismiss my complaint by saying that Im not an actual customer and that my rating is out of place. Thats why I said that I would give 0 stars if there was an option. If I had received an apology, I would have been more than willing to take down my review, but it seems like you will only accept those who give you 4 or more stars.Im very well aware that you dont directly register vehicles, you are not the RMV. But I asked multiple times what the amount will be that I will be charged for the registration and the representative assured me that he gave me the correct numbers. My situation was caused by a mistake made by your employee and not because of the RMV. He should have known that they would charge either the sales price or the book value, whichever is higher (this is written on the RMVs website, so your employee should have definitely known this). Instead of telling me an absurd book value, he shouldve done his research right before assuring me that this is what Im going to have to pay. While mistakes can happen, my experience after this was not customer friendly at all.What I meant by no documentation was provided to me is exactly that I did in fact not receive a breakdown of fees after I asked for it multiple times. The only time I was shown a breakdown was when I asked another employee in the office to show me. She was very helpful, but the reason why Im so disappointed is because this was the job of the insurance agent I was speaking with.You are asking me to provide a rating for my insurance experience, which I did. The prices I was told originally did not reflect what I ended up paying, so I cannot rate it better than 1 or 2 stars. I gave you a detailed explanation of why I am not satisfied with my experience. I do not gain anything by writing this review, it is simply my honest opinion based on my experience.
