Havent had any issues with management, if anything theyre really responsive. Rent is cheap, includes most things! Walls are thin - but Ill take that in exchange for the affordability and cleanliness any day!
When we first moved in, there was trash in the backyard. We also expressed concerns regarding the fireplace, which was advertised as a working fireplaces, then we moved in and we’re told it wasn’t safe to use and we weren’t happy to pay more for electric baseboard heating. We also experienced flooding issues that were not being resolved. After dealing with flooding issues for over 5 months, we were told that they intended to give us our security deposit back in full, which of course we didn’t count on, and got pennies back in our security deposit. Also, spent a prolonged period of time cleaning and spackling walls and sanding down the cheap, and already cracking paint. We felt overcharged and we’re not happy with the quality of service Priority One expressed to us. We will not be renting from the company for the upcoming school year.
Theyve worked with us well and handled any maintenance requests promptly. Sometimes scheduling for maintenance has been a bit of a pain but I understand, having multiple properties can make things complicated. Nice neighborhood, quiet and well kept. Biggest con was the state of the apartment upon moving in. We vacuumed soon after moving in and there was a ton of dust and debris in the carpet as if the apartment had sat on the market for awhile and they didnt clean it prior to us moving in. There were rodent droppings under the kitchen sink as well. These things can be unavoidable I just wouldve expected them to be cleaned up before a tenant moves in. Overall though, nice place to live.
We moved in 9 months ago and have received very professional service from our first inquiries about the property to the few maintenance issues we’ve had. As far as the maintenance, we have received a response within a few hours and the problems have been resolved very quickly. Whenever I stop by the office with a question, they are helpful and kind. I like the reminder emails to change the filters and turn off the outdoor water. They even take packages delivered to the old tenants and get it back to them. I highly recommend Priority One.
The staff are incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. Excellent experience! Highly recommend.
EXTREMELY RUDE. OVERPRICED. CONSTANT MAINENANCE ISSUES. We have worked with Priority One as renters for about two years now. During such time, whether speaking in person, on the phone, or via e-mail we have always been met with rudeness and a perpetually unpleasant attitude. They are also slow in responding to your requests and messages. After politely asking a simple question for clarification on our move-out I was unprofessionally told, Now if you leave the unit in bad shape, which eats your security deposit and you have remaining charges, you would be expected to pay for that.We have been great tenants that always pay our rent on time and have never been spoken to so condescendingly. For what you get, Priority One is overpriced. During our two years as tenants we have had continual issues with our hot water and heat going out. The insulation in our townhome and their windows is sub-par which has added to our unpleasant living experience. I shudder to think how little of our security deposit they will return to us as they nit-pick every detail and speak to us as if we are incompetent children. The paint job was terrible from the time we moved in and the cabinets were not thoroughly clean. But Rowan has had the nerve to tell us I always suggest following move out inspection sheet as most people dont want to be charged for something they could clean like a fridge or stove etc. I would absolutely never recommend Priority One and will never work with them again.
They have been really great to deal with and always willing to work with you
We have lived at the 148 New Towne property, and we have never experienced any issues with the Priority One management team. We really enjoyed living there, and the neighborhood and location were great! We loved the privacy and the big yard! The home was always properly maintained when necessary and the management team was always very responsive to requests.
As a homeowner who lives in an association managed by Priority One, I submitted an initial request for deck maintenance to the property manager on April 2nd. After two weeks passed, I inquired on the status and was told the repairs would be completed within 7-10 days. After a month passed with no repairs, I reached back out on May 2nd. Workers showed up on my back deck the morning of May 4th, with no notice they would be present for repairs. On May 12th, I sent another email with pictures documenting maintenance issues that weren’t resolved or worsened since the May 4th repair. I received a reply acknowledging the needed repairs. Almost two months passed and the boards were only continuing to separate. On July 7th, I created a second formal maintenance request (since the informal one made on May 12th had not progressed) with additional updated pictures. I received a reply that evening stating, “It appears additional repairs may be needed for your deck.” It is now July 29th, I have received written confirmation from the property manager twice (May 12th and July 7th) that my deck does need repairs, yet eleven weeks have passed and my maintenance request is still open.
Very happy with my experience living in Cornerstone and with Priority1. I lived in their Cornerstone apartments for 3 years. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, it was handled within a few days (normally the next day), the online portal for rent payment was simple and easy, the properties are perfectly situated for easy access to most of Lynchburg, and the grounds are very neatly kept.If I ever had a question or concern, Jacob was always super helpful in finding the answer to my question or working to address any concerns I had. Would definitely recommend renting from this management company.
I am so impressed with the condition of my new leased space. Their cleaning crew is amazing! Ive never moved into a new space that I didnt have to deep clean myself. Everything was absolutely pristine! I’m an extremely particular person and it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out.
This has been the worse leasing office i have experienced. There customer service is terrible and they are very hard to work with. It takes them days to respond to a maintenance request and they dont even call you to tell you what has been fixed. They did not give me back any of my deposit when nothing was damaged in the apartment. It just needed basic cleaning that ALL leasing companies have to do before someone else moves in.*UPDATE: after speaking with the manager, he was willing to work with me and credit me some of my deposit back. While I am still disappointed with my experience, I am thankful and pleased they were at least able to work with me after
My husband and I love living in our new apartment. Priority One has been nothing but helpful and accommodating with any request that we have. The Priority One staff have been extremely prompt with any repair issues that we have, always helping out whenever possible! We love living here and look forward to living here for a good while!!
Priority One is incredible! Chris is a great property manager and was very helpful to me through any maintenance situation or noise complaint I had over the past year and a half I lived in the Cornerstone Lofts. I personally know the owners, and they are great as well! Communication is key with any business relationship. If youre a good tenant and build a solid relationship with the company, it will take you a long way when politely, maturely approaching them with any situation or questions.
Our time living in our townhome was great and we truly had no complaints until move out. I am not sure if it was simple disorganization or what happened, but we paid our final move out amount for damages (which was a reasonable amount charged for wear and tear in the apartment), 14 days before it was due. Then we received a letter from a lawyer’s office indicating that we still owed the amount in addition to $75 of fees from the lawyers office. It was a hassle to get the matter straightened out, and was just very upsetting considering we paid the amount owed so far ahead of the due date. I emailed the office and called the office with my complaints and did not receive an answer, so I am not sure what happened that caused them to contact a lawyer regarding a bill which was paid early
As most of the other reviews, I gave it one star in order to give a review. My daughter rented one of the loft apartments and it was not a good experience from day one. Marks on the floors from construction which they charged her for even though she showed the property manager the first day. Office staff have abysmal communication skills. Walls are so thin you can hear conversations from your neighbor. Theres no primer on the walls under the paint so they chip. Apartment was not cleaned after construction prior to move-in which prevented her from staying the night until I cleaned it due to heavy drywall dust. I contacted the office but received no response. Trash and broken beer bottles in the parking lot, be careful walking dogs and your tires. Repairs on move out are up charged. After several attempts to call the office and being put on hold they couldnt say exactly what the move-out charges were for. Steps in stairwell are cracked and feel as if they will collapse at any minute. A licensed contractor even said the building isnt up to code in many areas. Trash in the stairwells. Loud music all hours of the night and parties in the hallway. Trim painting was never completed. Emails and calls never returned. If youre looking for an apartment, seek another property management company. Im sure managements response will be the same generic response as to the other reviews. All excuses but no attempt to address the issues. Dont be fooled. Save yourself the stress and unhappiness of having to deal with their team. Look elsewhere!!!
Not all that sparkles is gold. It goes for the same for apartment complexes that are shinny with their granite counter tops and modern designs, but absolutely rotten when it comes down to management.EDIT: I decided to go into a few more details about my experience after seeing other similar reviews. The walls of these apartments are so thin. One time our next door neighbor sneezed and my husband replied with, bless you thinking it was me. I could hear everything. People talking, alarms going off, peeing...you name it. I understand when you live in a complex that happens, but thats a little much. Then our hot water didnt work in our apartment bathroom for a month. A MONTH. A maintenance crew came, replaced our entire shower, and it still didnt work. The family below us moved out and I had a theory they accidentally turned off our hot water in the process. The office assured me it was a bigger problem. However, after weeks of back and forth, they finally told us that they had shut off our hot water by accident.A similar thing happened with our A/C. It was constantly breaking and never completely fixed. Then I was threatened and harassed by neighbors. I was told management could do nothing and I had to file a police report. But I was terrified. I couldnt sleep and I felt like management wasnt going to help me if something escalated.Pair that with never taking noise complaints seriously and constantly finding trash in the stairwell, Im glad Ive moved.I wanted to love Priority One. They were great in the beginning and answered all my questions about moving. Then as things went on and the more I would call about issues, they changed their tune. But I felt like I was just a money source, rather than a valued resident and no one wants that. So when choosing your next apartment, go with a management company that actually cares about your quality of life.
The owner Josh is very professional and on top of things when it came to responding to our emails and questions before moving in. The application process was easy and not too lengthy. We just moved in so its hard to judge anything else but one thing really stood out. When we moved in, the apartment was spotless. I have never moved into a place that would be so clean. The walls were freshly painted, the floors spotless, the kitchen perfectly clean. Those people who work on those places before new tenants move in should be paid in gold. It was like a dream coming in and knowing there is no cleaning needed to be done on our part.
Dont EVER live in a priority one property! Management is as awful as it gets. The apartment itself is great. The noise is horrendous. We have to sleep with fans on just to tune it out. Weve complained repeatedly both to the cops and management and they wont do a thing. On top of that they smoke so much above us our balcony is an ash tray. Both things are in the lease yet they STILL wont fix it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Were leaving early because its not worth the lack of sleep and stress.
Had a rocky start to relationship w/ this property management firm, largely due to circumstances beyond their control (delays in construction not relating to them, etc). However, Mr. Allen and the management at Priority One were more than accommodating in helping my roommate and I get into an alternate (perhaps better) unit and have had nothing but good relations w/ P1 since then. Very pleased w/ them and will continue to rent from them in the future.
I moved back to Lynchburg, VA 2 years ago and had been very unhappy, but I recently started working for Priority One Properties. I am happy every day coming to work with such a great group of people. I can honestly say that I love my job and I love working with the residents and staff.
The apartment itself had a great layout and I loved the location, but the management is terrible and the walls are paper thin. Ive been living here since August, and I have a very, VERY loud neighbor whose room connects to mine. Quiet hours start at 10, and every night after 10, she would be loud. I would knock on the wall, and she would continue to yell back at me, threaten me, etc. I have been talking with management about it since August. Its now February, and absolutely nothing has been done about this. They have just told me to call the police, because if I didnt, then there was nothing they could. The police then informed me that my apartment complex was not performing its duties, and that it was not the responsibility of the police department to take care of the problem with my neighbor. After I left a message telling Priority Ones management this, they would not return or answer mine or my parents phone calls. It has been about a week and a half since I have heard anything from them. If you have any problems whatsoever living here, do not expect them to do their job. Again, the apartments themselves are nice and the price is great, but when my lease is over, I will never come back here.
I have had a tenant leasehold with this company for three years, and in spite of a perfect pay history (within 10 days of the 1st of the month), i have received threatening letters, emails, and calls, even over a delinquency of 2.00 the convience fee charged to ACH the payment. We will likely look elsewhere as our 3 year lease is complete
Have loved my stay in the lofts of cornerstone. The management here has taken very good care of the tenants and I would come back again if I was staying in town!
Fantastic office staff and maintenance personnel. Had a small issue in my apartment (no big deal, the kind of issue you might expect with a new building) and maintenance came right away and put a very detailed fix on it. Just renewed my lease for another year, it was a no-brainer.
In the beginning of our lease we had no problems. Then came all of the issues. We had multiple infestations that were never addressed. Anytime we had an issue it took them absolutely forever to respond to anything. Now that we have left, we fixed everything in the apartment before vacating and they charged us an arm and a leg for things that I could have done myself had they told me before we moved out like painting over holes that I patched myself. They charged me so much that I could have purchased 15 gallons of paint and painted the entire apartment complex with it. I would give Priority One properties Zero stars if I could. I advise anyone looking into renting from them to stay as far away as possible. They are simply just the worst to deal with and you will not be happy renting from them.(EDIT) After someone responded that it was due to dishes being left out is not correct. There were two instances where there was a wasp infestation within the fireplace vent area and they only came out when i explained that it was a hazard to us while we were there and they did not want legal issues. They finally jumped right on it when I explained it was dangerous. But anytime there is an issue with anything in one of there properties, they do not respond hardly at all. We left the apartment in great shape and patched all of the holes that were in there. We cleaned the carpet, cleaned pretty much everything. They still managed to charge us our full security deposit AND extra on top of it because Im sure they realize how terrible of a company they are and need every dime they can get. Also, if you look at the responses to the majority of all the 1 star reviews you can tell how defensive Priority One gets when previous tenants speak the truth of how terrible they are. An example of how they treat there tenants may lie in a comment from the owner on a 1 star review from someone named Julianne. Julianne is 100 percent correct by the way. Just review that comment from the owner on Juliannes review and youll see what I mean. How the owner could be so childish on a response to review is beyond me.I had to go deeper in to this due to the fact of the seemingly proper but actually sarcastic and childish undertones in most responses including mine as well as lying about leaving food and things out in the apartment. So now, to sum up in even more detail the year of living in the seventh circle of hell, I will say without a single doubt that you will not like it. They never respond to anything. They rarely take care of anything outside the complex either to keep up with things. A/C went out once or twice (probably just freeon but its still their responsibility to not let their tenants burst into a ball of flames due to it feeling like the surface of the sun outside and ignoring us for a couple of days after we request help) Now that I have left the property, they are hassling me more than anything I have ever seen about things after we left. Including charging almost 400 bucks to paint a few patches on the wall i patched myself to be nice and not get charged for the holes (keep in mind these are picture frame and wall mount holes, not fist holes or anything). 400 dollars to paint a few spots. Yes, the nickel and diming is real especially when you move out. The walls were also super thin and I could hear the screaming and loud noises often. I understand that you have to deal with certain things when living in an apartment, but quiet time means quiet time and there should be no exceptions. To end things off with the longest review Ive ever done, I just want to stress how I wanted to like Priority One. However, when you pay someone money, and your hard earned money at that, you expect whoever you are paying it to to be on top of things. You expect them to care about you at least a little and take care of THEIR problems. Unfortunately, they do not care about anyone or anything unless it suites them (which is money). See it how you want, but Im just trying to make sure no one else falls in the contract trap of Priority One.
I have lived at Cornerstone for about two months, and it has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and the Cornerstone area is very quiet. We love living here.
Very disappointed with the quality and service. My initial experience was good but with staff changes, the quality and service deteriorated. I received poor to no response to concerns of noisy tenants and trash in the breezeway. The walls and floors are thin, I could hear conversations and loud music from the apartment below me. The breezeway area was cleaned only once in the 18 months that I lived on the property. The lease states that upon vacating the property, Priority One will have the carpet professionally cleaned and deduct the cost from the security deposit (regardless of the condition). I felt that I was overcharged and requested a copy of the carpet cleaning invoice. $175 was deducted from my security deposit for Carpet Cleaning. Chris would NOT fulfill my request and provide the invoice. Based on multiple estimates received from local companies ($120 - $130), I was overcharged for carpet cleaning upon vacating the property.
The people who work here sincerely care about every single tenant who comes into the office. The apartments are beautiful and the facilities are amazing. Make sure you talk with Jacob at the front desk if you have questions or need help with anything.
Great group of people. Always remember poor reviews that renters make are often suspect. Generally speaking, people who are reasonable will work things out directly with the Rental Company and not try to undermine their business. You are hearing one side of the story, and there is no requirement of proof that they are telling the truth. A more realistic reason from negative reviews by upset tenants here would be that out of the 1000 properties this company manages there were a few tenants who left their units with damage, were properly charged for the repairs, and because they were upset about it - voiced their frustration.
I enjoy my apartment but parking is way too limited. Bean tree customers take over everything and leave nothing for people who actually live here. This would be my biggest complaint. It isnt right that someone paying 5 dollars for coffee should be able to get the same spots as someone paying 1000 dollars for rent. Give them a separate parking lot across the street. Road noise is bad and the construction is clearly cheap. The stairs are crooked and some move when you step on them. Its been good for the year Ive been here but wouldnt recommend it to anyone until management makes some changes.
I lived in the Cornerstone community for a year and the property was managed by Priority One. My roommates and I were thoroughly disappointed with the quality and service. They were deceitful with charges during our time there and when returning our deposit they were very unfair. They are very overpriced and the communication is poor. Our property was managed by Kathy who was very attentive for the first few months then after that never responded to any emails. I highly recommend any other management company in Lynchburg. Overall a very frustrating situation.
Rented room with some damages on walls, lights, uncleared carpets etc, which I didnt mind but I recorded them on the move in inspection sheet, they then charged me for all the damages with my security deposit when I moved out. This leads me to believe they likely charge money to clean and fix rooms without actually doing some of the services.
Never had any problems and I am always impressed with how well they treat their residents. Im in Wyndhurst and even though their office is in cornerstone, they still take very good care of us!
My son was a college student at Liberty University and rented an apartment from this company for two years. Upon moving in the apartment it was dated and appliances were old but usable, the carpet was old and not cleaned professionally so I assumed upon him moving out I wouldnt have the carpets professionally cleaned. As he lived there, we noticed they do nothing to keep up the property, outside is dirty and garbage was a hit and miss if it looked disgusting or not. My son lived there for two years and about a month before WE decided enough was enough, his good friend works for a local fire station and has for several years. He noticed that all fire extinguisher were out dated by several years and one was even missing in the hall ways of each level...This is a big No-No...Then moving day comes and I personally cleaned this two bedroom apartment top to bottom because I had heard because the majority of clients are college students they are known for taking extras from your deposit that are really not valid..Today I received the deposit back minus $440.00 ($775.00) was the deposit..it read as follows$125 Cleaning that was beyond normal cleaning.$125 Carpet Cleaning Professionally done$40 Appliance cleaned above normal cleaning$150 Painting walls above normal wearOk...Upon moving the mover hit a wall and messed up paint so I was expecting maybe $50 as no damage was done just paint on a small portion of the wall. The walls had not been professionally painted before he moved in as there was paint on the baseboards etc. I felt this apartment was fine for a college student but it lacked a lot...I took a video of the apartment once my son moved out...Thank God because I want to see the cleaning that needed to be done that was above normal cleaning. This apartment looked ten times nicer than when he moved in. I called the office early this morning and advised I needed a call back as I was extremely upset and had a video of all appliances inside and out, tubes and sinks etc...I havent received a call back...I have reported the fire hazards to the fire marshal (oh I have a video of the outdated fire extinguishers and filth on each level that is never cleaned outside) I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason they received a star is because you have to give a company at least one star to write review. Im sure they thought my son wouldnt take the time to point them out on the absurd charges...Guess they didnt realize momma bear was ready for this outcome...Thank God a fire hasnt happened and someone badly hurt by this companies negligence.7/3/17 update: I still have never received a call back from this company to discuss the charges they took from my sons deposit....If anyone would like to see my videos - contact me...5/25/19 - I never received any email and the carpet was not professionally cleaned when my son moved in - a man moved out to a lower level and he cleaned it himself and carpet was not cleaned...you didn’t call the fire marshal - I did - sorry you feel the need to be dishonest when you have such bad reviews....Your Company is known to not be professional and takes advantage of college students...I hope you have better management now.... just sayinAbsolutely Ridiculous unprofessional...
I’ve lived at some of their apartments in Forest for roughly three months now and everything has been great. Good response time to my maintenance requests and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Priority One. What a joke! I think what they mean by Priority One is: our number one priority is screwing our renters. When we first moved in, the place was full of flaws. Drywall damage in the bathroom, stained carpet in the bedroom, grease-stained wall behind the range, and in the spots that they re-painted, they only repeated up to 2 inches from the ceiling, so we had a random uneven border going around our entire apartment. When I first moved in, I reported it, but nothing was ever done about any of it. So we just went along with it figuring it wasnt a big deal because we didnt plan to stay more than a year. The walls are paper thin. Our neighbor above and adjacent to us were very noisy (or at least the walls did nothing to limit their noise). This summer we decided that we were done with the place. We let Priority 1 know that we were moving (giving the mandatory 60 day notice). Three weeks later we received our Statement of Security Deposit Funds, and they completely screwed us over. Despite the fact that the paint was poorly done when we moved in, they charged us $300 for 6 walls. $60 in dry wall repairs (which I did before we moved). A random $80 for above normal cleaning (which the place was way cleaner than it was when we first moved in). $125 in carpet cleaning. And the list goes on. These people are so dishonest its despicable. Take your money elsewhere.
DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM! They are hard to work with and their management is terrible. They drag their feet answering maintenance requests and they charge and arm and a leg for EVERYTHING when you move out. After speaking with other tenants the owner of one of the buildings they lease, no one gets their deposit back because they charge you for everything.
Awful service. Our fridge stopped working and it took them two months to do anything about it. Could never get ahold of management and no one would ever returned calls. I was told that the cleaning fees from our security deposit would not be taken out due to the money my roommates and I lost for our grcoeries constantly going bad, but of course... they still took the cleaning fees out. When we called and said the fees were taken out after all, they said they would return the money. Well, that never happened. The Lofts are also in the building of the gym so if you live on the second story you hear them blasting the music 24/7... literally, because the gym is open 24 hours. The apartment looks beautiful but it is so not worth it. Don’t let it fool you.OH also, the wiring for our electricity was connected to the wrong unit so for the first two months we were paying someone’s electricity bill... everything about this place is cheap. Like I said, it looks nice but it’s a big apartment of lies.
The team at Priority One has been fantastic! They have been a pleasure to work with. I have found them very accommodating and quick to respond. I would highly recommend them.
I have had great experiences with Priority One! Theyve been gracious when I missed up a payment and they dont have any of that painful fine print that other companies may have!
Loved renting with Priority One. Always responded to maintenance calls quickly, and have good lines of communication.
Update: a second 5 star review was given by the co-founder of Priorty One. This has also been reported as a conflict of interest according to Googles policies. It is unfortunate that this company feels the need to skew reviews by having their own property manager provide a 5 star review (with no actual text). It is actually considered a conflict of interest as stated in Googles policies and has been reported. I worked directly with this particular property manager and, though he may also reside at the property, his review is biased. Please do not be fooled by this company. I have rented from multiple properties over the past 11 years from Newport News, to Richmond, and finally to Lynchburg. Priority One is terrible with their tenants. They reply to these reviews stating the tenant should have called the office or examined the lease more closely. The fact is, nothing is ever done about the issues. I made a point to show the property manager in person on move in day that the floors were spotted by construction and he stated he would make note of it. The apartment was also not cleaned from the construction, so there was drywall dust covering literally everything. I was confident that he would honor his word and take into consideration the spots I showed him, and I remained hopeful that once the people came to clean it a few days later, the spots would be removed. This is the only reason it was not marked on my move-in checklist. However, the spots still did not come up even after the cleaners came and I was charged for it upon move out. When calling him about the charges, we were first placed on hold for several minutes until we were required to call back. Once we called back, he was not available. It is true what other reviews say on here about them taking advantage of college students, or anyone for that matter since Ive been out of college for 7 years. I lived alone for 9 months and made a point to keep my apartment clean with the exception of normal wear and tear. The apartments look nice but the materials are cheap so the cabinets are easily scratched, the floors pucker, and any pictures will rip the paint off of the wall down to the drywall since it was not properly primed. Additionally, noise was always a problem due to minimum insulation between the walls. All apartments come with their fair share of noise, but I could hear full conversations through these walls. Even a licensed contractor pointed out several areas that were not up to code in the apartment and building overall. I would advise that you look elsewhere as there are several better options in the Lynchburg area.
I have been a tenant in one of the property managed by them, and today iIwas humiliated and shouted upon after objecting to a very unkind remark made by one of their staff, on complaining that my ac was not working for last few days and waiting the whole day for someone to come and have a look at it, finally some one arrived, and when I complained how bad the heat is, i was told well its not as bad a india, a statement which was very uncalled for, and when i very calmly told him that i did not like what he said, he started shouting at me in front of my 5 year old and was so loud that apparently my neighbors also heard him. my 11 years in this country, and i cant believe what just happened to me, how did the gentle man know I am from india,,just by my skin color, and people from india are not supposed to make complains after paying rent for their air conditioning to work ? and then being shouted so badly for objecting . I feel humiliated and have no words to express the kind of treatment you can get from them
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Lost our paperwork and blamed it on us saying we never signed them a couple weeks after our lease was over. And said we never told them we weren’t renewing (when we did), making us pay for extra two months. Never picks up the phone or replies back to voice mails and emails. Absolutely ridiculous.
By far the best property managers in Lynchburg! I rented in Parkside Grande for a year and some change and I had no issues at all. Best landlords I ever had. I am a landlord now and model my customer service standards after them. Highly recommend especially considering the other options in Lynchburg are either brand new or terrible.
We got stuck with them when our property was bought out. Terrible management. They do not make repairs on time. They dont care if your appliances dont work properly. They even accused us of purposely breaking things which is just ridiculous. Will never rent from them again.
They nickle and dime you to death, don’t take care of their properties and of course are on top of things that make them money but nothing else
Ive only rented from this company for 2 months and its already a NIGHTMARE. If you have any other option, do not work with Priority One.
Worst management I have ever seen. They do not care for their tenants and maintenance is never to par. Trash everywhere outside, in stairwells and parking lots. Just completely unacceptable.
Quality People, Quality Properties, Quality Service.
Love living at Cornerstone!
Great people, Great to work with!
Horrible
