I love my apartment and the staff! Very quiet, anytime I needed something repaired it was either done that day or the next day. Office Manager was always available and always helpful even with personal things! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Absolutely do not rent from Langley. Everything started out fantastic. Low monthly rent, responsive maintenance. Fast forward 10 months... We are sent notices that our 1 year leases are coming to an end and we must choose our lease - 2 month, year, or move out. I chose 2 month because I was unsure of a job in northern VA. I was expecting that as long as we give 2 month notice, we were able to move out. Here I am, new job offer on the table and I ask about my 2 month notice since my lease is up July 31st (meaning Id keep my apartment paid through Aug 22, 2016). Nope. The 2 month doesnt start till August 1 and that means I still pay through September 30th or buyout (which is the same). Theyre weaseling nearly $1800 out of me. Im seeking legal action. I suggest no one rent from Langley. Very Very crooked.

My husband and I lived here for 6 years due to it being close to work and school. I do not recommend this place at all! The property manager likes to nit pick things and leave condescending letters on your doors, the maintenance people are sketchy, and we had our cars broken into twice! And nothing was ever done about it. Also the buildings reek of Marijuana and cigarettes. Also rent increases each year. Spend more and look elsewhere! So relieved to not live there anymore
