Michelle, the property manager, has always been very helpful and professional. Her and all the staff in the office are always responsive and handle any issue efficiently and quickly. When our apartment building switched property management to WFLP, we were worried. We heard many bad things, but this just show how sometimes its better to form your own opinion based on your personal experience rather than listen to others. We had a great experience and I have nothing bad to say. They always pick up the phone, or get back to you quickly, their maintenance requests are filled quickly and their maintenance guy is super friendly. I would definitely recommend renting through them.

Saw a very nice apartment on park street I thought would be ideal for me. However my application was denied due to lack of and or bad credit. I have two jobs and am very capable of paying rent. I have changed my life for the better yet im still not being given an opportunity to live. Not even given a chance..

Dont like the fact that they accept their Processing fee (paperwork etc) only in Cash, to me I consider that potential fraudulent.

We had a terrible experience with this rental which ended in a judge having to order this company to give our deposit back due to the evidence.

No organization at all... was scheduled a showing 3 times...3 times they were cancelled.
