Super sweet people and very quick. I walked in and was out within an hour...absolutely love the colors & shape of my dip nails!!! Will be back.

I have went here several times, the guy is GREAT!! But the last two times I went for a fill and a new set, I had to use the other lady, the last two times she has not given me what I specifically asked for !This time today, I showed her a picture, she told me it would be close to the picture but not exact and I said that’s is fine, My nails were nothing like the picture, they were exactly what I had the previous time before, the white tips, they were chunky, not straight / even with each other, and after all that - she charged me an arm and a leg for something I didn’t even want, so needless to say, I will have to find somewhere else to go .Everyone is nice up there but charging someone for a butched up job, and something I didn’t even want, was completely insane -She didn’t even tell me how much she was going to charge me before swiping my card 10 times

I absolutely love my nails this is the best nail shop that Ive ever been to the customer service was above excellent my nails turned out beautifully I received so many compliments more compliments than Ive ever received on having my nails done before

I called and explained that after recent back surgery I needed their services. Excellent job and very clean and professional. I being a man had never had a professional pedicure before but after this experience plan on making it a regular thing.

He was very nice. Not very talkative though. My nails don’t look bad. Just minute issues like not as completely square as I like them. And when doing the gel top coat wasn’t very thorough and missed spots

I normally go to another salon to get my nail done, but my salon had not opened yet. The owners wife did my nails. Given I had not had them done since Covid19 shut everyone down. I told her what I wanted Tammy Taylor, is all I get with the natural pink. It took her 35 minutes max to do my nails, first she put the dark pink, I looked at her and said no! I want the natural light pink. She pulled the pink off two nails! I knew then she had messed my nails up. Long story short my nails looked horrible! She said you like I said no! She said why you not like. I just left, Never again! This was the 4th of last month

I got a Spa Pedicure. The smell when you walked in of the salon was very strong, sat me in a broken chair, did not get the services in the package I chose, did a poor job painting the nails, and burned me with the water then asked me if it was hot. My mom got the same package but was marginally better but still didnt get all the services in the package. They also reused some of the same equipment such as the emery board, scrubber, and they did not use gloves.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but.... I came from out of town to treat my mom to a pedicure for Mother’s Day and the experience we received was very disappointing. The lady that gave my pedicure never spoke to me once. Fine, I can deal with that. But my toe nails are horrendous. They are all cut jagged and doesn’t seem as if she filed them at all. The polish was all over my toes. I had to go home and clean them up and finally ended up just removing the polish as it was unsalvageable. They were more concerned with selling us cheap jewelry and as someone else mentioned, the shop was full of flies. I honestly do not recommend this shop at all. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I have documented my pedicure with photos and plan to submit to BBB as I feel some action needs to be had for their service.

Love how they remember your name when you come in or just when you call. Which Im sure thats because they save your number so they will remember but its nice. Fast, polite and good at their jobs. Very reasonably priced!

I’ve always went to pru nails and they always do an amazing job ... I recently got ombré nails for the first time and I love them and not to expensive

Lisa always gives the best pedicures. Tina and Ty give amazing manicures. They are always friendly, professional, and CLEAN! Highly recommend!

Manicurist was in a hurry and trying to take care of two clients at once. As a result my nails are not shaped right, the one on my thumb is too big and it had two places on it where the color didn’t stick and they redipped it three times so it is a different color than the others, and two of them are crooked. I will not be back

The service was terrible flies were everywhere! The nails have air bubbles all in them and glitter and I did not want glitter and only stayed on for a day and a half! And they was different lengths.

Best nail salon in Lumberton! All of the staff is very sweet and welcoming, and we never leave dissatisfied.

My stiletto nails were rounded.. all different lengths. Wrong color. And had no curve to them, they were straight! Horrible.

Very disappointed in my pedicure, and my shellac came off the same day. Total waste of time & money!

Terrible experience...will never go back...seemed like they were only worried about the next dollar...total waste of my money...got the gel nails, big blobs in my nails...went back, she redid two or three nails...terrible job...the polish just scraped off...pitiful...guess I will be going to Beaumont...
