Wonderful job!! And great people

My boyfriend and I went in here to get pedicures because we live in town and they are one of the few salons open on Sunday. They were busy, but attentive and very professional. I really loved that they offered us a beverage without even having to ask. We both got the detox spa pedicure and even though I am not sure if there were really any detox benefits, the pedicure was nice and relaxing. They took their time and made sure to clean up any stray polish on my toes. They had plenty of colors to choose from and lots of modern options; as far as dip and shellac.If I could make any recommendation; it would be for the gentleman who did my pedicure to be a little more assertive with the massage. He was probably concerned about being gentle, which I understand. We will definitely be going back in the future.Update: I have been returning here for the SNS dip nails. I appreciate their honesty about pricing and they dont up charge for every little thing.

I was loyal to another nail salon in Beaumont until I tried Qute because it’s closer to home. Very friendly and inviting techs. The atmosphere is eccentric and fun! I have been very happy with their service so far. They pay close attention to detail and ask questions to ensure my nails are done exactly how I’ve mentioned. I highly recommend this business!

I told the guy to be careful with one of my arms because I had sprained my wrist and he was rougher with that had than with my non hurt hand. But other than that the place was good and my nails turned out Qute! 😂

I love this place and am a regular customer now. I always leave happy. They don’t rush you through the process like cattle. They offer the latest techniques and fresh colors. They are extremely clean and friendly. Only downfall, you have to pay in cash but there is an ATM machine in salon.

Ms. Vivian and her other nail techs are phenomenal! They also offer waxing services and facials in addition to any nail service that you could want. They always go above and beyond to satisfy the client and their customer service is impeccable!

Could not be happier with my new nails. I use to drive 2 hrs to Conroe, Tx because I could not find a good nail shop. You could not go wrong with Qute nails! I had an amazing experience overall. I am not typically a girly girl who does this but they listened to everything I wanted, suggesting light weight products and taking their time helping me. I had to have white overall and glittering ring finger nails. They found one that was more gun metal metallic and matte white. Works perfectly and feels soft and natural. I only paid $35 and completely enjoyed the experience. They now have a regular customer 😃

I have been to several nail salons in southeast Texas and this is my favorite!! It is clean and comfy. They are always nice and make sure I am completely satisfied before I leave!

I love this salon! I have been doing my own nails for years and had decided to go pamper myself, I have been getting the acrylic nail set with gel polish, the set lasts me over a month with no lifting or breaking of nails! Thats what I call good quality ! Shiny unti I go back for a change and I love it

I went a few weeks ago and I loved it I tipped them the wrong amount but I want them to keep the money, these nails lasted so long and I loved them, I have slight problems with my hands and she made sure that she never hurt them, she was very gentle and I will keep coming, matter fact, I’m coming today!! Love this place!!!

I have tried several places all over and never have I ever been treated so nicely and they where very patient with me when I changed my mind on what I wanted. The gentleman that did my nails was very sweet and cared about how my experience was. He did beautiful work and was very general when removing my acrylic nails that I had done last week by a different place. I will be sad when I go back to North Carolina because I won’t get the same service. My pedicure was so relaxing and very thorough. She took time to clean and paint my toes extremely well! All of this was done while they where slammed because of prom. They even stayed opened over a hr and half to finish customers. All around if your looking for a place that treats you right and isn’t hard on your wallet go here!

Went on a Sunday thinking it wouldnt be busy...wrong.... they only had 3 techs working and would tell everyone they were next or would start someone so they wouldnt leave and then leave them and start on someone else. It was a hot mess!! Make an appointment!

My opinion this is the best place in Southeast Texas to get your nails and your feet done super sweet people they know what theyre doing quality of work is excellent.

They over charge for everything simple acrylic nails coat $60 dollars that’s insane let’s just say that press on nails bought from a store would look better than the job they do will not be back!!!

I brought my sister here for her birthday and got both of our nails done about 2 weeks ago. It was the absolute words nail salon ever they didnt talk to you at all they made my sister bleed both of are nails are chipping and the paint is coming off we will never go back!

Super nice ppl, took my wife and i got my toes done it was really relaxing and good prices. They even sell wine that was a first.

Very friendly and patient, great service. My only problem is that my nails came off/started peeling after just 3 days and after 2 weeks my nails still look like the acrylics just came off.

Sorry I accidently put my reciew on the wrong place but this is the place we went so heres my review for this pkace that was so kind and did a great job .They were very nice to us. I went with my daughter for my mothers day and it was wonderful. The service was really wonderful. They were professional and did a great job. I will go again.

Been using Qute nails for years usually they do a wonderful job so I always refer them. So when my frown niece came in from Mt. Belview for a girls day I recommended Qute Nails for our pedi. It was bad from the get go. First my chair wouldnt work so we finally got them to move us another chair where we could be by each other. The nail tech scraped under my nieces toe nail making her scream. We had to get another tech over to translate what my niece wanted done since obviously she was doing it wrong. Finally things were going right. Until time to pay. My niece finished up before me so she wanted to treat me. While my toes were being painted she was told they didnt take debit cards. My niece said I know you would rather cash but this is all I have. They proceeded back and forth until I butted in and told the nail tech that my niece was from out of town and was not going to an atm to get cash nor did she have a checkbook with her. Then she wouldnt punch my card( for 10%off) because we didnt pay cash!! Needless to say we will not be back I will not be referring anyone to them!

So disappointed. Been going here for about a year. They started off nice, and were for the most part. I would always tell them what I want, and they would talk me to the dip powder. I went along. Went today for a refill and pedi. Got there at 1:40. They did the pedi and soaked my nails. The one guy was in the back, then when Im done comes out starts anothers nails. Ive been waiting it was now 4pm, then the next becomes available and i let them know I have to be gone by 430 and they say the only.way I can is if I do dip powder. They had so much time to do my nails, and did not. Took others nails that came after me. I told them from the time I went in what I wanted. A new set with shellac over it. So I paid for my pedi and left. Wont be back, you should take care of your repeat. Ive spent hundred or dollars there.
