I am quite frustrated with NewPath as of today. I reached out back around March of 21 to get my daughter tested for Dyslexia as the school was taking to long and my daughter was struggling. I met with Dr. Bertrand and was initially thrilled about the process with her. However it is now August and while yes some of the schedule conflicts had to do with my schedule we are still not done and going into another school year. We initially had all 3 sessions scheduled in May. There was a change made to one of those for something beyond Dr. Bertrands control, which is understandable. After we had completed the 3 sessions she stated that she needed one more to get everything done. I was super pregnant and still working full time and with her only testing time being from 10-1 it made it very difficult to get off work for a total of and hour and a half to pick up my daughter and take her back to daycare or to work with me. When they wanted to schedule the last session I was unable to make the appointment again due to work. That is not Dr. Bertrands fault. Once I had my baby mid-July I reached out to get the last session scheduled as I was off work. Almost 2 weeks went by before anyone called me back. I finally called again and got scheduled for this past Monday. I got a phone call from the office 30 minutes before her appointment to be told the Dr. Bertrand was sick and that they would let me know if they could get her scheduled before school started (2 days ago) I called back yesterday and talked with Christy. I understand that some of this is my fault with scheduling conflicts, some was uncontrollable for Dr. Bertrand, but this has been going on since May. My insurance has been billed and she has been paid and we have no results going into the school year.

Tried to schedule an appt but never got a call back. This appears to be a regular issue for the last few years too as the reviews show. Once I did get the review made, I did like the lady we were scheduled with.

Called for an appointment several times within the past couple of months ..they seem to never be open...went there myself and not surprised to see them not open on open business hours.....no one followed through to my voicemails that I left meaning I received no call backs ..im in diar need of assistance and hardin county seems yo not be able to help anyone needing marriage counseling....

I have called several times and tried to set up an appointment. Given all my information and insurance info and they never will call back as promised to attempt to set up appointment.
