I have made multiple attempts for Sears to right the wrong that was done in regards to my initial request to have my ice box fixed.Initially, I requested the Sears technician to come and fix a terrible rattling sound in my icebox. He said it was the motor and possibly the seal. Once the parts came in, he came to fix the ice box. My wife was home, as I was unable to be there. To my disappointment, when I got home, the rattling sound was louder than it was before his repair . Of the two or three parts he said he needed, he only installed the seal. The others he sent back himself.The noise was so bad, I had to employ someone else to come and fix it. When they fixed it, they said that the motor fan blade was just loose. They fixed it in about 15 minutes and it has been great ever since.Because of this lack of help with my initial problem, I didnt feel like replacing a gasket should cost almost $700. I have removed the gasket and mailed it back to Sears with a label that they provided. The tracking says it was delivered to them on June 30, 2021 at 9:30 am. It is now August 8, 2021 and I still do not have a resolution to my problem.Calling Sears is pointless, because all you do is get transferred from department to department, and no one will help you and eventually, they just hang up on you. I have attempted at least 15 calls to Sears with NO success.I AM ASKING TO BE ISSUED THE REIMBURSEMENT THAT I DESERVE. This whole experience has been terrible and I just want to be done with Sears. If they would have just fixed my ice box like I was told would happen (in the beginning), none of this would be necessary now.I emailed them to respond to me ASAP. They never emailed me back. My next step was to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.I just want my money back. Especially given that I have mailed your gasket back to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEARS HOME REPAIR IS A RIP OFF!!!!!

From the time I called for repair they came out in 2 days. Waited 4 weeks for one part. Two parts were ordered and one came within a week. I know this is not a repair mans fault. We had to reschedule 2 times because of the one part not in. We did not know that both parts had not been sent in one box and we scheduled for the second time and no one informed us of this so, a whole day was wasted on this and no one called to check on the scheduled appointment. I had to call in and find out why the technician did not show? Why did we not get a call? Trying to call and reschedule an appointment is trying. Finally on the third attempt of a service call we got the refrigerator fixed and it is working well.

Technician was great however it took Sears 10 months to live up to my maintenance agreement. Wasted money. Oh they gave me an option, either wait for them tom fix it or refuse their service and received nothing. I couldnt even get reimbursed for my service contract. Ifn you are searching to buy, beware Sears! Stay away.

This was the 6th call to repair a wheel on a Lawn Tractor that I purchased. First time I called they canceled the day the repair man was to show up, said he was SICK. Then two weeks later the repair man showed up. The front wheel had fallen off. He worked on it and left. Got on it that afternoon to cut grass and the wheel FELL OFF. Called again. They sent the same guy out a week later. He fixed the wheel and left. Two days later I was cutting grass and the wheel fell off. Just called again and they sent a new guy out. I did not see what he was doing and he said the problem was fixed and left. I had an to go take care of something and the next day got ready to get on the mower and the wheel had not been touched. Called again, and told them the problem was NOT fixed. They gave me an appointment for over two weeks from today. I think they should extend the warranty when they can not send someone out in a weeks time. I have always had a Craftsman mower, just will never buy again. Horrible service. And they have you at their mercy and there is nothing you can do. Its now June 6th, 2021 and the wheel was fixed but the mower wont move after 30 min. cutting time. I have called since I bought the mower asking them to replace it. Nope they said it was still under warranty. The day the tech. fixed the wheel and I tried to get him back to see what was wrong they have given me a date for him to come out over two weeks. Think long and hard before buying a mower. They are not like they use to be. Sears use to be a great company and they took great pride in their service and what they sold. Sad that a great company has gotten to this point. TECH WAS NICE BUT I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR DUE TO MY MACHINE STILL DID NOT WORK AFTER TECH LEFT I CALLED TECH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE HIM COME BACK AND THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. VERY DISATISFIED WITH SEARS SERVICE LATELY.

The gentlemen that came for the repair were excellent, very polite, efficient, and gave wonderful customer service. They explained everything very thoroughly to me, and resolved the problems right away. It is so nice to have nice people to work in your home. I will call you again definitely.

Tech arrived on time, was knowlegable, friendly and fast. Cost to fix was high in my opinion however he offered a discount if we signed up for a home warranty plan which I had been considering doing anyway so it worked out.Cant give it a five because of the original cost factor but otherwise satisfied.

We have used the service two times on our washing machine.The fist time it took 8 weeks to get the repairs made due wrong parts and scheduling issues however this time much better outcome. The parts came in in a very timely manner and I was able to reschedule for a quicker in home visit to make the repairs. Repairs took maybe 30 minutes and the machine is up and running.

I was told over the phone that the service cost 105.00 would be deducted from the cost of parts. The man that came had to remove the oven due to your last man that you sent, not hooking it up right. The wiring had come undone from the wall. The large yellow wire nuts were melted in spots. He reconnected the wire, put smaller red wire nuts on and used MY electric tape to secure them together. I was then charged over 160.00 for something that should have been done correctly the first time your service man came out. There was nothing wrong with my oven only the way your man had connected it. I feel that Sears should absorb this cost since the fault lies with your people. Not happy at all.

We waited 2 wks for a repair man to come out. He was He r 5 minutes and said we needed a new water heater and left. It is still under warranty but we had to buy another one and hire a plumber to install it! Not because we wanted to but because that is what we were told to do by sears! So we are still waiting to get it installed!!! Sears sucks!

The control panel on my freezer died. This is a small computer like device approximately 5 x 2 that plugs into the front of the freezer. I didnt mind paying the $99 just to come out and look at it but I think the additional labor charge of $200 to unplug that control and plug in a new one was far above excessive and did not even include the cost of the unit. That was another $112. And to make it worse, that new control is defective. You cannot change the temperature and the freezer wont shut off and hasnt for 5 days now while we wait for for our next appointment tomorrow. I will not recommend Sears to anyone in the future.

We have nothing against the repairmen, only with Sears. Our dishwasher still leaks water and we will never buy from Sears again!! We have been a customer for at least 50 years!
