One of our customers was traveling through Lufkin and had an issue with her car, she was very concerned, I contacted Dillon and had her bring her car by, they quickly inspected it and made a repair for her at no charge to get her happy and on her way safely. Service is great. Prices are competitive. Why 3 stars? The waiting room is too small, 4 chairs, nowhere to sit. No masks being worn. Overflow goes outside with 2 benches, no backs . Was there on 7/29. 105 heat index. Little too hot, little too long. Tire service was great!

I have been going to Angelina Tire since it opened. They always do their best to help the customer and offer options to get the most for your money. They know their customers by name and regular customers are like extended family.

Just went there to get the tires I ordered put on my car, called this morning to make sure they were in.... after about an hour of standing there dilly dallying the employee realized she had accidentally sold my tires to another customer. They were scamming me on pricing as well. They wouldn’t tell me how much the oil change cost. Told me the total cost. Then told me the oil change was 65, but they were actually trying to charge me a little over 100. Byeeeee.I’ll get my tires, oil change and inspection done elsewhere.

Ill never take my truck anywhere else. Great company, great people, and they really look out for you as their customer. I wish I could give 6 stars.

I called for the price before hand and thats what I paid when they were done! he did warn me of a different possible problem before they started that would be expensive. they inspected and fixed the problem in an hour, i know that not always possible but i do appreciate that i didnt have to make a second appointment. Probably going to be our regular mechanic 👍

This used to be the only place Id go for all of my car needs but after this experience I will never go back!! First we found out that the mark up on their parts was ridiculously high (and I understand things get marked up for profit, but Im talking they were buying the same part you could buy from a parts store in town and marking it up double). The person we talked to was not helpful, and then after we paid for our vehicle back and they were supposed to leave it out front they didnt! I will not go back, and its a shame because I thought these were goodhearted people who did an amazing job.

Angelina Tire and Auto is the only place I will take my car. They never try to charge you for what you dont need or tell you need work that you dont.

Front man was extremely nice they were busy the day i came in so it took a lil while longer than expected but they were excellent in service and friendliness

We were driving through Lufkin at 4:45PM on the day before Thanksgiving headed to Arkansas for the holiday when we noticed our left front tire was making a terrible noise (as a result of some repair-work-gone-wrong wed completed earlier the same day in Houston). Other mechanics we called for help in Lufkin all said they were tied up & couldnt help us. The great folks at Angelina Tire & Auto not only helped us determine the source of the horrible sound and fix it, but they did it VERY quickly and compassionately had us back on the road for our holiday trip within 20 minutes! They did all of this at a VERY FAIR price, and 15 minutes before their posted closing time. Amazing! 8)
