They made getting an RV inspected super easy! We simply pulled into the parking lot next to the shop and the did the inspection quickly & efficiently. I dont think they can change the oil in an RV because it wont fit in the stall but well be getting our oil changed in the cars here because they were so great about the RV.

Not being from the area I started looking for a place for an oil change and inspection. After seeing some of the reviews on the larger placs in the area I found this place!! Let me tell you, these guys are amazing!! They are like a NASCAR pit crew!! I was in awe at how they brought us in and jumped right in there!! They were checking all the fluids, air filter, topping off everything there were guys underneath doing the oil change and people cleaning the windows!!! These guys are like a fine oiled machine and I would recommend them to anyone!! My husband was so impressed hes willing to drive the 4 hours up here to bring his vehicle to them for his next oil change!!

Very pleased! My husband and I both switched to here. Very efficient and you can tell they take pride in their business and care about the customer. I usually go to Boltons, but last time a new guy put the wrong filter and it sprayed oil all over my engine. That wasnt the bad part. Im ok with new people making mistakes and correcting them but I also value honesty. The guy who came over to help him correct was speaking very loud about the mistake. When the new guy came instead of admitting, he said it was a defective filter. Ok a small twist of the truth. Then the other guy gets mad at him and tells him not to ever admit a mistake because the customer will come back complaining. I never said anything but they were lucky I knew with the oil spraying everywhere would make a lot of smoke.

PSA: When going in for a routine oil change, Masterlube stripped a thread on my filter housing holder, leaving my car undrivable. They did not have a loaner or rental vehicle for me to use, so I got my own. When my car was fixed and ready for pickup two days later, they refused to pay to pay for my oil change or the part to fix my vehicle. And, they only paid $87 of my $160 total rental bill. I’ve gone to Masterlube for many years and it is very surprising that this is how they choose to handle mishaps, especially with other big businesses here in Lubbock, such as Bolton’s, Firestone, and Pep Boys. I will not be using or referring anyone to Masterlube in the future.

Told me $31.99 at first then when they finished they charged me almost $50. When I asked why they told me my oil filter was expensive. I asked to see charges and the oil filter was only $6. Bunch of con artists if you ask me.
