Churches fried chicken ....this place needed some cleaning. Tables were all dirty. They didnt have any sweet tea. And they said they were making it. So we ordered our food and dat there waiting for the tea. Finished our meal and no one had even attempted to make the tea. Container still sitting there on counter by register.

This is a good place to wash especially if your funds are low. The lady who runs the store actually took my bag of supplies and put it up for safe keeping in case someone decided to steal it when I walked out for a smoke break. I want to just say this place is great.... The attendants are all great.. The equipment is A-1,..... The atmosphere is a great place to relax yet concentrate on your tasks....I have to say everybody that had a problem with the attendant... Probably because you feel like because you choose to go ask there that they owe you... When its the wash n dry we should be considerate to, they are offering a service, that is going to sale wether you go eat or dont... We need them, they dont need us...I appreciate the fact that the lady actually takes time to give her time do we can be clean...I say thank you lady...mc

We come here all the time, I like the prices and the free dry. Its pretty clean most of the time and the ladies that work there are pretty nice.

As far as laundromats go very clean the lady was courteous to load the card that you have to have to use their machines free dryers after you use their washing machines that was a plus

Some of the machines dont work that great and the tenant that works on Friday night let people wash without mask on closes laundry to my house so I have to use it

It cost you / me “”” $2.00 just to use the equipment, have to purchase a scan card, then you get to pay for what it cost to wash and dry . I only had one small load, by the time I walked out of there I was out of pocket $10.00 and my small amount of laundry was still not dry, so I took it to a coin operated laundry to finish drying. Never again lol. Lesson learned.

It was ok free dryers but expensive washers and the attendant was kind enough to help me with card even.

Didnt like it the attendant accused me of stealing cloths come on me stealing cloths be serious especially womans cloths im not a damn crossdresser lady

Helpful service lady and the prices were kinda high but it was a clean place and I had ALL my Laundry done in less than 3 hours. Thats a plus for me along with the spacious folding areas. Everything was easy to operate and the dryers were free. If my washer breaks again Im definitely going here.

Gone here a lot but made the mistake of going on a weekend and some homeless bum stole my sons baby blanket along with all my sheets so laundry day turned into shopping day. Usually never have a problem because they arent supposed to let the homeless community flock to the inside OR beg for rides, yet it happens constantly.

It was a clean establishment that was strictly adhering to safety guidelines. And did I mention free dryers?

This is the worst place in Lubbock. The dryer ate my card with 24 dollars on it. 4 pairs of pants and my work shirts were stolen. The people that work there were rude as hell. I was told that I might get the card back. The place was filthy. The person working told me that I might get the card back, this was the person I was told to call. Rude and wouldnt give me a number for the main office.

I like coming to this location because its large with plenty of washers and dryers, but here lately its just been to warm in the store and I sweat just sitting waiting for my laundry to finish. Think I may start shopping around for a new place to do laundry.

Went there for the first time this morning it was super clean! The lady that was working was very helpful and kept cleaning the whole time I was there. She deserves a raise!!

Great place to do laundry. It can be a little crowded at times. Never had to wait to long for a machine.

Attendants are usually very friendly. Get out pretty fast. Usually dont have air on so makes it hot.

Not even one star I would rate Wash N Dry...Am serious it was 9:40 and I went in and ask ...Can I wash 2 loads knowing last load is 9:45....And it was NO its 9:45 ....WOW perfect customer service...My first and My last time ever going there.

Seems a bit pricey at around $4 and change to wash,But the drying is free for the regular customers, so it balances out on price. Machines are well maintained.

This place I would give a 0 to but it wont let me. My card is stuck in a dryer after notifying the attendant she informed Id just have to come back for it tomorrow. I normally always use the location on 50th and slide. They are amazing very helpful and always clean. This lady told me it wasnt her problem even though she knew there was a reoccurring issue with the dryer and wont put a sign up so that another customer doesnt have the same issue. Her resolution to me finishing my laundry was to purchase another card and load more money on it. Worst customer service hate when people say I just work here sorry nothing I can do. Take some initiative and put a sign on the card slider and quit making excuses

This place was fantastic, clean, large, and they offer FREE WIFI and FREE DRYERS! The customer service was the best part of my experience! LIZA was in tune with every custimer s needs while keeping this very large complex clean and organized! I will be back for sure:)

This place is alwAys clean when i come the worker is very friendly and nice. Always helpful to everyone

We have been using this place for a few years and it has gotten bad after the owner sold it now they dont and wont turn on the air conditioning during the hot days and back in the winter they would not turn the heater on. We are going to start going somewhere else the manger says they cant do anything about it because of the owner. We are letting all our new friends we meet at the laundry to not go back we will go where they know how to treat their guests.

Very nice laundromat, you do need a card with money on it but they can be purchased there for around three dollars. The dryers are free if you washed your clothes there.

She tried to move us to another washer and it had stuff laying in the bottom of the washer..when I stated this one is dirty Ill use the other she said I dont care just put then inside I have more important things to be doing. Just all the way around very rude and in appreciative of the customers. To top it all off, she told me that shewas the managerWow...

Machines took $20 and did not work. They compensated me $8 and refused to give me a number to call management.

The lady was very nice I have never used a laundry mat so technically designed once she walked me through everything the only thing is I had put my Downey in wrong slot and the washers made sounds like they where washing the soap and downy down but no water was going I. To the soap or Downey been she had to get a big jug of water and pour in the dispensers I gave 4 stars but because of dispenser not working properly the lady was niceAnd children acting like little heathens and I guess parents just dont manage their children anymore

The ladies working here are rude most times. Last dry is at 945 I came in at 935 and she was going to make me pay a whole dollar to dry my clothes out of pocket until I’d her I only had a card. They really need some training in customer service.
