I only needed to do 3 small loads of laundry while waiting on the part for my broken washing machine to come in and be repaired.I learned when I got to this laundromat that you have to use a debit card to buy a their ‘laundry debit card.’ The lady that helped me buy one put $20 on it without even asking me how much I wanted. There was also a $5 deposit on the card that you are supposed to get back when you turn in the card. So I spent $25 to be able to do these 3 small loads of laundry. When I went to see if I could get the $13+ refund (what I didn’t use, plus the deposit on the laundry debit card) I was told that they cannot refund more than $5.00.I do not recommend this place!!

Listen I’ve been to facilities all over these great states and well heck I just as soon step on a rake than ever go anywhere else. It’s open hours that make sense to tha working class and there are plenty of machines. Other than that the place is clean and everything that I would expect to find is there, even the good ol…. CLAW GAME…. I’ll be needin 50 cents please…

Probably one of the biggest washers Ive ever seen. Attendant is super friendly and was a big help starting me out on my wash journey. The whole card thing was weird for me, but knowing I can add money to my card with my debit is a huge convenience. The place is super clean, very convenient and very easy to operate once you know what youre doing. Prices are very fair and affordable. Love it.

This is my favorite laundromat in lubbock. There are always machines open. It is very clean. I like that it has automatic doors when you come in you dont have to open while juggling your laundry.

Very clean and the machines work. Theres a card that you have to buy. Im not even sure how much anything costed, nor how to figure out. Prices are not plainly posted. Theres numbers on the machine that might be a price, bit it was odd, like 3.49, so Im not sure if that was actually a price.But the place was really clean, and my clothes came out very clean.

Great place to wash and dry your clothes. Also if you dont have time to do your own clothes they have drop off service there. Highly recommend if you dont have your own washer and dryer.

This is my favorite laundromat in Lubbock! No coins needed. The have four different sizes of machines, so you can pay less depending on the amount of laundry you have. When I get behind, I take multiple big buckets, and I fill up four or all five of the super giant load washers. Then I can get it all done at once. One of those washers takes approximately 45 minutes to wash. And then it fits in about 6 dryers and takes about 40 minutes of drying time.

Laundry mat is kept very clean, plenty of washers and dryers and several different load capacities to choose from. It gets busy just like every other laundry mat but I always go in the AM when its slow. I only gave it 4 stars for a few reasons 1. What laundry mat doesnt accept a quarter?.....then charges you to use their required debit like card that is semi confusing to figure out and dont get it wet cuz youll swipe it and get an err Everytime....I guess Im just old fashioned and quarters where simple straight to the point and it didnt cost me 5 dollars to cash in my paper money in order to use the #2 very costly price per load in my opinion. Last and least as its an issue for me no matter where I go to do laundry....but who decided to make laundry mats and fail to install AC in them?..... Musta been a man that never did a load of laundry in his life!!!! He probably lived somewhere not in Texas where the daily low in the summer is hotter then.....well you know!

Decent place and not much crowded! Clean area, they have seats for you to sit and relax too. Great service and staff was really helpful in clearing all my doubts.

Machine I used was clean, but have to vent on being forced to buy a $2 card that Ill never use again. Seems like a major rip-off. I understand that you dont want machines broken into, but thats why you have an attendant.

Set an appointment for their laundry pickup service, no one ever showed up, was told to be patient when I called asking about the status of our pickup, no call the next day asking for a rescheduling, nothing. If youre not even going to show up dont even offer the service, and I know I didnt miss you, I was outside the entire night grilling with my neighbors

This facility is clean and I love that it is by my house, also the man who works evenings is so sweet and helpful its a shame I cant see him because I wash during morning time usually and I have to see the rude morning lady who acts like she hates her job. I dont like to ask her for help because she always seems bothered her customer service is terrible.

I am giving only 2 stars because my first experience there two weeks ago the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and got an attitude with me after I asked her for help while she stood there watching me struggle. When I went and asked her for quarters for change of $5 so my son could get snacks and play the games she gave me $1.25 in quarters and said that was all she had. The washers were really good dryers not so much. Customer service needs a broken down detailed lecture on what her job consists of and what customer service is.

I give it to stars because there was an employee there who was anything but friendly. She didnt want to do anything to help me when I asked for assistance. Two other employees I spoke to were friendly. If it wasnt for the two of them I wouldnt have given any stars. My card stopped working. It was repaired but when my card was returned to me it didnt have same amount as when I had previously checked it. The amount was less on my card once returned to me.

Very clean and well maintained facility !I like that there is always an attendant on duty and on the occasion there is a machine out of order, it is quickly fixed. There is plenty of room to sit and watch tv while waiting on laundry. The facility is well air conditioned and there are plenty of folding tables to fold my laundry. The attendants have always been very pleasant and helpful.

Here on a Wednesday night. Covid 19 fear runs through here. The lady here is rude. You cant fold laundry or sort. BUT she can have her family here waiting in there with her. She is mopping people are juat walking through it. No signs! I nearly slipped coming in she mopped by the front door. No sign. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Mr Lee you need to get bettee procedures and practice safe work environment.

Always clean and decent machine selection with hardly ever any machines down. They use a in house card based pay system that you can refill with cash or card.

Have has several great experiences here, but today the staff was incredibly rude to my mother. I wish people would be kinder in the way they talk to people. I will be using a different laundromat from now on where the staff isn’t rude and hateful to customers.

Im only giving 3 stars because the last time I went the attendant was very rude when I let her know that my card was reading err. The machine has a sign that states to let attendant know so I did. If she doesnt like her job she shouldnt be there.

The stuff was very helpful and friendly. This was my first visit at the facility. he carefully taught me every step and helped me complete the steps for the first time. Washing cost was a little more than what I expected, but drying cost was perfect. Will definitely recommend this facility.

Im surprised to see the negative comments. I find this laundromat very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Usually I am there when Paul is the attendant on duty - he is a delightful, hard-working employee. Ive often seen him help customers fold big, bulky items (comforters, etc.) and he often helps elderly people, pregnant women, disabled folks, etc. carry their laundry to and from their vehicles.My only complaint - and the reason for my 4/5 rating - is that the dryers could be more efficient. Every time Ive done laundry there I ALWAYS have at least one load that doesnt dry. So, maintenance could be better in that regard.

Never had any problems using the facility. However, there are quite a few machines that are not working. But its always clean and the workers are generally helpful to anyone.needing assistance.

I use the facility off of 50th street, it is always clean and a lot of machines available every time I go. Veronica is very helpful, kind and always smiling. She cleans everything often and works hard constantly; I never see her slow down! Won’t do my laundry anywhere else even though the prices are a bit high, there’s value in the quality of the facility and it’s staff!!

Do not hate I like this place

Washers work fine but the dryers are terrible. I would run a small load 3 or 4 times on HIGH TEMP and my stuff is still soaking wet.

This is the worst Wash-N-Dry. Everyone is rude, and never helpful. Ive been here a couple of times, and when I showed interest in how the drop off service worked at this particular location, the attendant was rude and unhelpful. When I first approached the section for drop-off clothing, there was sign. I started to read the sign, and then she interrupted me, by telling me the rules and regulations. I said okay, that I would be interested in using the service. Then she started arguing with me about pricing, since it has to be a certain minimum amount, and I was under the assumption that it would be per pound. She then rudely told me that I should have read the sign, which is what I had been trying to do from the very beginning. When I told her I was still interested, she told me to go ask about it from a group of men that were sitting around playing cards at one of the tables. Basically, this woman stepped up to me to prevent me from having any interest in the service at all. As for the group of men, they did not look like the represented the Wash-N-Dry at all. I honestly thought that they were a bunch of guys just hanging out waiting for their laundry to finish. When I went to speak with them, they looked at me dumbly for a minute, before one of them spoke up and told me that they drop off the clothes at the house and he doesnt do drop offs until six oclock. The one on University is way better.

This place is great. Washer clean my clothes. However, dryers are not too hot. Place is always clean and the lady that works there is very nice.I like it here more and the one on 50&AveQ.

The gentleman working was extremely rude and complained about everything I did. From the entering the building, be being on my phone too much, to waiting too long inside for a cycle that had a minute left. Horrible experience.

I have always had the best customer service here. I have been coming here for almost a year now and i refuse to go anywhere else I dont even live in Luubbock and i still will drive the 40 min to come here and wash. The staff is very friendly and helpful and kind to my kids will change the TV for them or even talk to them. Customer service has a lot to do with loyal customers and you Ms. Veronica have won over my family and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very rude employee sitting on table we ask if he could sit property we Brought some food. He keep on sitting on top the table said he could do wherever he want it and. He didn’t like someone he would just call police I hope the owner will do some. Your losing customers with a employee like that tanks will not come back

When I need to launder my just made quilts, this is a great place. They are well staffed and theyre constantly cleaning. My only complaint is the narrow aisle in front of the wall of dryers as its often blocked by customers folding clothes.

If the woman that is here all the time isnt on her cell phone the whole time, she is outside on her phone smoking next to the door or by my vehicle. Then instead of enjoying the nice breeze outside in my truck, I now have to close everything up and run my ac because I cant stand cigarette smoke or my clothes smelling like smoke. If you have a concern to bring to her attention shell make you wait until she puts the phone down thats apparently glued to her hand, and once you get her attention she will then berate you and talk down to you, loudly so others hear and make a scene and others uncomfortable and they cant leave because their clothes are locked in the washer. And if you think thats bad, come around at night time when her bf is there. And on top of that the equipment half works. You want you clothes washed cold and you set it to cold so nothing shrinks? Too bad, its completely hot! You split up your laundry to dry faster without setting the drier to singe? Too bad, if its not badly singed it will still be wet and you with be there for 2 hours to get it almost dry. If you can avoid using this place and dealing with this woman then avoid it! If you cant? Well just be careful, have lots of money on their inconvenient card that you can only use there and say bad half the time you use it because they are all used. The card I just got said bad the first time I used it. And bring drinks because they dont give quarters for all their vending machines and games they have to pass the day you will be there. And none of the washers timers are the same. 1 machine will say 40 mins, the machine next to it will be over an hour so you cant time anything and it takes that much longer to get out...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time using this laundromat and they wasted no time coming over to me and helping me figure out how to use the machines.Place was clean, had plenty of places to sit, and washed a huge queen size comforter in 35 minutes!

The washers work great and it is accommodating to be able to dry for free. The male attendant is very helpful & cleans very well when using the facility. He assist you when you need him.

I like the fact that I can use my debit card here and dont have to carry around a whole mess of quarters. The free wifi, though very spotty at times, is nice, too. I do wish employees would allow their machines doors to stay open even slightly, because I literally spend the first 15 minutes trying to find machines that dont smell like mildew.

I have NEVER had an issue at this establishment. So reading the last post about the Manager an the so called incident of her being rude an treating customers “Horrible” is not true. In fact I was doing laundry an saw how things went down an they did not happen exactly how it was explained in the post. If you were to ask others that were around the Manager actually did everything to accommodate this customer, as she didn’t move at the drop of the hat when you needed things done but she was busy with customer drops offs folding/ washing an drying but she did help you.I just don’t feel that bashing her here on the site was the right thing to do. I feel ias if your going to do this please include how rude you were, an the yelling you did.... an believe me I have been here several years an a picture of her was not needed she isn’t gonna waste her time coming after you. I think this was done out of malicious.Sorry/ Not Sorry but let’s tell it all like it happened.

They do not take cash/coin or card. You need to purchase their card. No attendant was there to explain anything. Another customer had to direct us. For someone who only needs this service from time to time its a hassle.

Always very clean. They sweep and mop throughout day and the machines are always clean. My one complaint is that the dryers will burn any fleece and similar materials, even at the lowest setting 😣

Yesterday around 12:30 or 1:00 pm.Confertation with manger!They have the WORST Manger working in this place!!!She was getting fustrated if you ask her a question? I asked about some close that were stopped in some washers. And there were a lot of people washing clothes yesterday. Some people left clothes unattended and they were stopped. So big washers were hard to find. She said she doesnt touch them. I thought Ok & finally found 2 big washers that became available.I had to ask another question? Shes getting fustrated with me. I told her my card was not working on this big machine. It was coming up Error.It felt like it was a bother but to her. I thought to myself, Excuse me I didnt know I wasnt supposed to ask the attendance any questions, if your having trouble with there machines. But I need help!!She was too busy doing other peoples laundry. I guess... Me being a customer doesnt Matter!Then later my towels didnt dry, as I put them in another dryer. (Passing her) I told her that my towels were still wet.Here is where she starts getting mad. She said it takes longer than 20 mins!But even for 20 mins. they should be a tiny bit dry I said. They felt the same, like when I just got them out of the washer.As I was going back to my seat, I asked her if she can turn the TV. Channel for me. (That I didnt care for soap operas if she can just find a news station will be fine). She refused she had to finish folding her clothes!So thats when I asked her name, then she was really getting mad!! (She said; she was the manager of this places And she didnt have to give me her name)!She started to raising her voice So I asked what was her bosses name?She didnt want to give it to me!Telling me she was going to get me thron out of this from to this place. And she was going to call the police on me!! I think she did call.. What a horrible person you have Working for your astablement!!Never in 60 years have I ever been treated with such disrepect!!!Boss she is treating your customers HORRIBLE!!!She didnt want to give me her name, but I do have a picture of her!Just in case she comes after me!!!!

Nice theme park, but all the rides are full of water, I love the washer, I love getting super dizzy too, its super clean, food it good. But still, rides are full of water!

Great t place to do laundry if you do not hav be washer and dryer. Prices are a litte high h and drying is not overly quick; however the facility looks and smells clean, always has an attendant, and does not feel uncomfortable or have uncmfortable people around. There are enough kids around to keep kiddos from gettin board but not so many kids you worry about them.

The staff is rude and completely unprofessional! They mess with your clothes! The place is a mess and half the washer and dryers don’t work! If I could rate 0 stars I would! So sad! Used to be an awesome place!

I really love this place. I have moved across town, I live on 4th now, and I still come to this place. Its very clean, it has a wide variety of washers, I never have to wait for a dryer, and the staff is always really helpful.

I enjoy this location because it is always clean even thru busy peak times!! Staff is always available and I like that even when families with children are here the staff keep facility from becoming a jungle gym!!

The machines are okay and basically clean. I went during the daytime shift and the woman working the place was really rude to several people. She could have easily helped one man in particular who just needed to buy a card to run the machines, but she didnt. She chose to tell him only the machines dont take quarters and then ignored him immediately after instead of showing him where the cards could be purchased. I helped him and it was easy. Dont use the toy/prize machines, I saw them stocking them and they do old tricks to make it really tough to win a crappy toy which is disappointing to see little kids lose all their money to the machine. The night shift guy actually helped me and others and seemed to care about customers, but he wasnt the smiling type. My suggestion is to get your laundry done elsewhere.
