Clean. Good washers and dryers. Nice people working there. Im not going anywhere else to do laundry ever again.

Been going to this place for years off & on and its always clean. The workers are always friendly & nice. My favorite is Linda and her son.

Decent place to wash your clothes. Added incentive is the free drying. The setback is this place is always crowded.

I do my laundry here every week because it is in a convenient area for me and its very clean. I like most of the people that work here.. But i left one star off because of one attendant that has never been nice to me while Ive gone there for years now. Im sorry, but she is rude to everyone! ..And turns people away earlier than the sign says.

Make an appointment for pickup service and no one ever showed. I took my clothes by for wash dry food and no one was in attendance. Dont waste your time, take your clothes Texas Proud on 19th.

This Laundrymat have a laundry drop off service, not a one price for all or less, The price varies. if clothes or possessions are left by accident, please call, There is a limited time to claim lost items. Or they will be thrown away. Customers have a tendency to remember who was using what drier or washer for the benifit of teminding other customers of their clothes left in washers or driers. Very neighborly.

Someone stole some of my clothes, even boxers and towels. Beware, do not leave your laundry unattended even to go outside. They are probably keeping an eye out while someone is grabbing clothes.

Went to wash today theres was no water. How do you open a laundry mat with no water. No signs were put up nothing indicating that they did not have any water. So I started my laundry & no water. The morning attendant did not want to reimburse me for my trouble. She never emptys out the filter on the dryers. She also lets her family wash for free. Shes just a rude person. She does not help you what so ever. Shes more concerned about drop off services. I will no longer be going to wash n dry #3.

Not well taken care of. They have the cameras but are never working. Had horrible experience as my clothes were taken out from washer and mixed with someone elses clothes on dryers. Too congested. Cheap though.

The dryers are not clean. Got my clothes out and red candy pieces where stuck on my clothes! It does no good to wash the clothes because they have multiple dryers that have melted candy in them!!! Dont waist your time and money

Okay way too small and other people that come here steal your rolling basket. So small that people run into each other. Patrons are rude and snoty. Just stay away

Worst laundry mat in Lubbock. Went there for the first time today and the employee Linda tried to have us pay her in cash we denied and she got mad. Kicked us out and made a scene.
