Called to ask about a part and the gentleman sounded so irritated. He was very short with me and didnt offer any extra feedback. Probably because it was so close to lunchtime.

Nice guy, but was unable to simply reset and reinstall the firmware on our TV. Insisted on replacing the whole mainboard which is very difficult considering you have to remove a 120lb TV from the wall. We were able to download and update the software ourselves instead of going through the hassle of replacing the mainboard and losing all of our data.

Amazing discovery! I recently had my house broken into, and they punched a giant hole in my Hitachi 53 big screen TV! It was completely ruined, and useless. I was fretting I would have to just settle for a small TV in my living room for a while, and save up for a new TV, but then I found this place. They repaired my Hitachi for $80!!! I was shocked at how cheap it was.
