Took my iphone 7 plus to have the battery replaced and now there are spots inside my screen and my camera is not working. Have had them repair other phones I have owned. Dont think they checked the phone after repair.

Beware!! Paid $329 +tax to have an iPhone 11 pro max screen fixed which is average in comparison to the rest of the market. However, they used a dull, cheap screen (colors and quality seem to be less than HD, thats without even comparing it to the actual colors and quality of the original screen) that popped out abnormally from the edges of the phone. The touch sensitivity and responsiveness were extremely low and felt as if we were holding a cheap tablet. DO NOT do business with this company, especially this location!!

I needed a new battery for my truck. They had the one I needed and at a great price. They tested my old battery to make sure it was going bad. Here is were the visit turned into a outstanding visit. One of my battery cable connection was stripped and would not tighten. I thought great now I have to go to the auto store but nope they had it in stock put the connector on and was on my way. Great service and friendly too.

Excellent service and value. I had an iPhone battery replaced on a Saturday afternoon — less than a 2-hour turnaround and very affordable. I interacted with three separate employees and all three were courteous, professional, and “can-do”. Excellent experience and will readily use them again in the future.

I needed to get my car jumped and no one could get out to me so I called this Battery Joe and at first it seemed as they couldnt help me as well but one employee that worked there took it out of his time to come help me when he was off the clock. Even when he got out to me he was really helpful to the full extent. I ended up needing a new battery and couldnt drive anywhere so he then went out of his way to call the store himself and went to go get the battery and installed it all for me while being off work. I feel if I would have trusted anyone else with my money they would have just taken it but he didnt. Out of all the youre other stores this Battery Joe beats the others by a long shot especially with him working there if I could rate 6 stars for him I would.

I absolutely love The Battery Joes on University! Their service and help is outstanding! I was trying to get them to change out a part on my iPhone and they showed me that it wasn’t needed and saved me almost $50 this time. Although I like all the Battery Joes this one is definitely my favorite. I’ve used this one many times for all my iPhone service and other battery needs and I recommend them to all my friends. Bob and Jacob are the best!

Bob the store manager came out and took care of my battery when my car wouldn’t start, it was an easy fix and he got it working immediately and even tested the alternator while he was out here to make sure it was all good. Highly recommend!

I was having problems with my phone charging, I dropped it off with them and they had it fixed within 30 minutes. It was just pretty dirty they cleaned it up and didn’t even charge me!! Great experience and great guys!!

I took my watch in to replace the battery. The screws on my watch were stripped so they shipped it to their jeweler and had it fixed for free. Althought they never called when it was fixed, when I called it was done and works great.

Went in to get a screen fixed on a iPhone at 320 pm was told they would be done at 4 since I was the only phone went in at 405 and was told there was 2 phone in front of me and it was going to be awhile. Very upset with the miscommunication 😡 wouldnt go to this location again

I bought a nebo flashlight well needles to say it broke went back to the store the main manager happened to drive up,I started telling him the problems that I had with the flashlight well I can see him rolling his eyes around cause he had that facemask on I started to tell him that I wanted something different and I would pay the difference i didnt even finish telling him cause he was just rolling his eye,no thank you....ill just go to homedepot and but one there,thank you battery Joe!

Broke apart my key fob to inset a battery when there’s a battery opening on the back of my fob.

Battery Joe specifically specializes in car batteries. I needed someone to come out and look at my car where it broke down and they came as soon as they could. The employee (Dwayne) was over the top and did everything he could for my battery. He even made sure to stay in contact with me to make sure my car didnt die afterwards and made some good recommendations for what to do next. Although this location doesnt have great reviews, I give Dwayne five gold stars for exceptional service and for being intentional.

Excellent service! Traveling for work and accidentally dropped my phone. AT&T couldn’t help me, I have insurance and my deductible is $225. This guys fixed my phone for $50!!! And all in one hour! Thank you!!!!!

Dont buy batteries from these guys. I bought several (4) batteries that ALL turned out to be bad right off the bat. They were over priced to begin with and the one that did hold a charge died within a month. They buy cheap batteries from unreliable sources.

DO NOT GO TO BATTERY JOES. THEY USE CHEAP, EASILY BREAKABLE GLASS TO REPAIR YOUR PHONES AND OFFER NO WARRANTY.I got my phone fixed here, picked it up, put it in my purse, and by time I got home the screen was cracked from top to bottom. Guys said they couldnt do anything about it and that if I wanted it repaired I would have to pay full price. Cheap is cheap. Use your money wisely. I highly suggest Expertech. The guys were great and stand behind their service.

Terrible service. I called to see if they could replace the battery in my HTC 10 phone. They said they could but would have to order the battery, and it would be there in a week. They would call. No call, so I called. Battery wasnt there. When will be there? Sometime this week. Called on Friday. No battery. When will it be there. By Tuesday. Called Tuesday. No battery. Manager will not return call. Have no idea if I will ever get a battery replaced. Ive just given up on them.

I wouldnt recommend, didnt fix my screen right, the warranty is for there mistake not yours. manager litteraly yelled at me and told me he wasnt going to repair my phone for a mistake they made even though i paid for the warranty. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A REPARE, NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I would never recommend battery joes. They purposely did a bad repair on my sons iPhone 6 and caused further damage in the process. In October 2016 I had my son take his iPhone to battery joes #6 in Lubbock, TX to repair a cracked screen. They used a defective screen for the repair, they must have damaged his home button and replaced it with a button that wasnt made for his phone, placing tape over the electronics beneath it causing it to short out the charger port and rendering his phone almost worthless. I had to pay another repair shop to fix everything they did less than two months later. They are not honest and Im sure they felt they got away with it. Bad form!

$8 for 1 pair of CR2025 batteries is ridiculous but I needed them
