Tammy and I are very pleased with the sub-floor duct and vent cleaning/repair service provided by Alan and his assistant with Duct Armor of West Texas in Lubbock, TX.Just before the Christmas holidays of 2020 we called Alan and he traveled 175 miles one way to our location to perform an inspection. He provided us with a detailed inspection report along with video access of the findings. He patiently answered all of our questions, explained the cleaning and repair process, and provided us with a detailed estimate. Due to the process of doing the repairs he returned 2 more times.
