This was our first time to use this company as our former carpet cleaner retired. Cleaned our carpets, a chair and my car upholstery and mats. They were right on time, were very polite young men, and did a great job as we had many food spots. I would definitely use them again.

These guys were great. They called to say that they were running about 10 minutes behind which is better then most people. They were very friendly and got right to work on the air ducts. I would highly recommend them.

I had my kitchen/dining room ceramic tile and grout steam cleaned. The crew arrived while I was at work as scheduled and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. When I got home, the transformation was amazing!! The tile was restored to like new!! My experience with this company was absolutely positive and I WILL use them again. The guys did an amazing job. I had a situation that included a lot of animal involvement and toddler grandchildren on the way in for the holidays. We had a rent house that had a RAT in the duct work. A-Steam came out for a free estimate. Found the rodent and got him/her out of the air duct. They were on time, professional, and very polite. I set up an appointment to get our carpet cleaned, they called me at the time they were to be on the way to inform me that the device they used to do cleaning was malfunctioned so they were going to head to the office to see if it were a problem that could be fixed there,if they could fix it they would come over to clean the carpet if not they would reset the appointment. They called to inform me that they were here but they werent because they went to the wrong address then when they finally showed up my children and I went outside to be out of the way so that they can play and I can sit outside with them . An hour later the technician walked outside to tell me what I thought was he finished cleaning the carpet, but instead I was told that the device used for cleaning with still malfunctioning and the carpet wasnt clean and they had to reschedule appointment whenever they found the part to fix the device. They said that they would give him give me a discount for the mishaps and the inconvenience they took off $20 came back a few days later to finish cleaning the carpet and my carpet got shampooedbshampooed it has a worse odor now than it did before the cleaning it was wet for 2 days and it was just the worst cleaning that Ive ever experienced. With that being said there were issues with device and things couldve been handled better with that, but the technicians and manager were kind. I did not want anyone to come back out and fix the issue of the stinking carpet because I moved most of my furniture out in my garage and into the kitchen for this cleaning twice and I just could did not have the time again. I could have rented a carpet cleaning machine or bought one from Walmart and got a better clean!

We had longstanding water stains on a carpet removed quickly and efficiently. Also had an area rug cleaned and expertly wrapped for storage. We are very pleased with the professional, courteous service; prices are reasonable as well. We will definitely refer this company to anyone who asks and will contact A-Steam for all our future carpet-cleaning needs.

We were extremely pleased with the job that A-Steam Carpet Care did on our carpets. We had several problem spots, and they gave them special treatment and completely removed the stains. They were professional, competent, efficient and prompt. They gave us thorough instructions in being careful that the carpets were completely dried before moving any furniture that might stain. They also provided Styrofoam blocks for the furniture that we intended to move back immediately as well as a long plastic runner to protect the carpet until dry. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning job you might have.

Brendon and jaquan came to my house today to clean the carpets. Good service! The only feedback I would give is that I would recommend they wear disposable booties on their shoes while cleaning to keep dirt from their shoes from getting on the clean carpet. Other than that, I would use again and recommend.

A-Steam did a great job today on my carpet! My son had a nose bleed earlier in the month and had bled on the carpet. They were able to easily get these stains out! Phenomenal service as well as customer service. They were here promptly at the time arranged, they worked with me on how to best set up their gear, and they were extremely reasonable with pricing. Friendly staff, and my carpets look brand new. Even the problem areas they were concerned about, they ended up getting rid of. I had to attend a meeting during their service and felt extremely comfortable leaving them in my home, which it turns out I was right in thinking. They finished when they said, nothing damaged nothing broken, and I couldnt be happier. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

They were friendly over the phone. I was out of state when they came. They did come back because my electric was off which I was confused about because other companies done need electricity but thats okay. But I came home my carpet (which is still new) feels grungy gross, and the floor was wet wet not damp and he said it was because my ac was off. No other company requires your own air to dry it number 1 because normally if using right equipment it will steam the water dry. I now have to pay for carpet tech to fix what they did.

I must admit I was skeptical that some of the stains the technician stated he could get out he would not. I was not only impressed that the technician didnt rush through the job, but actually paid more attention to the areas he could see I was stressed about. The technicians were not only very polite, but were on time, very careful with my things, thorough, and wiped their feet before entering my home. The company I called took 1/4 of the time to clean my carpets and the stains and odor seems 10X worse. I called to explain that they quickly went over the rooms and, before I could continue the rudest company rep wouldnt hear of it and stated I should wait a few more days for the stains to disappear, and the odor to go away!! UHHHH NOOO!!! I called A-STEAM, great listeners, and because they listened, and saw and smelled my pet problem they knew how to treat. Im on my 2nd week and still NO ODOR OR ANY STAINS!!
