I had an issue with a property I was selling in Lubbock at the last minute. I called them late in the evening but they still called me back. Listened and had scheduled me for a visit and the buyer asked that carpet not be cleaned. After all that I had to cancel but they were kind and gracious about the cancellation. Recently, Steven and his team came out and treated our carpet in a room for pet stains, cleaned it, and even used some old carpet to patch a place. They did a wonderful job on everything. Steven warned me that the patch may take a while to blend, but he did a beautiful job and it is hardly noticeable. I will continue to use Carpet Tech because they are professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and the job they do is always top notch.

Very professional, very courteous staff. The work done was AMAZING!! I was blown away by how fast it was done and the quality of the work. I got my couches cleaned and when I got home hours later they had a funny smell (after drying), they came right out and hit up the couches again to assure the job done right! I recommend HIGHLY!! We were scheduled to move in and the carpet was not available from the supply house as advertised. So Cole Kearn, the project manager of CT Construction, drove to Amarillo to pick up carpet to install same day. SO we had carpet to move in to. This made a big difference. In this age of poor customer service due to the Covid crisis, this was a breath of fresh air.

Fantastic carpet cleaning.

We went out to the lake and put the cooler of drinks in the back of the van. The plug was not on tight enough and nasty water leaked all over the back of the car. Carpet tech came out and cleaned it up, getting the nasty fish like smell out of my car. I was so thankfully and impressed that I will use them in the future and I recommend them to everyone I talk to that is interested in carpet cleaning.

Carpet Tech does excellent work. Their staff is polite, clean and they care about having repeat customers and referrals. EXAMPLE: We had our carpets cleaned recently (and tile) and then about a week later we bought a new piece of living room furniture which had a different footprint than the previous cabinet. Since this new cabinet was less deep, some carpet that was previously covered and pressed down was now exposed. They came back and quickly cleaned this small area and it looks great!! No additional charge!!

Really, Really sub-par carpet cleaning. Couldnt get simple dirt stains out of my home carpet. Save yourself $300 and use plain dish soap and water to scrub your carpet with a brush. I promise it will be a better job than these guys.EDIT: Carpet Tech called to remedy the situation. I think this does speak to their professionalism and desire to remedy the situation. They offered a refund since they stand behind their work and explained that the tech who did the job is no longer with them. Earned my respect.

The guys were right on time to spray for bugs. They also called beforehand to let us know they were on the way. They were very efficient while also being friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. We were extremely pleased in every way and always have been with both Carpet Tech and Bug Tech.

Carpet Tech has cleaned floors for me twice and Ive been extremely pleased both times. Most recently, they cleaned carpets in an older home we bought. Right before they arrived, we spilled white paint in our entryway (working on home renovations). As it turned out, the lead tech cleaning my carpets is also the lead stone floor cleaner... he offered to help steam the paint off the marble in my entryway for no additional charge!
