I had called and setup an appointment to come purchase a vehicle, I informed them I was coming from out of state and that it would be a long distance drive, they assured me they would be there as well as the vehicle. When I arrived on time the salesman came out to confront me while looking over the vehicle to ask me to stop touching the car because someone was inside doing paperwork on it. Incredibly unacceptable to say the least. I couldnt help but notice the vehicle was in a very obvious and bad front end collision that had a very shotty repair done to it, buyer beware of dealers who purchase cheap auction vehicles with unknown history to maximize profit.

Only place to go for tires, tune up or a great used car. 25 year customer.

My parents were in from out of town on the last leg of a three-week trip. When they arrived in Loveland on Sunday night, their car started having an issue. They had to leave for home on Monday in order to make commitments on Tuesday. I called Ken Marcottes Firestone and not only did they work us in right away, they gave us a competitive price. Our final bill ended up being on the low end of the range of quotes I received when I called around first thing Monday morning. I have been a customer over 20 years and have always been very happy with them. Having a mechanic in the family, I know that they are honest. I will continue to go there always, including today to get 4 tires replaced. I dont know what it expected in terms of customer service but they are mechanics, not maitre d. I consider good customer service to be a safe car at a reasonable price.

Marcottes Auto Service has taken care of our fleet for many years. Very trustworthy business. I would also like them for donating free oil change certificates for our employee breakfast. It was very nice of them.

Ive been to Marcottes Auto Shop multiple times throughout the years. Oil changes, new tires, regular maintenance, and a couple major fixes on a few different vehicles. Ive always had quick and efficient service from them. I was actually looking up their number to schedule my next oil change when I decided to write a review.

Earlier today i had stopped in to have my oil level checked. Not only did they top off my oil but all my other fluids as well. They even checked my tire pressure! Above and beyond all expectations, would definitely recommend any day!

My wife and I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Impala from Kens in 2012. About two years after driving it, during a normal maintenance oil change, we were made aware of a few oil leaks. We were told there was a major one that would cost about $1200 and 3 or 4 other smaller ones that we could get fixed at a later time. We decided it was worth it to get the major leak fixed and pay the $1200.After this visit, we decided to change garages because we felt we were being nickel and dimed (on a car we had purchased FROM THEM just two years before) every time we went to Kens. We asked the new garage to look at the smaller oil leaks and give us an estimate. They came back and told us the leak was coming from the intake manifold which was the same thing Kens mechanics said they had torn apart and replaced. I had the new garage look again and they ensured me it wasnt replaced. I took the car back to Kens and told Ken about the issue. He told me he would look at it and fix it free of charge. After he looked at it, he told me the intake manifold was replaced the first time and the main oil leak had stopped.Taking his word for it, we figured the main leak was fixed. We still noticed oil leaking, but assumed it was from the smaller leaks we were told about.After about another year we took the car in for a wheel alignment and new brakes. During the installation, the new garage had us come into the garage to show us damage that had been caused by the oil leak.When it was all said and done, we paid $1200 for Kens to fix the original leak. Now we are paying the new garage to fix that same exact leak (which by the way is the only place an oil leak could be coming from after I did extensive research) plus $1500 in additional damage caused by the leak that Kens didnt fix.I never leave reviews on anything, good or bad. For me to take the time to write this review should mean the world to everyone reading this. Do NOT go to Kens for anything besides typical maintenance. I cant say I ever had an issue with the typical maintenance they did so I wont say anything negative about that, but anything major needs to be taken care of by someone who wont lie straight to your face after taking $1200 from you for a job they didnt do and a problem they didnt fix.If I could give anything less than one star, I would because I am now out of $2700 because of putting trust into this business both by buying a vehicle from him and by trusting him to fix the problems with this vehicle.

We have had repairs done, purchased tires and bought two vehicles from their on site used car sales lot (Borderline Auto Sales)Marcottes is more of old school establishment than your typical Firestone Shop. It is a locally owned business and youll find both Ken himself and the manager, Ed Faulkner at the shop on a daily basis. Customers such our family are greeted by name when we enter. Over the years, repairs have been done right the first time, ready when promised and done at fair rates. The cars weve purchased there have served our needs well with no issues. It was comfortable to purchase a used vehicle there knowing the car had been gone through by the same the same guys I have faith in working on my other vehicles.Marcottes is a clean, courteous, organized shop that has our confidence and has more than earned our families business.

I have used Marcottes for years. I used them as the fleet service location when I handled the Police fleet for the city. They are fair and they are locally owned and operated. Quality work, reasonable prices and honor their warranty, etc. Perfect? No but then neither am I and they always make things right.

Theyve always treated me fairly, and you always get what you pay for.

We have gotten tires for two of our vehicles at Kens. Very competitive on pricing and had both in and out quickly. A third vehicle had some heavy tread wear that appeared to be from a suspension problem. Ed looked at it and prepared us for it needing some work on the suspension. Simply an alignment problem and once again in and out quickly. We will continue to return for any work or tires in the future.

Personable...easy to get in. Installed battery which is under warranty. Expect to be done soon. They have done other work and honored discount coupons.

Ed and Ken were very accommodating and kept me up to date on every aspect for repairing my vehicle. They were willing to work with me on pricing as well which is in heard of at dealerships!
