Bought a used car from them a couple of months ago. Everything went great in negotiations - they were straight up about everything.Only issue was interior rear view needed to be attached since it was removed to replace windshield.Couldn’t get it on. Lexus dealer couldn’t do it.I ordered replacement parts and Joe and crew spent hours getting the mirror mounted.No charge.They are stand up guys - old school quality, honesty snd service.Highly recommend them.PSCar is running great!

They always have been great to work with . I know it’s frustrating when your vehicle does not work your daily life is greatly affected. I’m always patient with your timeframe because I know they have many more customers ahead of me, but they’ve always been very reasonable on time of completion. I try to do many repairs myself because of the cost of the repair, but I can’t do them all. With the amount of knowledge and tools required to do their job I also don’t know how they don’t charge more. Thanks for all you guys have done on my vehicles over the years 😎

Quoted a price for a job. They were priced little higher than some, was available to do the work without too much delay. Work that was required was 30 to 40 mins of billable time. Quoted me 100.00. When job was finished, came into pay, bill was 125.00. Just be aware what they quote n what is actually billed. Might not be that good of a deal.

I have taken all of my cars and trucks to them for 15 years. From my off road Jeep to our sedan these guys have never disappointed. There prices are fair, they always get my vehicles ready when promised. They have never tried to sale me anything i didnt need. I will continue to take may cars to them.

I made an appointment 3 days prior to taking it in and the appointment was for the morning right when they open. I waited until 1 p.m. and still did not hear anything so I called and they said they had not even looked at it. Was told they would check it after lunch, waited until 4:30 p.m. still no word and called again still no details. Ended up having to leave it there overnight and still did not have it done until noon the next day. Every time I wanted info I had to call. They did not communicate well and were very slow.

My U joint and driveshaft on my ranger broke on 47th and Havana in North Denver. Needless to say i was able to remove the driveshaft bring it to them and have a new one made within a day. Excellent service and quality work

Never had a bad experience. Everyone in my family has taken our vehicles (well over a dozen) for the past 10-15 years. I live in Denver now, but still take my vehicle to Expert 4WD. Quoted me considerably less than other shops (30-40% less) for a clutch replacement. The turnaround was wasnt the quickest, but were willing work around my schedule and meet me on a day they were closed to get my car back before a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend; great experience working with this shop.

My wife and I took our honeymoon in Estes Park, CO and our transmission went out in our suv. We took the truck to Expert 4wd in Loveland, CO and after talking with Joe I knew our truck was in good hands. The transmission we needed was not going to get there before we were heading back so Joe called enterprise and gave us a ride to get a rented car, We enjoyed the rest of our honeymoon and took the rental back to our home state. After the repairs were complete I flew to Denver and to my surprise Joe was willing to pick me up at the airport on a Sat to pick up the suv.
