Our AC stopped working the second day of what is forecasted to be a week long stretch of 90°+ days. I got the number for TriCity from a neighbor friend, called and left a message on a Saturday afternoon and received a call back within minutes. Mel sent his partner out, who arrived right on time an hour later. Brandon was polite, professional, and got down to assessing the issue right away. He had diagnosed and fixed the issue within the hour and only charged for the emergency after hours labor, no additional materials charges and unlike a lot of companies, didn’t try to sell me any additional services or appliance updates. We will definitely be calling these guys again with any hvac problems in the future!

Tri-City Heating and Air is hands down one of the most honest companies I have ever worked with. When it was 20 degrees out and my furnace stopped working they were on site in an hour of my call. They fixed my furnace quickly and their fees were extremely reasonable. They even gave me things to watch and be mindful of as my furnace ages. The service tech Brandon was polite and despite how you may feel about masks during a pandemic, he came to the door wearing a mask and didn’t take it off, didn’t ask to take it off and didn’t complain about wearing it. Last year my mother-in-law was told by another local company she needed a new furnace, I recommended she call Tri-City for a second opinion (solely for the reason it as printed on my thermostat). Not only did they come out after hours in the freezing cold, they fixed her furnace with a part they had on the truck. What else can I say? We chose Tri-City over several other businesses in NoCo due to their reputation, their positive, no-pressure initial contact, and their more than competitive estimate for our needs. I believe our tech was Melvin. Professional, honest, on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was training another one, who was young, but even he was all of the above. I could hear them talking in the crawl space and Melvin was explaining everything to him and different ways to do things. When he was done, he was up front about the problems we could face in the near future, yet didnt push me to purchase. He said he wasnt about that and wants to just be honest. Gave me some timelines to save the money! Even the guy who answered the phone was courteous and wanted to help right away. Said he would have someone head over to get us some heat, even though he had sent them to pick up materials. Offered to get them our way! Thank you! Tri City just installed a new furnace, AC, steam humidifier, and a new thermostat-an entire new system. I received bids from 2 other HVAC companies in the area and sent these to a good friend of mine who owns an HVAC company in another state. He carefully reviewed the bids and told me without hesitation that Darin at Tri City had put together the best bid; not referring only to price but to the understandable and professional quality of the bid. This was a large job and Tri City sent enough personnel (at one point I think 4 trucks and over 8 individuals were on site) to complete by 3pm. Everyone I interacted with was competent, courteous, and very helpful-especially Melvin who originally came here to evaluate & explain furnace/AV options. He was also one of the installation team, and at the end of installation explained how to operate the system. I highly recommend this company!

I recently got estimates from a half-dozen HVAC companies for the installation of a full ducted heat-pump system into an home that did not have it - a retrofit. Tri-City was mid-pack among them. After I submitted a request for a quote, they called me back fairly quickly and were able to come out two days later. Just being honest here: the guy who came out didnt impress me very much, but at least he wasnt fake sales-guy friendly. He probably did gather all information needed for the estimate, but there were certain details about register placement and return placement that some other estimators did a better job with. Later, when I got the written estimate, it had more options than any other - a good thing; giving me the customer the chance to choose on the spectrum of cost vs. efficiency and features. Pricing was competitive with most other estimates and way better than at least one. If you are considering a project, its probably worth your time to get a quote from Tri-City.

Honest, reliable, professional and true masters of their craft. We had an exceptional experience with Tri-City heating and air. Darin and his crew showed on time (actually a little early) for an estimate to replace our AC and Furnace with a more efficient system. He answered all of our questions and was patient in the months to follow as we got our concrete prepped for relocation of our AC unit. On the day of installation the crew arrived ON TIME (a little early even) and got to work. This crew was a well oiled machine and clearly took pride in their craft. Super respectful of not damaging anything, and took care removing and replacing our system. They had the old furnace dismantled and out the door within 90 minutes... and the entire new system in place within 6-7 hours! They re-did a lot of the hoses and whatnot in the basement and really tightened up the overall system so that the new furnace was actually level, and took up a lot less space. Super impressed with their work, and also at a reasonable price with great access to rebates. The system works beautifully and we are thrilled to have chosen Tri-City Heating and Air for our HVAC needs.

Tri City HVAC just installed a second furnace and A/C for me. The first unit they installed was done last year on a rental house that we own. We were so impressed by the system, professionalism, and quality, when we realized it was time for a new system in our home, we went back to Tri City. Extremely pleased with the installation of my air conditioning unit. I have baseboard heating so had to have an attic installation. They completed the install in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves each day for minimal impact on us. All their workmanship was top notch.

These guys are great! Our furnace went out a few days ago and we attempted a home fix, but it didnt take. I called a few places and these guys were the most friendly, by far. They were super helpful and came out within 2 hours of my call. Two fellas came over and knocked out the repairs in less than an hour and for less than $100. We were quoted a few hundred dollars from every other company we called, so it was nice to have someone shoot straight with us and not try to overcharge for no reason. This company is awesome. They installed my air and heating unit 10 years ago! They got after me for not having it serviced since then, but that tells you how great the Lennox was! Plus, when I did need them, they were there immediately to give me excellent service! it just needed to be unclogged because something got into the intake. They are wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, and fast!

We went with Tri-City, they installed a new Carrier AC, Furnace and Thermostat. They made sure the equipment fit the needs of our house. The entire system works great! I dont typically write reviews, but I had to in this case. The service from Tri City was great. I called them 10 minutes before 5 during a period of time where a heat wave was on its way and everone had air conditioning issues. Brandon was at my house by 6:45 just as promised. He was polite and efficient and within an hour fixed out issue and do some analysis of our air conditioner make sure it wouldnt die on us. And the price for all that was very reasonable. Bottom line - great service.
