The other day my grandparents’ unit went on the fritz. It was not working at all. I called Swan and was immediately put on the schedule for that day with amazing customer service by the receptionist (sadly, I do not remember her name). I was given a two hour window, 4pm-6pm, for the technician to arrive. The technician, Andy, arrived right at 4. He immediately diagnosed the issue and thankfully had the part on his truck. Let me just say, I wish there were more professionals out there like Andy and the receptionist at this company! They were absolutely amazing to work with. By 4:15, my grandparents had air conditioning again. Service fee and parts costs were reasonable. Will definitely be using Swan Heating & Air Conditioning again! Thank you!

Jake is very thorough, making sure the job is done right. He is considerate, prompt and professional. He made sure to protect our new carpet and flooring and cleaned up when the job was finished. We are very happy with our new AC, furnace, humidifier and thermostat.

Dan and Josh were incredibly friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly! I was very happy with what they did. However, I think they could have cleaned up a little bit better after they had finished - I had to do quite a bit of vacuuming up debris in my basement from all the work, walking in and out of the home, removing my drop ceiling and drilling through the wall. Otherwise, happy!

He then took the time to explain what he found and why it was not running properly. He treated our home like it was his own and showed pride as well as integrity within himself and his trade.

This was the best experience ever! The maintenance was scheduled the day after I called, I felt the inspection of my furnace was very thorough, and the technician was very personable and provided details on what he found.

I use Swan for HVAC maintenance. Russell was very professional, on time, tookCOVID precautions, and explained the the results of his tests. My unit is 11 years and it was time to replace the motor, fan and capacitor. Russell did a great job, cleaned everything up, and explained what he did. I called Swan due to my A/C freezing up and they were able to come out within two days to diagnose the problem. The part needed to be ordered and would take a 3 - 5 days and the schedule to install, due to the high volume of service calls, could be up to 3 weeks. I had mentioned our daughter had passed away this week and were expecting relatives from out of town and would greatly appreciate if they could expedite the part and repair. They bent over backwards and were able to find the part and repair the unit 2 days later. Thank you and your technicians, Eric and Nick for an excellent job.

I am building a new home in Loveland I reached out to swan for a bid they had to put me weeks out because they didn’t have staff to support the bid a day before the bid they called to reschedule due staff calling in sick. Then I complained they had Peter doll come to bid. Poor follow up it’s been weeks since I heard from him so I called to follow up and said they need more information on my job but he never reached out for the information.I asked to speak to the owner and they said he was too busy.Rule #1 customer is always first.Spare your self the agony and find someone else it would be easier to do it your self then to deal with these people I can’t even call them a company because they are service but they don’t provide it.I took them off my list for ever and you should too.

Great experience with Dustin. He was courteous, professional and took the time to discuss every aspect of what he was doing throughout the repair. He aslo answered all the questions I had regarding this repair and helped in explaining suggestions of future preventative maintenance.

At first they seemed to care about getting me as a customer, I signed up for the 14.95 a month plan, from there it went down hill. They never called to schedule the fall tune up on my heater and never call for the spring tune up on my a/c! Which was promised at the time of sign up.. I talked to a tech name Shawn C, by the way is no longer employed there! He set me up for a may tune up on my a/c! Never happened. So I call and they said we have no record of it.. Made another appointment for July 11, then they call and say we cant make it today but can come in 3 weeks! Hell, summer is almost over by then!! Im done with Swans.. Final note-- last time they were here they screwed up my thermostat!

Was very polite and courteous, unfortunately when they ask what you would like to install in your home.. while at my home he was interested in these mini split systems at the very beginning and i said i dont want systems like that.. so proceeded to make me think a quote for duct work with 1 ceiling mounted system for downstairs since the attic dosent have crawl space connected was going to be made.. and sends me only mini split options.. at first he says we can do what you want its your house.. then says at the end no i dont think its going to work.. what a waste of time.. not to mention the first scheduled appointment was cancelled... you need someone with bigger ideas to solve customer needs.. very one way place. Never heard of exposed options.for duct work??? 11 years of plug and play systems no insight.. again waste of my time.

Andy did maintenance on my air conditioning thermostat. He went through a bunch of the thermostat settings, because the replace battery kept flashing. My air conditioning system was not working well. He programed it for me. He finished in less than half an hour. Problem solved. Thank You!

This company is junk. I called them to come out to diagnose AND repair an A/C system that wasn’t working properly. I work full time but made it a point to be there to make sure I could show their “tech” all the symptoms of our unit. My wife is in her 3rd trimester and it was 85° in our home and I made it more than clear I wanted what ever is wrong fixed ASAP. All their tech did was come to my home and let me know that my system is most definitely not working. The tech left our home without fixing anything and without communicating anything. No information on what the issue was and why it couldn’t be handled that day. We spent the evening calling and emailing the company to get ahold of their emergency service and the box was full.No thanks. All said and done I do not recommend this company.

From the in-home estimate to the installation, the guys at Swan were awesome. The were knowledgeable, professional, patiently answered all of my questions. Everything works great, and I feel confident that if there are any issues, they will respond quickly.

Brock and his team worked very hard to ensure the installation was up and running within a day. Brock was very helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

They had a service tech out that afternoon who was able to “bandaid” the problem (due to 100 degree days) until they were able to install on Wednesday. Weve been having issues without furnace for over a week now. Weve had 3 different maintenance guys from Swan come out on 3 different occasions. One to diagnose, one to clean the system and replace some parts.. but then the furnace went out again 2 days later. Raphael came out the 3rd time and was able to diag that one of the switches installed 2 days before was faulty. He even argued on our behalf with the supplier so we wouldnt have to pay for the replacement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we appreciate him going above and beyond. Great service!
