During a 100+ week, my AC went out, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was the fastest company to get someone out. ALEX was the technician that was assigned, he showed up on time, established communications prior to his arrival and was friendly knowledgeable and quickly found and explained to me what the situation was. ALEX recommended a reasonable solution, which was to replace my 20 plus year old system. We scheduled the work for 3 days out. Alex assisted with all paperwork and promised to stop in after the installation to make any necessary adjustments and to ensure I was happy with my choices.

Rich is hands down the best! Highly recommend. Honest, transparent, and easy to work with. You get what you pay for at this place! Dont go with the lowest bid. Warrenty and guarentee is what matter most in the long run....this is not a paid ad, lol.

So, we got our ducts cleaned and the team found rodent nests from the prior owner (gross), and showed us the before and after pics of the service. Top it off, they pointed out the drain in our basement had standing water because it wasn’t draining properly. So, top off amazing service, with a heads up on another issue that they didn’t have to say anything about! That is the quality you get, amazing!!!

Easy to get around on the site for what I was looking for

Great experience here, I called to make a non-emergency appointment on Friday and they were able to get me in for Monday during what is likely the busiest week of the year for them, first week in the 90s. My HVAC system was making a crazy noise, it turned out to be a leak in the condensate pump making it act up and our technician (Dean) got it fixed right away. Price was very reasonable-- definitely one of those situations where you pay for the knowledge rather than the actual parts or service since it was just a matter of sealing a few things up, but I never would have been able to figure out what the issue was on my own so I consider it money well spent!

Rich was awesome! He quickly determined the problem was a bad capacitor and had the unit running within minutes. He then looked over the entire HVAC system inside and out to make sure that everything else was in good order. He also answered every question I had along the way. Our air conditioner quit and we had to have it replaced. One Hour Hearing and Air Conditioning took care of everything. They were very responsive and have great customer service.

I just called today on May 25 for the spring/summer maintenance check up. They said they couldnt schedule until August! I pay a monthly fee for priority service. Doesnt meet expectations. Look somewhere else.

Last week our water heater, furnace, and AC before we contacted One hour heating we had a terrible situation with someone else . I looked on line and saw all the good reviews you guys had . So I called you guys got out to us very fast . The sales manager Veron was so polite and understanding of our situation ! He explained that we need a whole new system and water heater, we explained our finances and was worried but he took the worry out and said we will get you financed . We were getting free consultations and quotes for a central ac from a few different providers. We havent decided yet which one to go with. Justin was on time, professional, and knowledgable. Best of all, he was patient while answering our detailed questions, and he was personable and friendly.

Zach called with an early arrival option, which was great. He was polite and gave me a full report. My plan included the maintenance check, so there was no charge. All in all an excellent visit.

We had a seven year old A/C condensor that was slowing leaking refrigerant. When we finally got the problem diagnosed, One hour heating was able to procure and install a replacment unit within 24 hours. Aaron and his coworker drove down from Loveland with the unit, removed the old unit, leveled the site, put in a new concrete base, installed the new unit, tested it, checked the refrigerant levels and the operating system and were finished in three hours! It was pretty impressive. They also installed a hard start capacitor without being asked, since it was missing from the old unit.

Awesome, super fast installation of new furnace and thermostat. Very intelligent and respectful, answered every question and trained me thoroughly on new equipment. Definitely pleased with service.

Was prompt in coming out. Did an inspection. Didnt really identify what was causing the system not to work. Indicated I needed a new furnace/ac. Left without fixing anything and no heat ( - 13F outside with more cold on the way). Got a second opinion. Was fixed by the other company quickly and had heat within an hour. Other company said current furnace was old but still had life in it. Would not recommend this company. It literally felt like a high pressure sales at a car lot experience.

Steve was an incredible technician and did way more than was required. He not only replaced our furnace but also fixed the piping in our basement so our water heater was more easily accessible if needed. A great technician did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

The Tech, Cierra (is not on your list of techs), returned to replace a faulty Blower Motor under parts warranty and was on schedule and very professional.

I unfortunately just received a maintenance visit that is likely going to cost me $15,000.00 due to negligence on the part of the technician. I called originally to have my unit inspected and potentially serviced if needed as I’ve lived in my house for two years without having my central air serviced. A technician, Anthony, who I later found out has less than a year of experience, came to the house and proceeded to cause enough damage to render my central air in need of a complete replacement. His own words were “I’m so sorry this has never happened to me, but in trying to improve your system I made it so much worse that it is going to need completely replaced”. This all happened mind you before I’d ever signed a consent to have maintenance done. He then told me (clearly panicking at this point) that he called another technician and they said “you should never try and do maintenance on a unit this old because it will always mess something up”. Besides his general incompetence, he had the stones to charge me for his visit, but then knocked my charges down to the “member pricing” and asked that I didn’t tell anyone (by the way I believe the practice of sliding fee schedules is illegal and in this case clearly arbitrary). I’m beyond livid and it’s currently 86 degrees in my 4 year olds bedroom. I was then told that someone would be able to come tomorrow to discuss selling me a new system (quoted to be roughly 15 thousand dollars) only to be called back and told that never mind, their boss wouldn’t let them come tomorrow so they can see me Wednesday. Buyer beware this company has royally screwed me!!!

I unfortunately needed help twice for different issues, but Rich came out both times and is amazing! Hes super knowledgeable and always explains things to me so I understand what is happening. Hopefully I wont need them for a while but when I do, it will always be them (and hopefully Rich since hes becoming BFFs with my system. Lol)

The technician, Scott, did one of the best service jobs in the 8 years we have had our annual furnace maintenance completed by One Hour H&A. He explained the results of his detailed inspection clearly and provided helpful explanations of what conditions he had concerns with at this time. No pressure to make decisions on work he recommended to be done. His patience and helpful attitude made it a pleasure doing business.

I became quite concerned when my furnace started emitting a strong odor so I called One Hour and even though it was late in the evening Scott came and looked it over. He was very thorough and explained everything. I had heat back by 1:00 a.m. He was courteous, professional and was happy to stay longer in order to take care of the problem. Thank you Scott!

Vernon is absolutely fantastic at his job. We did not do our required updates on our furnace or get the vents cleaned as we were supposed to in the life of our furnace. Vernon was fabulous at explaining the importance of getting the furnace checked out routinely. He was very gentle and very knowledgeable about explaining all of this. I was quite embarrassed at my lack of knowledge and really had put our household in danger by letting things go so long. For example my heater was new in 1997 and I only had one check up in about 7 years into the system. I was probably letting carbon monoxide into the house through the very old furnace and whos to know as I did not have carbon monoxide detectors. I really appreciate Vernon and I am going to love this new furnace. I would recommend One Hour Heating and Air at any point! Thank you Vernon!

Our Heater wasnt working and it turns out it was the zone controller. Dean figured it out quick ordered the part and created an interim solution that give us heat until he returns to install the new zone controller. Thanks Dean for being pleasant and responsive.

Cant say enough about the integrity of this business. An accident happened that may or may not have been the fault of the technician that went from a quick fix to a very expensive fix. This company owned up to the issue and fixed it right away, even though it may have been no error of their own. If youre looking for an honest company, this is absolutely the one you should use! Incredibly pleased with everything from their customer service to the wonderful, patient technicians who worked with us.

I had one hour come to give me a quote on installing an AC unit. The tech arrived on time and was friendly but he wanted to make sure all the decision makers were present. That should have been my first clue that this was not going well. I told him that no matter what I would not be making a decision today with only one quote in hand. He also said that they could not honor any discounts offered today after he left. He was shocked that I requested he leave immediately and not worry about giving us a quote. I do not know who would make a decision on the spot to spend a large amount of money with no other quotes. This is an AC system, not a used car. I am looking for a company that wants to work with me as a long term provider.

Heater would not stay running.Reed cleaned the furnace and got it working. Find out the furnace is 16 yrs old so we made an appointment to get an estimate to replace.Vernon was the one to give us the estimate. Vernon worked wonders to get us a new furnace unit. In my opinion this company has gone out of thier way to make sure we got a new furnace and AC units. Our appointment for install is tomorrow morning.Steve is a very friendly person.
