I accidentally ran over the median and damaged one of my Taurus wheels beyond repair. I purchased a set of 4 new 22 wheels from the Protint on Preston Hwy. Their tire and wheel technicians were quick and knowledgeable. Madison at the front desk was exceptional as well. Im a repeated customer and I always have good experiences with them. If you want to get your car or truck windows tinted or a set of new shoes for your ride, Id strongly recommend the Protint.

Windows look good thus far.. just left maybe 10 mins ago.. very professional.. get there early because line forms at 8... sat in small waiting room for 2 1/2 hours.. however that is expected for all round tint with the stripe.. no restroom so be prepared to walk across the street. But again.. expected for a tint place.

Never been more happy Hannah helped me with picking out the rims the manger was very kind. There easy and don’t try to take advantage of you with me being 23 I couldn’t of had a better experience I’m def bringing my cars here to get that pro tint touch. When it rolled out I was in awe feels like a better looking car than before any problems there quick too help I feel this place really cares about there rep not in it for a quick buck like I said the staff is super cool very friendly. I will be returning in the future only using them for now on period. Every other rim shop was bland compared to here. I could go on about the experience I had but hopefully you get the point pro tint for life.

We bought rims from another company and where the wrong bolt patterns and the folks at Pro Tint worked with us to make them work. It couldnt happen, so they worked directly with us to get us a good set of rims and tires to fit my car. I will be taking all my business to them from here on out. Great Job Pro Tint.

I had a rear window tint removed (due to bubbles) and retinted plus added a remote start to my daughters car, was ready in 4 hours. I have had many cars done at the Dixie hwy location but unfortunately it is closed for now. Hope they reopen as it is within walking distance

During Covid-19 I was extremely disappointed in the employees lack of mask wearing. Its state mandated for businesses.However, they do good work. Im happy with the tinting on my car windows.

They took forever...told us it would be an hour so we went across the street to roosters. We came back and the the wasnt pulled back yet. 3 and a half hours later we are still here...just for rims

The manager is a con. He will inflate each and every price based on his perception of the customer. Pay close action to you price and tax. He charged tax two time when my and a friend I recommended purchased over $4000 worth 9f wheels. My friend caught it when reviewing the receipt. Also I was pricing the same tire He sold me less than one year he quoted me a new price which was $50 more then what I paid 8 months ago. I didnt say anything but I see He is still up to his tricks. I will not be recommending or purchasing ANYTHING FROM EITHER PROTINT. ALL AND ALL THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL. Dont be fooled!! If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Fast, easy and affordable. Took about 2 hours to do all the windows in my SUV. They have a big screen TV to watch. Ill update in 5 days when the tint is dont drying and I can open the windows.

Disappointed at the lack of service. I know establishments can get busy but you have customers that are now calling by phone before coming into a location. Ive called several times to get a quote to have my vehicle lifted and purchase new wheels and tires. I cant anyone to call me back. My guess is approximately $5200. At this particular time what business would turn away this kind of money, but if they dont want to return my call I will have to spend my money somewhere else.Hope you have better luck than I have over the past two weeks.

This is not a paid advertisement. Personal experience only.Very disappointed in quality of work. But you do get what you pay for. The rats nest is what was done at pro tint. The clean professional looking one was done by and fixed by Extreme Auto Sound. Thanks to EAS it is working properly.

In Dec 2020 I purchased a new radio for my 14 Mustang GT. I only wanted the factory radio swapped out, which I was told they could do. (It worked perfectly, I just wanted an upgraded radio) Nothing was quite right afterwards. I kept hearing a buzzing sound when the radio would come on. I would have to turn up the radio in order to drown out the sound. I called them back and brought my car back so they could check the ground. By this time the radio is freezing up, and doing a green screen. They change the ground but its still not working. They swap out the radio for a different one, but its still the same, and the radio is crooked, not even flush up against the face plate. I could poke my finger in there. After all the frustration, I told them just put back the factory radio. I was given a full refund. When I get back in the car, my GPS isnt working nor is the clock working. I tell the guy who worked on it, and his response is I put everything back the way it was! Obviously you didnt or everything would work!!!! All this was a span of about 4 months time.After going to another company, I learned that the reason why my GPS and clock didnt work. Pro Tint CUT the cable antenna!!!!!!!!!!! Thank GOD they were able to repair this and I was not out any money for the replacement cable. So instead of disconnecting wires, they cut them completely and then you tell me you put it all back together like it was!!!!!!!! I will NEVER ever do business with a company that cannot be honest with you. They should stick to window tinting.... maybe they are ok with that... they dont need to be in the audio business.

Pro tint ha more like slow tint. Purchase my car A-day before as part of the deal I wanted the windows tinted. So the dealer sent me here. There was a price difference between what the dealer pays for and what I wanted so i had to pay the difference. Which I was cool with. 4 hours later I got my car back upon inspection I noticed a cut in one of the rear headrests and dirty windows with runs from water or what ever solution they used. When right back in to let them know there was a problem and I needed to speak with a manager. Once again waited 5 to 10 minutes we walked out to look at the headrest. He said I dont know how that could have happened they cut the tints on the outside. So I assured him it was not there when I pulled in I had just purchased the car the day before and it was not like. After getting a little bit of an attitude he took my name and number and said he would call and let me know what they can do. About 30 minutes later he called and said the dealership where I purchased the car would take care of it. So i called the dealership. Now I will have to take A-day off work to get it fixed. So if you like waiting and want your car back messed up with dirty windows take it here.

Ive used protint on FIVE vehicles now. Great quality and fast.

Taken cars here before with no issues until today.Dropped off my car at 8:30AM for tint, second in line.My car had some previous tint adhesive on the rear windshield that needed to be removed.Protint held my car for SEVEN HOURS before telling me there isn’t enough time in the day to do it.Car sat for seven hours UNTOUCHED.Guy on the phone told me he “sat it in the sun” and it didn’t get any easier.I live over 30 minutes away, and this is ridiculously unprofessional.I can’t understand how a tint shop needs more than a full business day to strip adhesive from one window and tint the car.

I had a remote starter and window tint installed on my f-150. It took about 4 hours to complete the job. Everything looks great and is working perfectly.

Good overall experience, although there was a hiccup in service. I dropped my car off around 11am and was told it would be finished by close of business. I go pick it up and i was not tinted. Salesman apologized and gave me a certificate for free windshield bra tint. I went back several days later to have them tinted. Work was done by close of business. Good quality and they honored their certificate. Would definitely use them again even though it took a few trys.

They were professional and completed my windows in a timely manner. Not a long wait at all. Cant roll windows down for 3 days. Look good so far. Let you know of finished product then.

My 5 year old could of did a better job

This is my 3rd visit here getting my windows tinted. I had one car tinted twice, and my new Mustang I bought tinted recently. I noticed they did have new management there that were very friendly and informative. I got there about 30 minutes before opening, and they went ahead and got me in line with the type of tint I wanted. People always told me to avoid going to ProTint but I never had any problems. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because my car was left pretty dirty on the outside and a little on the inside after it was tinted. But they were very busy especially during the summertime so I can understand a little. Overall if you need a place to pop in for quick window tint, this is the place.

Can’t decide on their prices. And employees talk bad about each other regarding not knowing what they’re doing.Had windows tinted before at this location. Entire vehicle costed $170 for top of the line tint. This time, only getting 3 windows in a cheaper level. Price quote was between $90-$110. After the work was done. Price went to $165.Trust me, there’s cheaper and more professional places. Keep shopping around.

Awesome experience. Did a great job on my windows, and they were really fast. Dropped it off at 11am, they called at 12:30 to tell me it was done. Theyre the only place Ill take my cars to.

So I got a gift card for christmas 2019 to have my windows tinted on my Sorento.... the person who bought it told protint what needed to be tinted... they sold them a $250 gc.I go to have the work complete and find I only need about $165.... I was told the young lady misunderstood what a Kia Sorento was and thought it had different windows! Rather than re funding my money that was overpaid they gave me another gift card for $80 that have expiration date on it.I later inquired a different car that only needed the 2 front windows so I went back to have it done. I was asked what I wanted I said I dont know I guess just match it. They completed the work and while it looked great and matched at no time did anybody tell me that the front windows matching the back would be illegal!I had to have my car inspected as it only had temporary plates from another state, and was told the tint was illegal!Immediately returned the protint, and spoke with what I thought was a manager and told him what happened, and that no one told me when it was done that it was to dark. He said no problem, bring it in tomorrow and we will get it removed. Then after its inspected, bring it back in and you can put what ever you want on it.I returned to them removed it BUT CHARGED ME $50 to do so and informed me it would me another $90 to replace it! When I inquired as to why I was being charged, as no one told me and was told we tell everone. I said no they didnt. And then another man jumped in and said yes we doWell to both men who claim yall tell everyone NO YOU DIDNT.... neither one of yall was there when I wasnt told!Guess Ill be finding a new place to go... its too bad because they do great work just need to work on communication skills.Heres a development opportunity for yall.... put it in writing... post a sign by the tint display on the wall.... And if not and someone does return, dont say no problem bring it back in... communicate that you plan to charge them for your company mistake!

I was quoted a price, and was very specific with guy on the phone. Was told to b there early, because its first come first served which I understand. But my problem was the price I was quoted doubled. (Since I was already there might as well) according to price changer.I think this is normal business procedures for this location. As I ask about buying wheels and he said 250 a wheel didnt matter what brand or style which is total BS ..I would not recommend this place for nothing, unless unlike wasting money.I called multiple places and everyone i called could beat price by 100 bucks. And the guy i went with beat him by almost 200.

I purchased a set of rims and tires from this place last year. A few months later one of my tires was damaged due to a pot hole in the road. I called Dave to purchase another tire. He gave me a price of $165.00 but when I told him I found the exact tire online for $120.00 he matched that price, which I appreciated. Then he told me to mount and balance the tire it would be an additional $50. I asked him could do it and cheaper, since I did purchase the tire from him but he said he couldn’t. So I had them do it. Last week one of my tires got a cut in it and I called Pro tint once again. This time Lance quoted me the same price of $165.00 and I told him I found the same tire online for $111.00 and could he match it? He said he couldn’t. Then I asked him how much to mount and balance and he said $50.00 but then tells me if I’d bought the tire from him he could do it for $25. Now which one is it?..buy the tire from you and get half labor or buy tire from you and pay full labor?? To different stories. Not to mention Big o Tires will mount and balance it for me for $20. Which I told Lance and he said he couldn’t match that price. You would think that since I spent over $2000.00 on rims and tires and come back to do more business they would do the right thing but apparently not. Be careful of the prices they give you, who you talk to in there and do some shopping around first.

I have had 2 cars done here at this company within the last 4 months. I know the “no appointment “ BS they do. I show up today 930am for a 1st come 1st serve window tint job! Just the 2 fronts please. The guy at the counter says your dropping this off right? Nope I will find something to do..... well it’s at least 2 or 3 pm. Ok.... he says sap your dropping it off? Nope I will just hang out and find something close to do. I get the look. So I said never mind you definitely don’t want my business. His response, well?My last car had a silver line in the tint after they were done. It’s the glass, they said. Really? We can redo it but it’s in the glass. If we redo the window will will have to pay since it’s in the glass. I agreed to it and guess what? That’s right it was the tint.This company doesn’t need your business and sure act that way.GOOD LUCK HERE!

As an Illinois resident, I was recommended to come to Pro Tint in Louisville for the quality work they provide and was very pleased with the results. I asked to get my Pioneer sub and amp installed as well as the front two windows of my car tinted and the results were fantastic. Shops in Illinois were quoting a ridiculous amount of money, Pro Tint was extremely well priced for how well they treat you. As an out of stater, I would recommend Pro Tint to anyone who is looking for quality work at a great price!

I edited my review from 5 stars to 2 because I am happy with the tint. However, it was raining and over cast out the day I picked it up so I didnt notice the front tint does not match the back tint. When I took it back up to have them look at how it does not match they tell me, thats as close as it can get with out tinting the back because the back glass is made tinted and the front glass is a film. Ok, thats fine but I was told it would match perfectly and it does not. So to fix it I wanted the back to windows tinted with a very light tint to even it out, instead of taking the tint off the front and refunding my money. But they said to them it does match and I would have to pay again to have the back done. IT DOES NOT MATCH. The front is darker, its just hard to see until the sun hits it. In the sun it is very noticeable and Im not happy with the front being a shade darker then the back. That being said, guess Ill have to get the back done later to fix it.

I got my windows tinted here two weeks ago, I asked for 15% tint all around and they gave me 20. there are air bubbles all over it and they are saying its water pockets but they shouldve dried a week ago. I got a strip across my windshield and they sprayed the adhesive all over my windshield and didnt clean it off so theres white film all over it making it VERY hard to see. any glass cleaner i use only makes it worse and it still hasnt gone away after 2 weeks. If youre gonna get your windows tinted, i STRONGLY recommend going to Roberts, its only $30 more expensive but wayyy more worth it.

2019 Audi TT roadster never looked better. Hannah helped me with picking out the perfect match for my car I’m in love with them. The guys put it on quick and easy and when it rolled out I was in awe and filled with joy. Joy rides never been any better the finance was quick and easy the manger I think that’s who he is is very very nice all the staff is I wouldn’t mind working with that crew. There rim selection is mind blowing they can order anything you want. And have it there in no time. Only taking my car here for anything having to do with upgrades next is sound upgrade I’m thinking Kenwood again guys thank you so much worst thing is I wish I went to them sooner.
