No one was there 10 minutes after opening, at 9:50 they call and we decide to go back. We were told our car is hard to tint, so it would cost more, $225 for a 2 year tint! I asked for a Lifeime tint, she told me it would coat $400/$500 for that! We said No Thanks.. We went to TGO Tint on Fern Valley Rd. Got that $500 tint with a lifetime warranty for $200! Imagine that. Just a little FYI.

My tint looks awesome. The front two windows were tinted to match the back windows that were already factory tinted and after a week theres absolutely zero bubbles or wrinkles and they look great!!! I would totally recommend this place to anyone and if I decide to get any of my other cars tinted I will definitely bring them here. Also they are low price, but high quality. I never leave reviews for anything but I am super satisfied with how this turned out. Thanks again!

They have a tortured pet turtle, the animal is in a tank full of water and it is hard to climb to breathe also the fish tank is dirty and deteriorated 😡 no to animal abuse 🙏

My locks keep locking and unlocking on their own repetitively since the day they did my tint. My unlock button no longer works. I called the employee stated that has nothing to do with us! I have never had anything wrong with my locks prior to dealing with tint pro. Dont waste your time or money! They also made it darker than I asked!!!

I was contacted by the manager after my initial conversation with an employee went poorly, due to a miscommunication on both of our parts. Rather than Jimmy (manager) being upset, he maintained a professional attitude for the duration of our call as well as being humorous and resolving the conflict. Rating 5* for management and professional service.

Called to get a price, wasnt too bad. Went all the way up there only to be told that t would be more, due to the vehicle I had, even though I told them what vehicle I had over the phone. I agreed because it wasnt much more. They took my money and printed a receipt then told me it would be about two hours before I was done, no worries. Looking over the receipt, I noticed that the receipt stated no warranty/ as is. After inquiring why I wasnt told about the warranty, they asked if was seriously asking about a warranty because of the vehicle I had which made me irate that they insulted my vehicle because of its age without even going and looking at it. What company wont even stand behind the work they do, unless they know that it wont last? Rude staff, misleading information, hidden clauses, and a waste of time. For the same money, on the same day, I had a better quality tint job done than they were offering, and they gave me a warranty with their work. Do not recommend using them for any service. Theyre office door is comprised of a baby gate and yellow plastic safety chain. The wall is made out of plywood and has a bunch of No warranty this, we dont cover that garbage. Should have been my first clue when walking in. Do not waste your time, money, or energy with such a shady business. Much less pay them to insult you for asking about a warranty which doesnt cover anything according to the random 100 posters on the plywood walls.

Have had several cars and trucks done here. Always a great job, and as was stated by the owner the longer you will keep the auto, the better product you will want to go with..even with that being said when their product fades I havent had one turn purple yet...and that is the 3yr product that going on 6yrs..but I also have the lifetime on other autos and no fading at all yet so to sum it up..if you are keeping the auto just go lifetime and call it a day. He does stand behind his work.

Its a waste of money! They might b cheap on price but so is there work!! Spent your money somewhere else to get a good product!! Someone that has never tinted windows before can do a better job than they can!!!

I first dealt with Tint Pros about 4 years ago when I was in the market to tint my Subaru windows. Back then, I specifically wanted ceramic tint with a lifetime warranty, and they were the only ones in town that offered it. I was mostly pleased with the job they did - a few minute bubbles stuck around, but I let it go...The bigger problem was the tint slowly got more brown over the years, and lightened up. So I finally called them 2 weeks ago to see what they could do for me. They said bring the car in early, and well take care of you. And you know what? They truly did! These guys were amazing! The owner and two staff members took care of me and the car the whole day. We discussed the difficult material and less-than-optimal tint job done four years prior, by a worker no longer there. They listened to what I desired, gave some good advice, and we came up with a plan - they stripped the old tint and laid down a new and different material with a darker tint. The car looks awesome, and I am soooo happy! The best part??? They honored the lifetime warranty and did everything for free! And I still have the lifetime warranty on the new stuff. I mean, can you treat a customer any better??? Thanks so much Tint Pros! I truly respect your kindness and integrity. I will refer you guys to everyone.

Ive been to Tint Pros twice. Once in 2013 for my Toyota and now for my Mazda. They do a great job for a very fair price. I will always come here for my tint!

Got my windows tinted here & looked good for a few months. A year later you wouldnt know my windows are tinted. Its like it evaporated away in the sunlight. Would never recommend this place.

All my tint peeled in 1 sheet not enough adhesive, I specified and paid for 5% they installed 35% they also complained about my car after they had it inside. when shopping around for replacement tint everyone was saying some of the crapiest workmanship they have seen consumer beware

I used to take all of my vehicles to tint pros, but I went to Shanes (on Dixie) today and wow..Shanes window film is much betterShanes service is much faster and professionalShane actually has a leather sofa to wait on while tint pros is wood chairs next to a dirty frog tank.SHANES WINDOW TINTI IS MY NEW FAVORITE

I have had a few of my vehicles tinted through Tint Pros recently purchased a new Malibu and had it tinted up just the way I like it as always Tint Pros didnt disappoint. Do I recommend them, of course I wouldnt have it any other way!

I had my car tinted at pro-tint in May of 2012. In the late winter of 2014 after an ice/snow storm my colligiate stickers peaked so I removed them only to find the tint faded. I paid for lifetime warranty so when I took my car back they saw and retinted my back window. A man with white hair explained the stickers wouldnt be an issue and my tint shouldnt fade. Today, October 20th 2015 the tint has faded again. I took my car because once again the back window looks awful from the faded tint. I took my car and the woman working at the table asked for my receipt. I went to my car to retrieve it and she followed and looked at my back window and told me the sun had baked the stickers into the glass which anyone with common sense knows that isnt going to happen. I hand her my receipt and she said that was my receipt from where I signed my credit card and did I have the 8X10 paper which I didnt but in the past that wasnt even an issue. She then told me they would not stand behind their warranty. She then walked away to take care of the guy in the mustang to which (and I shouldnt have said anything) to the man do not get your windows tinted here (Note: while explaining my story the woman is yelling at me) and to go to Roberts because the tint faded and they do not stand behind their products. The woman is yelling at me like a fool for me to leave that I didnt have my receipt which I clearly did and handed to her and it was my fault my tint faded because I had stickers on my car. Avoid the stress and hassle. If you want a crap job come here if you want your car to look good go anywhere else.

Terribly rude and inconsiderate customer service! Place looks like a dump. THEY COMPLETELY TRASHED MY CAR AND NEARLY DAMAGED EXPENSIVE SOUND SYSTEM! Dirt smudges all over the door panels
