Danny P was the nicest and helpful tow truck person Ive ever met. He was super sweet and helped me fix my battery connection and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem. He is a very genuine and we had a good conversation when we road to drop my car off. Super down to earth and loves to help people. 10/10 recommend!

Danny was an amazing guy. Right after I called for service, he was there in less than 15 minutes. Great sense of humor. Told me what could be wrong with my car and it was exactly what he said, the battery. I would recommend him to anyone, cause his customer service is awesome. Great guy!!!

The tow driver arrived with no notice and refused to let me get anything out of my car. He called to say he was outside. I asked politely: please, can I just have two minutes to get a few things out of my car? I hadnt received ANY advance notification of his arrival. He refused. By the time I got outside, hed already started driving off with my car. (And, by the way, he didnt even have the key to the car, which the body shop would have needed.) I waved him down—hey, please, wait a second! He stopped the car on a side street. I asked him again: please, I need to get a few items out of my car, I had no notice! He refused, got angry and rude, and said he wasnt going to tow my car after all. He moved the car back to where it was, but didnt properly line it up in the parking spot lines, so now it was hanging out into the street. Ive never had such shockingly bad service in my life! When I asked him his name, he said, None of your business.

I was blessed to have Danny to come out to help me, i was going to get my trucked towed, however after Danny took the time to look at it, he was able to fix it for me. I want to thank Danny again for his help and showing me how to fix it temp until i can get it fixed. Not to often that you are blessed to get help from a great worker and professional. Also, I want to send out prayers to Danny and his family, and my family and myself will be praying for his baby!

Had a problem with my 2021 Chevy Tahoe starting after I performed a software update last night. AAA sent someone out who couldn’t get it jumped and then sent a tow truck out who couldn’t get get it loaded on truck and eventually they sent another tow truck out. Danny P. Was able to jump it so I could drive it to dealership. He was very professional and kind. Even called to check on me to make sure I made it to dealership. He was awesome. Thank you Danny. I’m not a review type of girl, but when I tell that Sam did his thing he did his thing !!! He was super efficient and was able to get the spare out of the trunk (issue the other emergency roadside couldn’t do) and on with no issue. He made it clear he doesn’t leave his customers stranded and make sure they are good ! Way to go !

Cant tell if the driver was clean because he just got to work or because he didnt want to work, pretty much told me he couldnt tow my truck with his flatbed. Called AAA they sent out another from a different company and the job got done without getting told lies such as my winch wont reach I will never use this company again

My car was pile driven into the side of my garage by a car that veered off the road; it was going to be a delicate tow job. My car had to come off of the garage without doing more damage to the car. Express Towing did an excellent job. They were fast, friendly and did a remarkable job!! Highly recomment

Outstanding business in the community! They had towed my sons wrecked car and stored it inside until the insurance company came to pick it up. They allowed me to come and get all his items out of the car before it was taken away. I even noticed on the following day that I had forgotten a GPS device and lots of gift cards in the car. They took both items out and stored them personally until I could get there to get them. Very personable, professional and honest owners!!

While getting on I-64 E from the Watterson Expressway, the driver of the flatbed came speeding up from behind and rode my butt. He then whipped over in the left lane and sped away. Upon going a little further up the lane he did the same thing. A truck that big should NOT be whipping in and out of traffic and speeding that fast. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND PUT A LOT OF PEOPLES LIFE AT RISK!!!!

We were driving down the road and the driver of one of their trucks almost hit us twice. He was trying to get in our lane. Did not use a turn signal at all. We had to stop before he hit us. This happened a second time and then the driver did the exact thing to another car.

Terrible experience - When Driver showed up He didnt even roll down his window to acknowledge us.He then smoked a cigarette while talking to his girlfriend via face time - we could see this through his window. He finished his smoke-opened his door and through his still lit cigarette on the street. Without warning threw his truck in reverse and almost hit my Wifes Car! Had to lay on the horn or he would have crashed into us. He then pulled out of the court where my vehicle/service van was- turned around and backed back into the court and then the dispatcher for AAA called at same time to say he unable to haul van- was too heavily loaded amazing feat of observation being is he never got out of this truck to look inside my van!!! Smaller truck than his towed it the night before when it first broke down- told him this and he just spoke rudely that he unable to haul it - I then told him a few unpleasant things I was thinking about Him!!
