I love this place! I am so glad they offer waxing again.

A few years ago, a friend of mine got their eyebrows waxed. Instead of them waxing around her eyebrow, they took off her whole eyebrow. She was obviously mortified and tried to sue them because they wouldn’t even give her a refund. They ended up denying all allegations made against them and my friend got zero money back or anything. HORRIBLE customer service, and HORRIBLE employees. I strongly encourage you to never go here because it is not worth the money nor time.

Friendly workers who take their time to make sure nails are done correctly! I’m very happy with my pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and the tech did way better with them than anywhere else I’ve gone.

Nice variety of polishes and in my personally opinion, the men working in the shop do a much better job with the nails; my nails last at least a month when they do them. Keep it up guys!

My 6 year old daughter and I got there when they opened on a Sunday, without and an appointment and were seen right away. Very happy with our manicures and pedicures. It was very clean, friendly and they take their time to do a good job. I had bow wow, he was awesome. Thanks pink nails for a great experience!

$$$$$$$$$ for service offered. I posted a Facebook review with many other people recently of how bad the experience was. The Facebook page has since been removed. I was charged $33 for a pedicure with no soak added. My nails cut to short and the nails bleeding. The tools used were then put back on cart. I was grossed out. The employees were all on their cell phones holding other conversations. Very in welcoming and extremely dirty. I honestly should of just left. I claim some fault, but I was very put off by this establishment.

This place is amazing. Danny is the man. No need to look for any other nail place. I will be bring my daughter here forever.

I love my nail tech, Angel, at Pink Nails. She is the best, very professional and extremely good at her profession. I wouldnt hesitate to use any of the techs there if I needed to. The salon is beautiful, so relaxing, so accommodating, and they have the best and newest products. Easy parking also.

I waited an entire hour to get serviced than my service was extremely rushed. My nails look really sloppy. Each nail is different, I wanted the ballerina shape. There is acrylic stuck to my entire finger and was still charged $65 after I voiced that I didn’t like how I was treated and the outcome of my service. I definitely won’t be backI work in the industry of serving the public as a hair stylist. So customer service is my specialty . I was really disappointed

I really love this place ! The remodel is beautiful. Pink and glitzy. Never disappointed when I leave. I usually get dip and they have a variety of colors . I’ll definitely be back.

Took over 3 hours for my daughter and I to get new set. Charged highly overrated. New set 27.00. First they charged for take off. I had removed ALL my previous set before I went. I asked for a specific color by number and was charged for GEL...because I did NOT tell them that I wanted regular polish. All the other nail salons I have been to in the 40 years I have been going, you tell them IF you want gel, or better yet, THEY ASK. When we disputed and questioned the charges, the techs raised their voices and surrounded us. I felt ATTACKED. .DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DAY AT PINK NAILS

I have been coming here for about 9 years and have never been disappointed. They treat everyone with respect and go the extra mile to accommodate my special needs daughter and my young teen. Their services are spot on and are always willing to accommodate short schedules, when possible.

Ive been going to Pink nails off and on (only bc Ive moved) since I was in 9th grade. Danni never disappoints! I have allowed someone new to polish my toes today and he did an amazing job!

Love it here! I have been coming here for nearly 8 years and I dont plan on going anywhere else. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and prompt. I have referred many friends and family members here over the years. They all do such a great job and I leave loving my nails every time!

It was horrible I asked for a water bottle they said they did not have any. I asked if I can go to the restroom and I went and I saw a case of water do not go to this nail salon 💅🏼 I am begging you plz don’t they have awful customer service.and they mess up my nails and I felt like i was rushed.

I had the WORST nail experience ever here. First of all, the guy doing my nails was watching soccer on his phone while doing my nails. My nails were left way too thick (I got acrylics). When I asked him to make my nails skinnier (I just wanted them sanded in some), he told me if he made my nails any skinnier he was going to charge me an extra $3 for getting a shape, I’ve never been charged for shape, that’s ridiculous. My two index nails are different lengths, my two pinky nails are different widths, and some of my nails are crooked. He saw me mess up one of my nails, asked me if I messed it up, I told him I did, and then he just walked away without offering to fix it. All the nail places I’ve went to clear coat before sending you to the driers so I was concerned when he didn’t, so I politely asked him if he was going to clear coat my nails and he got an attitude with me telling me he would do it in a minute. Overall, my nails looked horrible and started breaking before it had even been 2 weeks. I would highly NOT recommend going here and I will NEVER go back.

I went there to get my nails done before my wedding. I asked for dip polish to last through wedding and honeymoon. They ground my nails down so thin that they broke off the next day. I had strong and beautiful natural nails. I will NEVER go back to this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Best pedi Ive ever had, never had to wait either!

Came here for the first time to get my nails done and hated it. Not only did the guy mess up on my nails, I also felt incredibly rushed the entire time. I asked him to file my nails into the coffin shape I had shown him earlier in a picture and he replied, I dont do those ghetto nails. Awful customer service. Never going to this place again.

When I started going to Pink Nails about 10 years ago they were great. This was the best place to get a pedi-cure. Not any more. The last couple of years it has not been so great. They dont keep consistent nail techs that actually do a good job. I stopped going for about 6 months because I was tired of paying for horrible looking nails. My last 2 visits were awful and I will not be back.

I have been going to Pink nails for over 10 years. However, my last 2 experiences have been less than desired. I decided I wouldnt let those 2 experiences taint the 10 year relationship we had. When we walked in tonight I explained about our most recent visits and that I didnt want the same experience this time. Shellac polish is supposed to last 2 weeks, yet the last 2 times both of ours chipped off in 1 week. And when I went to get them fixed, they only wanted to touch up the messed up nails (8 of 10) and argued with me repeatedly after 1 technician telling me multiple times they would redo all of them. Then when they did redo them, the technician was very unprofessional. Her hair kept dipping in my nails and she wouldnt let me wash my hands before putting the polish on so I ended up with bubbles in my nails. Tonight, I never stated that my daughter was getting shellac polish, only french manicure. They got to work on her immediately, 1.5 hrs later they charge my card for $60. When I asked why, its because the shellac is an extra $10. Which I didnt ask for. When I reminded them of that, they said they would remove it and put on regular polish. While this may have been an acceptable solution if we hadnt already been there for 1.5 hrs and I hadnt already paid for the Shellac, it was NOT acceptable tonight. I will never again go to Pink Nails.

Fast service, Lang done a great job on my nails, and the massage with the pedicure was very invigorating.

Worst nail shop EVER!!! They skip over people in line, doesnt matter when you sign in! Nail Techs & owner Danny have horrible customer service! Everyone always has a bad attitude. I get the same thing done everytime & depending on who does my nails, the price is always different. Its ridiculous. No sense of time constraint. YOU WILL WAIT HOURS IN THIS PLACE!! So plan to spend your whole day here. They just flat out dont care about the quality of service they give. BOYCOTT PINK NAILS!

If I could leave -5 stars I would, the experience was horrific. I stopped in today because I am frequently in the area and see the business a lot. Since I havent found a good place in Louisville to have my nails done yet, I thought Id give it a shot. I had discussed with the Manager/Owner my wants for a full french gel manicure, with a small line connecting the natural nail color to the white tips, pretty basic I think. It was agreed upon and the prices were listed, he changed costs based on what I said and not what was on his board and when I asked the manager/owner why I was placed under a fan to dry my nails instead of a UV light that is generally used to cure gel polish, he became severely agitated. I let it go, I have an UV light at home to cure with and I wasnt looking for an argument, I just wanted a little relax time and manicures is a treat I only allow myself once or twice a year; but I have had enough in my lifetime to know that the gel shouldnt be bubbled and that the polish shouldnt look like my 9 year old daughter painted them. I asked for them to fix it and was told I got what I paid for and was asked to leave!! (over 40$!!! which is sort of steep for the service. I paid for the females in my wedding party to have mani/pedi about 4 years ago, and only paid about 50$/person) I obliged their request but when trying to retrieve my keys from the business, the door was shut and locked in my face with customers still within the business and was denied my car/home/gunsafe(pretty much every important key as they were all on my keychain) until an caring employee from the business next door offered to call the building manager for me so that I could retrieve my keys from the owner of Pink Nails, which coincidentally was not completed by him, but a customer he sent out to do so. By far the worst experience I have ever had! Before he police arrived he (Pink Nails Owner) approached me at the business next door insisting that I come back to his shop and let him remove my nails and issue a refund. There is no way on gods green earth, after being treated like that, I would let them touch me again. They can keep their money they stole, I have at least been able recover my keys that they stole/refused me until legal action was threatened. I will make sure everyone knows who did this pitiful nail job, and share the experience with everyone in encounter tomorrow before I go to have this mess fixed. A huge thanks to the police officer who responded to the incident for the fantastic recommendation though!

Needed to get my nails done on lunch and my usual place was not close to work so I went here. Big mistake groves in every nail. Polish was on skin and changed my nail shape without asking. I went to my regular shop the next day to have my nails fixed.

If I could give zero stars I would. terrible customer services. And terrible attitudes.
