My granddaughter went there for a full set and the guy @ table two did her nails. She wasnt satisfied but was too scared to say anything. I called and talked to Jennifer she was pretty rude and didnt really want to give me her name, but finally said my granddaughter could come back in and they would fix her nails. They were not shaped the same at all, the acrylic was bumpy, they were thick, and way too wide for her nail beds. She went back the next day and the man at the front acted like he didnt know what she was talking about and said her at nails look fine to him. So her mother stepped in and showed him exactly what they were talking about. A girl went to fix her nails and charge her two dollars for a bag. She did shape them at least to be all the same and smoothed the acrylic some. Will never go back there!The photo on the left is the original set. The photo on the right is after they were fixed.

Horrible I just wanted a simple short full set regular nail polish and the shaping was off, the acrylic was clumpy and not the color I wanted and I busted the lake this weekend and the nail polish dissolved in the lake 🧐 I WILL NEVER GO BACK ! Forgot to mention they layed the acrylic far away from the cuticle area and I believe they did that so you can go back quicker and spend more money for fill ins !

I took my niece to get a full set with a design. The guy said he could do the design when we asked (she had a back up solid color with no design if he couldn’t) they came out like dollar tree nails. We could have gotten better looking press on nails at the dollar tree actually. Then charged $65 for it. Will never be going back.

I received great service from Annie today. She did excellent work and really paid attention to detail. I have went to this salon before and the service was okay but now I will go back for future visits to see Annie.

Just got my nails done after coming here for years. The tech was so rude and in the end nickel and dimed me to raise the price! She charged me five dollars for the shape of nail then also charged me five dollars to trim a couple cuticles. Almost tossed me out for complaining. Been coming here for about 6 or 7 years and will NEVER come back!

I went after work. I was there to treat myself to a pedicure and relax. The staff was very loud talking to each other the whole time. There was a Rambo movie playing on the TV. It was surreal.It felt like a comedy skit. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They shouldn’t say “i know how to do something” if they don’t know how to do it. they did my friends nails and it came out terrible and looks like they put in no effort wat all. not worth it. don’t come here. overpriced as well.

The writing was not good quality at all. Wiped away black gel multiple times, leaving marks. Dust all underneath the gel. 6/10

She charged me 50 dollars for a pedicure . She called it a pedicure/manicure but painting of the toes is part of a pedicure . Never going back there again. Price list not visible . I have only been here once before paid 40 something for manicure and pedicure and pedicure included toe painting . Dishonest

I got my nails done here today, And the woman was very very rough on my cuticals. One hand is shorter then the other. My nails are not smooth at all, very jagged. Me and 2 others went together and all of our nails look super rough and we had to pay $82. When none of us were happy with our nails.

Annie did my nails today and she did an amazing job! She was very nice and talked to me while she was doing them. She also made sure to show me them as she went to make sure i liked the length, shape, color, etc. I’m very pleased with the service and my nails!!

Show a picture and ask if they can do it, yes no problem! Oh but there is a big problem!! They can’t do it, talk about you. Was there for over 3hrs with nothing done!!! This not the 1st time this has happened, BUT THIS IS THE LAST! Been going here since opened, NEVER AGAIN! RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!Had to go to another nail salon! Which they looked at picture and had nails done ! To exactly what my daughter wanted!

I just left the salon and my nails are terrible. I asked for a stiletto shape and only half of my nails are a stiletto the other half are coffin tip, the paint is rough and doesnt cover the whole nail.After looking at them in my car I went back in to have them fixed and the lady told me I see nothing wrong with them. Now Im going to another salon to have this terrible mess fixed.
