Next time I will give them my virtual money. No care for customers. I would recommend people to use FEdEx they are more responsible and responsive to issues and queries. Never ever use UPS.

The second day the note said they tried to deliver at 730pm but we we waiting outside door since 7pm until 745 and when we checked account we were baffled they lied saying they tried and nobody was home....bc we were outside the whole time waiting on the delivery that was supposed to happen at 7pm based on the note in acct. Because it was a home business name we assume he wanted to get home early and figured he could lie and say the business wasnt open but we are a house in a neighborhood. Even if they tried the first day to deliver we should be priority the next day early am not at the end of the night next day. Sounds fishy to me. This driver should be fired. This has ruined our business and personal name and also cost us $1000s of dollars on this job we cant complete. We were waiting for this package to complete the job. Same lie 2 days in a row. We need answers. Totally not right.

I have to admit I thought this would be a raunchy hole in the wall hub but so surprised with the friendliness, cleanliness and how fast I got in and out. These guys know what they are doing! Maybe I should keep this to myself. Well if you ever need to go there drop on in youll be in and out in moments!!!

Supposedly you can ship p packages here to pick them up if you cant receive them at home. They turn away your packages so whats the point in saying you offer this service. Better off with Amazon or FedEx. Had another package turned away today 4/23/21. If this place doesnt prices that service... Why not just say that??!!?

Today I watched one of your drivers not even deliver and claimed he made an attempt but never even went to my door. This isnt the first time Ive had to deal with this poor delivery service with your company. Im never using UPS ever again.
I was an employee here and I worked a whole month without getting paid now Im in the process of making a lawsuit against the amp one because I want a whole month I get paid to they fired me illegally without a legitimate reason are because I miss 3 days with a doctors excuse and they said that was not it good enough then on top of that Im black and a trend gender so UPS has a big lawsuit a 150000 lawsuit coming their way

Not dealt with anyone from this site specifically. They may be great but my experience on trying to get something fixed has not been. I received a tracking notification, being sent to the wrong address. Attempted to do everything online yet it just kept sending me in a loop to sign in and never do anything. I called a support line and got a robot that did everything it could to hang up on me, and was very time consuming. After multiple attempts I finally got ahold of someone who seemed nice but was unable to help me and hardly spoke English, I called the number listed for this location. Most frustrating customer service experience Ive dealt with in some time.

Located in the heart of UPS logistic building is this little drop off spot with a very big personality. I would assume that you can do a lot more than just shipping here. But what do I know? Its pleasantly easy everytime I go there to return Amazon packages. Thanks Amazon for sending me broken items. Sigh..

Rarely will ups deliver the package to my house then it turns into a battle to get it. After a hour on the phone I was lied to and the package wasnt available for me to pick up.

What can you do its UPS. But from my experience if I have options to buy packages that are delivered another way I will do it. Its all about the attitude. Clearly their fault but made no attempt to make it right. I ended up driving almost two hours round trip to personally pick up my package at the hub. Kinda defeats the Purpose!

The guy working the counter seemed to be busy doing other things so I waited about 5 minutes until someone else came out. The second guy was super polite and helpful! Its fairly easy to find and theres tons of parking. Very convenient for picking up hold packages!

UPS lost my Amazon package, and their tracking system, which is probably larger and more complex than the PENTAGONs, could not even determine where it last was. I had to go to 3 facilities and none knew anything. Spent 4-5 hours. Someone sure ended up with a very nice fishing vest...GRrrrrrr....

My Dad attempted to ship me a time-sensitive overnight package from this store, which costs an extra ~$60. I did not receive the package for 5 days. After tracking my package it showed that it sat inside the building 4 days before being shipped. We have asked for an explanation, apology, and a refund for services not provided but have been repeatedly blown off by the staff and management, unwilling to provide any of the three. If UPS regional/district managers or PR outside of this store read this please contact me about resolving this ongoing issue. The management here has provided horrible customer service and has purposefully avoided us in dealing with this issue.
My package was twice not delivered due to bad roads in my neighborhood. So I called this customer center to see if they could pull the package off the truck and hold it for me. Not only were they able to do that, they called me when they pulled it off and allowed me to pick it up after hours. Excellent customer service!
Frustrated with the fact that I contacted UPS and asked that my package be brought here since no one would be at my residence when they attempted to deliver it again the next day. I received a call from a woman at this facility telling me that I would be able to pick up my package that evening. I questioned her further making sure it would be available THAT evening. I was told, yes, absolutely. When I never received a call I went to the facility and it was closed. As I was standing in front of the building another woman called me and was extremely rude stating, you should have waited for the call saying it was here. I calmly explained what I was told earlier that day and she continued to tell me I am like most customers, I did not wait for the call. I understand that waiting for the call was what I was told, I just assumed I slipped though the cracks and they forgot to call me. Being rude and hateful to your customers does not help your case.

I dont mind the hold times because I understand they can be busy, the only thing that upset me is that as soon as I explained the situation regarding my porblem I was hung up on. I then proceeded to hold for another 20ish minutes. Everything was resolved by the second call except for my shipment which was apparently found empty. I wish I could have gotten a message regarding that rather than having to maneuver around customer service for 3 hours since what was posted on the tracking said it was refused.The delivery itself was not good but regardless the customer service was professional and did well...the second time I called them anyways
It’s a typical UPS customer Center the people are rude and as usual I am still having to wait for the driver to return with my package. This is why UPS and FedEx both are losing their shirts right now to private courier’s and regional delivery companies.

Although my package had not arrived at their facility at the time that I was there, the pretty blond lady who greeted me was friendly and quite helpful, giving me all available information.
I worked in the UBREAK account 2220 Outer Loop Building 3. Which was undeserving of my hard work and time. Aaron Gleen, Aida, Danielle, Melissa, Markendy, Rick, Nick, Cristina are all bullies and they will plot to get you fired, mistreat you, and put you down. This is the worst account to work for. They have showed on numerous occasions that they care nothing about the temp employees. They use and verbally abuse you until you are at the end of your wits.
Had breastmilk shipped to me. They were late and didnt leave it. Praying its still good. My profile says leave package on side door.

Dont ever trust these people, they are criminals of opportuity. They steal packages, & dont have to answer for it, nor do they apologize. They tell us we ship at our own risk; they are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise misplaced, or misdelivered packages. Our package was sent from Colorado, made it all the way here. It was a signature required delivery, signed for by the driver, but never seen again. We lost about $2500.00 on that deal. Never again. I would not send a bologna sandwich across the street with them. They are thieves. That witch that called me said it wasnt thier problem. Whos problem is it? It was in thier possession! They will not do anything

Amazon said that my package is arriving by 8pm but it deliver to my house at 2pm and I have to pay to reschedule the delivery day. And I tried to contact the UPS costumer service and there was no option to talk to an agent. My other choice is to pick up my package and I live in Elizabethtown but the pick up location is in Louisville. I expected them to deliver it on time as it said by the tracking information otherwise I couldve be there in my house and wait. (Im a full time student and I work too).

My package was held on 7182018 due to severe weather conditions, according to UPS status. However, weather today in Kentucky is sunny at 70F. UPS should try to send the package later in the day if it really missed the early flight.package contains my pasport and need to travel today. GRRRRRRR

When you order something and its been delayed..ups says you can go to customer center to pick it up..but the trucks dont get there until 8 and they close at 8 so you cant even get your stuff because the trucks arent back yet..this is the fourth time this has happened to me..why tell me I can come pick up my stuff and after I make a trip tell me its not even there?
